Pool area is horrible! Indoor pool ceiling is awful and floor is chipped up. No air conditioning in game room or billiards room. No walkway to fire pits, have to walk in grass and get bit by bugs. Food in restaurant tasted prepackaged.

So clean, spacious, comfortable, and modern. The setting is incredible with free snow tubes to go anywhere on the resort property. There is even a small volunteer run ski slope you can walk right over to. The gigantic indoor pool is heated very warm. There is also a sauna there. The arcade had free ping pong and skee ball. The movie theatere room was playing Beethoven the night we were there. The craft activities room had the giant bean bags, giant connect four game to play as well. We skied Okemo which was an easy serene 30 minute drive with a brewary in one of the passing small towns on our way home. Our condo was well stocked i the kitchen. The cleaning crew at the resort took allot of time as not only was our room immaculate but the resort grounds as well. We will definitely be back next year!!!!

The hotel amenities were not operating specifically the pool. Multiple workers told us it would be up and running by morning, however it was very clear that would not be the case, as the signage was old and the pool was under construction. It should be disclosed on your website that the pool is not operating. We have children who were dissapointed and we specifically booked this hotel so they could swim. The location is isolated at best. 30 minutes to anything. The staff was not helpful at all. When a key amenity is not operating they should be trained to at the bare minimum know what is going on. Check in took a half hour because others were upset by the situation in front of me.

First time visiting Vermont and was very pleased with everything at the hotel. I was checked in by Toni who was very kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the hotel grounds were. They have done such a good job with the landscaping and amenities such as an arcade and activity center. Our kids loved that! We got a two bedroom villa and it was so spacious and comfortable! We loved the view of the Vermont mountains! Coming from Hawaii that was such a nice change of scenery! Parking was easy and the text messages we received from staff were a nice touch. Would def recommend and come back for a future stay!

Everything was very well taken care of except the pool building which was an awful first impression of the property since it is the first thing you see upon arrival. Rotten and decaying siding and what isn’t is In need of repainting. A sharp contrast to the rest of the buildings and grounds which were beautiful.

It's a great place to stay if you have kids. The arcade, game room, and pool kept us busy for hours. The staff was great. Shout out Miles, he was the best. The rooms were clean with plenty of toiletries, extra towels, sheets, and blankets. There's a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board provided. The villa kitchen was completely stocked with cookware, silverware, dishes, and drinking glasses. And the beds were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be staying there again.

We were made to wait until an hour after our 4:00 pm check-in to be allowed into a room. The indoor pool was also closed for the entirety of our stay with no notification on their website, which was disappointing as our kids were looking forward to being able to swim. That being said, the hotel room itself was clean and spacious.

The room was comfortable and clean. A clock alarm went off in thee room next door at 3 am but once I called hotel security they took care of it. It went off again at 10am but when I told housekeeping they took care of it. Staff is great. Rooms are a little worn and the bed was soft and rolled you to the middle but I like soft beds so it was ok

The buildings are beautiful and the grounds. The room could have been cleaner and the entire building stunk of Marijuana the second you walked in. Terrible smell that really kinda ruined the time there

We loved this resort! We had our family of 6 in a 3 bedroom unit and it was so spacious. It was clean and very well maintained. Kids enjoyed the pool, game room and movie theatre! We would definitely recommend, especially for families!

Bathrooms are big enough only for one person. Hope you don't want to put on makeup or shave in the bathroom; lighting is terrible. Heat didn't work--assuming it was turned off for the season. It does get cold in Sept in New England. Overall room is nice, just amazed that they have missed the small touches normally found in a hotel, especially in a resort.

The property itself was very nice and the staff was courteous and professional. Only problem with the room itself was that the bathroom was very small and fairly inconvenient to use. Also, the property offered no real food options for breakfast. Given the remote location, this was a major drawback.

This was a nice resort. It's about a 30 minute drive from Woodstock, so plan accordingly. The restaurant on site was surprisingly good. There are several walking trails and many amenities. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. All of the staff were very friendly.

This is a condo complex managed by holiday inn. It’s a lovely property, but it is very far removed from anything. The restaurant on property is only open 4 hours a day a few days a week, and if there are more than 5 tables seated they’ll turn you away. When you are seated there, prices are high, service is poor, and food is mediocre. The WiFi on property is unsecured, cell service is pretty much nonexistent, and only one building has an elevator. Next time I visit, I will stay someplace else.

Beautiful location at the base of Mount Ascutney. It may feel a bit isolated for some, but it was perfect for our family. It serves as a great home base to explore the area and there was enough to keep the kids busy. Highly recommend.

Our large family with kids stayed here for ski vacation. Comfortable beds , clean rooms. Kitchen fully stuffed with necessary kitchen items. 40 minutes drive from Killington. Kids enjoyed the pool. Will be back for sure

I would have appreciated advance notice that the restaurant and bar were not open the first night we arrived. we arrived at 5, so we then had to go back out and find something in town, a good 8 miles . This is why I chose the property, a restaurant and bar on premises.
