Older property, but it has been updated, looks like fairly recently. Clean, clean sheets & towels. Pet friendly (my very first trip with a pet, and they made it easy.) Ice machine right down the hall. Pop machine on 1st floor does not work -- only takes cash, and spits back every dollar --old & ragged, or new & crisp....machine near lobby worked but didn't have the flavor I wanted....oh well, minor. The clean comfortable room made it a strong 4.

We were just trying to find somewhere that was clean, and had a pool. We found a hidden gem in Kearney. This place has an amazing pool and hot tub. Rooms were modern and spotless clean. Breakfast was phenomenal. The price is right. Definitely will stay here next time we pass through Kearney.

I found the front desk person Ed G very helpful, professional, friendly and informative. I like my room, the pool is cooler than I like, and the Hot tub is just warm, but it does the trick after a long car ride. The citrus bath products are really nice.

Hot tub and swimming pool were clean and comfy. Got in late and ended up hanging out in the hot tub past closing time without an issue which was nice for us. Hot tub closes at 11:00 by rule but we were there after that. Staff was nice.

The elevator is a very small one. It would barely fit a wheelchair and certainly couldn’t accommodate a scooter a handicapped person would use (like my wife). Accessibility is difficult. Good thing she got sick and couldn’t show up with me.

Beds were noisy like you were sleeping on plastic, although beds and pillows comfy. Room had shredded cheese on bathroom counter and sauce packet trash on chair. Breakfast was empty and the cook and the front desk lady were sitting and chatting in the corner while the guests were without breakfast. We left to go eat breakfast elsewhere.

We would definitely stay here again. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The hotel was conveniently close to I-80. The breakfast looked good, but the hotel was also near a nice Perkins restaurant, one of our favorites.

Excellent room! It was huge, so my kids could run around and there was space for all five of us. The carpet was such nice quality, padded and very comfy. Great big bathroom!

Expedia reserved 2 standard rooms for me for 2 adults for a one night stay when apparently only one was available. The desk clerks cheerily provided an apartment suite as my second room at the standard room rate. The manager said she would take the matter up with Expedia. An example of excellent customer service. Everything else about our stay was fine.

The front desk help was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and updated. The breakfast was excellent, it had hot fresh items, more than just cold cereal and a waffle maker. Will definitely stay here again.

Very out of the way run from parking lot. long walk. No hot water in room. complained to front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it since we booked through a third party. maintenence person not on duty so couldn't be fixed until after we left.

For the price (about $50 higher than nearby hotels) we at least expected a better breakfast. Everything was frozen and reheated. The breakfast is not good at all unless you like cheap cereal and yogurt from a machine.
