My husband and I were very impressed with this Super 8 motel. The staff was very friendly. The room was super clean and spacious. We sat in the hot tub and swam in the pool. Both clean and appropriate temperature. There is an outdoor patio area off the pool area that is super cute and even has a BBQ grill. The breakfast was good, although my only complaint is that the hard boiled eggs weren't peeled and it was hard to peel them. BUT, I LOVED the warm cinnamon rolls! And I liked that they had a separate table with gluten free foods away from the other food (ex: eggs, yogurt, fruit cup, apples). We would stay there again if we are back in that area.

It was just an overnight stop for us, so it provided bed, shower, breakfast. Breakfast was OK, but has improved from our last Super 8 stay. Room was comfortable, but small with all the furniture in it. Toilet seat was loose, which I reported to the front desk. Few things out of order...ATM and jets on the hot tub.....makes it look like poor maintenance.

Arrived early and was greeted w a smile, checked in and was given a room by easy entry/exit and easy pool access. Unfortunately, have bad ankle and no elevator to access to 2nd floor. Room was cozy and clean, temp was a bit warm at first, but cooled quickly. A very nice stay.

Very disappointed. The hot tub jets weren’t working. I checked on that in August also, so figured after that long it would have been fixed by the time we arrived in October. My father fell in the shower - no bath mat - very unsafe. The staff work very hard and were extremely helpful with everything.

The property smells terrible. The smell of our room was so bad it gave me a headache. The ceiling was falling in the bathroom, the furniture was disgusting and dirty. Coffee in the lobby was pretty good though.

We had an issue with the fact that the room smelled like a wet dog the entire time that we were there. Seeing that so many people had there pets at the hotel, we realized that probably every room smelled the same. We did not complain to the management for that reason. However, if you are going to allow pets, then you should do everything that you can to make sure that the rooms do not smell after people with pets leave.

The room was on the smaller side but was clean, with a comfortable bed and recliner. The toilet/tub area was small and separate from the sink area in the room. The internet was fast also. The breakfast was mostly cold offerings along with biscuits and gravy. This was our first stay at a Super 8 and it was a good experience. I would stay here again.

Room setup had everything needed and was clean. Had drawers , metal rod to hang clothes , fridge , microwave , chairs, desk , spacious enough , not cramped , had king bed. Only negative was the ac heat - unit was clean and quiet . Just no way to turn AC off , so if room temperature went up 2 degrees , then ac would turn on until temp dropped a degree . Not a big deal for most people , us dont want cold ac turning on when normally using heat .

Access to this and available parking were great, the motel could use some updates to its furniture, though the price for the accommodations make this less of a concern. The biggest thing was that the walls were too thin and you could hear everyone and everything in your room. Overall a decent stay, but certainly a light sleeper might have a problem with the thin walls.

We had to get up at 6AM. Beginning at 4:40AM, someone repeatedly slammed a hotel room door and walked up and down the hallway. This went on until 5:15AM. (A call to the front desk was made at 5:14AM, however it is not felt the ceasing was related to this; It appeared the party left, as evidenced by them slamming car doors and exiting.) We could not attempt to drown out the noise given that our air conditioner had some issues-- repeatedly clicking on and off when kicking on so we ended up turning it off. Staff was very kind and friendly-above average. Breakfast was good, but not a lot of variety-- many carbs and little protein.

Nice well maintained property. The beds were clean and comfortable and the shower was great! Coffee in the lobby was some of the best I’ve had in a hotel. The breakfast was better than most. I would stay here again.

Check in was amazing. Breakfast was disappointing. They had no ice water. The had only two choices for hot tea decaf and a flavored tea no just regular black tea. The silverware they had couldn’t even cut the waffles.

Our stay at the Monroe Super 8 was very good. We were greeted by a very friendly woman who checked us in quickly. The bed in our room was comfortable and the pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. Breakfast we pretty good and I would recommend you get there early because there was not much choice of items left by 9:00 am. I wish the weather would have been better, it would have been nice to sit on the patio outside the pool area. If we are every in Monroe again we will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here many times and will continue to come back-always clean and quiet and close to many things! Just wish they had more options for breakfast than carbs-I’m gluten free and my husband isn’t eating carbs so we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but they do have many options otherwise so that’s good for most people.
