Stayed 2 nights

No hot water, tepid at best. Mattresses are very uncomfortable. Outdoor chairs in the rooms. Rooms smelled musty. No weekend cleaning. The breakfast was horrible, orange juice was frozen chunks with water. An adult store right next door. Pool is over chlorinated. Game room is nice The staff was very nice, there are two different diners nearby that is very good. Parking was plentiful. For the price I paid I expected better.I dont think I will stay there again.

pleasantly surprised. Although the area had a bit of a manure smell due to nearby farms, the interior smelled clean! We arrived late and the front desk was very accommodating. The breakfast included hot eggs and meat and a DIY waffle maker. The room was clean and inviting. Would stay again if we are driving through!!

Water is nasty & poor water pressure. I was overcharged my original quote by $40 a night and nobody will talk to me about it. It’s generally a nice stay, and there was one nice lady working the desk while we were there.

Stayed 3 nights

This trip was not as smooth as all the others, this is the fourth time we have stayed at this location - we like it because it’s close to the event we attend. They had no hot water in the whole hotel - we didn’t get in until late on Thursday and had to take a cold shower, I went to the front desk on Friday to inquire and switch rooms, they were accommodating to switch the rooms but said the water wouldn’t get much better, they now had put up a sign about the problems with the hot water and that incoming guests could cancel their reservations without penalty. We were scheduled to stay until Sunday but checked out Saturday and they did refund us for the night.
