Room smelled like marijuana, parking was terrible. Lots of construction but the property is beautiful!

So unfortunately there’s construction going on all around the property. It’s a NO CASH resort. The pool was a walk from our room but it was a beautiful day so we didn’t mind walking. But one night we were woken up at 7:15 with our room shaking from the trucks starting behind us. They did do everything to make it right though which is so appreciated. So be aware of heavy construction and if it’s windy your car will be dirty, it will need a car wash after. I appreciate all the help from the staff though.

I came with them understanding it was under construction. No noise to disturb my peaceful rest. Away from it! This will be a wonderful spot when complete. Then it will be premium price. So I liked my sneak peak! Would love to see it during a ski trip. Nice plunge for the ache of skiing. The spa was nice and hot. Views of snow capped mountains and Swiss inspired hillsides were memorable. Nearby access to The Crater was a neat experience! You must prebook separately but they will golf cart you to it! Such nice warm, natural hot spring. Cool story to its’ discovery.

Limited options at the moment for food at the property, construction causes issues with parking. Great that they offer valet with your stay for ease. Could use more signage for parking and clearer access.

Room was decent but there was no closet or luggage rack. There is so much construction that you have to be carted around the property in golf carts. Our room backed right up to construction and it was loud with music and construction noise, making the balcony unusable. The pool area is very nice, however there is no snack bar or bar of any kind and there is not an adults only area. The food options are terrible and even the staff told us not to eat there. The price nowhere near justifies the experience and I would not go back
