Ice machine didn't work. Hot tub jets didnt work. Side door key access didnt work. Stayed 4 nights and room never got serviced.

The staff were polite and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the freezer was so full of ice that the refrigerator door would not close properly. In addition, the heat in our room was not working, it was pretty cold when we woke up! The exercise machines were out of order, and the jets in the hot tub were not functioning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Overall, our Stay was good. Comfortable beds, pleasant staff, good breakfast. When we arrived, we had to call the front desk because there was no remote and one bed had a dirty spot on the duvet and the sheet had an oily stain. She came right up and took care of it. The pool was nice, but very disappointed that the hot tub was not working. It was really hot in the pool area, but the kids had fun. They also were out of towels. There was a smell of 420 on the second floor most of the time we were there,and the gym facility was very small, and someone had disposed of souled pants in the trash. I know hotels cant always control the people who stay there, but a quick walk around in the afternoon would allow the staff to find these issues before the guests did.

The top jets didn’t work in the hot tub.

Stayed there for a wedding in town . Came a day early for my grandson could swim to find out the pool was down. When this happens we should been discounted or keep a chance to move to another hotel.

Overall our experience was satisfactory. The ice machine was not working the entire stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating to the best of their ability. They ran out of extra blankets

Nice overall stay. Breakfast had a good amount of options. The only disappointment was that the pool was really cold and the hot tub was also cold -- hope it's fixed soon!

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Hot tub was not functional and sounded like it would be out of commission for a while, so call ahead if that is important to you.

They offered fresh baked cookies in afternoon & access to hot chocolate. Breakfast was sufficient but no variety of fresh fruit, only apples that didn’t look good. Mattress was hard, could use a quilted mattress pad to soften up a little. Hot tub not working & no advance notice given. Pool was warm enough & refreshing. Nice chaise lounges to relax in while drying off. Otherwise decent stay.

Staff is great. Very willing to help. Usually pretty quiet at night. This time the hot tub was good but pool was too cold.

Room was extremely filthy! Extremely disappointed with the comfort of this place. Had a really bad stitch upon immediate arrival into the room. Shower head was not up kept will enough for a good showering experience. Bed sheet for bottom box spring had large stains visible enough to not have to search for them. Overall the service clerk was nice but couldn’t swap rooms due to everything being booked up.

Not the cleanest in common areas. Stairs were covered in trash.

There were bugs under the sink in the bathroom, both living and dead. Both beds had stained sheets, one with blood spots, as well, as both having yellow stains. I asked for them to be changed, they changed one bed, just remade the other. I asked for a new set of sheets and when I went to change them myself found that the mattress had bug “debris” on it and the box spring had a large amount of bug excrement on it. That set of sheets also had blood stains. Our bathroom had absolutely no bath towels in it, the shower head was filthy and so was the AC unit. I couldn’t tell you what the fridge looked like, because the smell was so awful we shut it as soon as we opened it. I emailed the manager 3 days ago and have yet to hear a word.

Over all the rooms were fine and clean! However.. the pool was FREEZING cold and unable to be used, the hot tub was nice and big but it's clear that it's not cleaned often. There was garbage and popsicle sticks floating in it. Clumps of hair all around the edges. Over all just very dirty!

The room was clean, breakfast was good, but pool area was dirty! Murky water, dirty towels, candy and gum wrappers on the floor! No towels and stuff floating in the pool. Needs serious cleaning, daily!!

The property as a whole was very clean. The room I had was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the breakfast selection was good. I did a three night stay and will definitely book again

Definitely not worth the money. Rooms were dirty. Bathrooms in public areas were dirty. When we found the previous persons food in our fridge it was just suggested we throw it away and the statement of well I guess some one can come clean it out for you.

I’ve stayed here a lot because I think it’s the best hotel in the area at an affordable price. They have a nice breakfast with hot and cold choices. I asked for a first floor room, and was accommodated. Nice room with nice comfortable bed and pillows.

Beds were fine but the pillows were very small. Very noisy throughout the night both nights of our stay. People talking and yelling with kids running in the halls all night long. No hot coffee available until 7:00am. Staff more interested in talking on the phone and to other employees instead of customer service.

The carpet felt sticky and slightly damp. There were limited options for breakfast and one day by 7 a.m. most of the food was gone. We had to wait 15-20 min. for the desk clerk to make and refill the breakfast items. A member of our party had to clean the air conditioner filter in order for the room to cool down.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast has hot and cold items. Room was great, except for a continuous fan in the bedroom ceiling that didn’t turn off. It might be on because of the humidity. I like to have a clock, but there wasn’t one.

We asked for a quiet room away from everything. She put us in what she said was a nice room on the first floor by the snack machines. We heard people talking and yelling all night long. Our room was awkwardly shaped and the tv was not in a good position to watch from bed and the couch was unusable for tv as well.

The room was spacious and clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

WEDDING PARTIES BOTH NIGHTS!! Very loud obnoxious parties going on at hotel Friday and Saturday nights from wedding venue next door on the property. When the wedding venue closes the parties come back to the hotel and party in one room. I will never ever consider staying here again. At one point, guy was running down the hall yelling and front desk only tells them, keep the noise down. Noise was still happening at 3am!!! First night the hotel had 3 separate wedding parties staying at the hotel. Don’t stay here, they won’t breakup the parties.

Checked in with service dog. As I do all the time at every other property I check in with informed them they told me that I never told them that I did and that I had a pet which is not a pet he is a service dog in Ada service dog. Told Expedia that lie the whole hotel smelled like sewage the keys didn't work so myself and my service dog that's they supposedly didn't know about got locked out in the middle of the night while I waited for the night auditor to wake up 45 minutes later and let us in our room and they told me that that never happened either that I must be making that up all in all was an absolute horrible stay rude staff no integrity absolutely disgusting

When we checked in the clerk accidently deleted our info when he was told we paid online. Bathroom was not that clean, called front desk because toilet was leaking and we were told cant be fixed till monday, we were there on a saturday. When in the swim area we had to call front desk to turn the lights on and restock towel cabinet. While waiting for check out the clerk was outside smoking. I will not stay here again

I have stayed at multiple hotels including this one and I have never been more disappointed. There was no hospitality, communication and or help from the staff. The cookies literally were burnt, the breakfast was cold and not prepared for the guests promptly like in the past. There was a tree on the second floor that had flashing lights on it and when I told the staff my husband has seizures and could they make the lights stop flashing I was told no. I will not stay here again and that's a shame because we have used this specific holtel for the past 18 years and not again. I paid over 200$ just to be stressed out for the holiday.

When we entered our room for the first time after checking in, the toilet was backed up. We went to the front desk and told the employee. She told us there was nothing she could do & there were no other rooms available. She said she was the ONLY employee working. There was no one from maintenance until Monday (this was Friday afternoon). She gave us a plunger and told us to go take care of it ourselves. We did because we had no other choice. Shortly after we left to go get something to eat. When we came back to the room, they had entered our room without our permission & taken the plunger. Apparently there is only one plunger for the entire hotel & multiple rooms experiencing issues?!? They did not try to text us or call us or reach us to ask permission to enter the room & take the plunger. It was bad enough that we had to deal with the unsanitary situation, but the way that they dealt with it was completely unacceptable. Next morning 7am continental breakfast - again only 1employed working in the entire hotel coordinating check outs, calls & putting on the continental breakfast. I will not be back!

This is our go-to hotel in this area. The breakfast is always amazing with different hot choices. The hotel is quiet and conveniently located right off the highway and next to a Kwik Trip. 10 minutes away from many restaurant choices. We’ve never had any issues

Facility was in good shape. Staffing seemed to be lacking. Check in we waited about 10 minutes for someone to appear. Tried using bathroom sink in the morning , it filled with water and wouldn't drain. Breakfast was pitiful out of sausages old omelettes , cranberry juice out of order. Slim pickings.

Was suppose to get complimentary bottle of wine and rude clerk said they were out. No coffee for breakfast, out of biscuits, hard boiled eggs were old and hard, out of juice. Again no coffee!

Quick overnight stay for one night. The breakfast was excellent, nice variety of hot and cold food. The staff in the dining area paid very close attention to cleanliness, and hotel staff at the desk were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable - carpet needs updating.

Continental breakfast was welltended and had a nice selection. It was clean,quiet and very comfortable.

This is a great hotel that I love to stay at when I’m in the area. The breakfast is good, and the staff are very friendly.

We had no towels , no toilet paper and the beds looked like they had been slept in, just thrown together. We were on the first floor, and we could hear every word and step from the rooms above. They had a nice breakfast, but they were late in putting it out, and they did not keep up with the flow of people.
