Pool is closed. Fire pit oitside doesnt work. Limited seating in the main living area of the room. No desk chair.

The pool room was so hot it was making us all feel ill and tired. I did tell the staff they should be comcerned cause it could kill someone as it was hot enough to cause heat stroke and/or induce seizures in people with seizures cause it was so hot. It was hard to breathe even. My kids and i were disappointed because the main reason we stopped in was because she taught herself to swim in that very pool a few years back durong covid when we stayed for a very extended time. She wanted to show her new baby brother and enjoy some time with him there but none of us could handle it. It was so hot i couldnt even sit in the hot tub as i was instantly dizzy from the excess heat.

Room was clean. The free breakfast was really nice to have. The gym was small and pretty basic. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb and the electric fireplace didn't work. Didn't really let the front desk know because it didn't really change our experience. The staff was friendly. The kitchen was actually quite nice. Didn't even know it had a dishwasher until the last day. Laundry room was a plus also. For the price I was quite pleased overall. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros: price, kitchen in room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Cons: pool and jacuzzi were down for maintenance and the gym was not a good condition. This is the most important thing I look for when booking hotels and I was unable to use either.

We love the staybridge hotels! They had a covered table/chairs out back as well as a firepit with seating! They had signs up stating ask for bubbles, sidewalk chalk, water balloons, and bounby balls for the kids at the front desk. Nice rooms, kitchenettes with supplied microwave popcorn and coffee/coffeepots. Lots of choices of food nearby. We stay here everytime we go to Milwaukee! Highly recommend!

Quite nice hotel and rooms are nice single room suites. Nice touch they have social mon- wed with food, beer & wine. Hotel has pool and spa but unfortunately spa was not working during my stay. Location is not so great, need car for shops and restaurants. One bar/ grill is closed by. Staff very nice

Let me being by saying Jeremy who worked each evening we were there went above and beyond. But our room was smaller than pictures and description, hot tub was broken, fire pit broken, and the theater room was changed to a storage closet for maintenance crew. Coffee was horrible. Kitchen staff could not keep up with amount of people coming for breakfast Jeremy worked so hard to take care of everyone, he was the ONLY one working, managing the desk and all requests that came his way. There was a large soccer tournament over the weekend and rooms were nearly all booked. Clearly management did not staff properly.

Room was spacious and clean, lobby was nice. Stay was nice overall besides the pool being closed which was the whole reason for booking because my son wanted to play in the pool for his birthday.

I was very disappointed with this place. They advertised a theater room which they no longer had. The room smelled and I had to buy spray. The pool seemed dirty and people were playing loud music. I paid a good amount of money and don’t feel it was worth it.

The hotel room was disappointing. The bathroom sink did not drain well. The bathtub did not drain well . The walls had many holes and dirt spots on them. The air exchange cover was thickly coated in dust. The bed smelled musky. The worst part was the noise. Kids running screaming jumping until 1230 at night. I called the front desk to get a room change. They were aware of the kids. They said they were trying to locate the parents. They were not able to give me a room change because the hotel was booked up . I will never stay again.

This property has obviously been smokes in and funky smells waft throughout the halls. There were crumbs and other food on the floor. Hair in the refrigerator. A wad of hair was stuck to the hair dryer with some gum or candy or? Will not stay again

The hotel was very nice and cleaning updated. The rooms were very clean spacious. Good customer service.

The staff was wonderful and interactive with guests. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. Very clean rooms and common areas.

Room was not clean. We pulled out the sofa bed and there was food and other random items in the bed and the sheet were clearly not changed.

The room was great, the bed was comfy, everything was clean and the staff was nice. Free breakfast and parking!

This hotel is close to the freeway. Good breakfast choices. Is quiet. Easy entrance access from various areas of parking lot. Great beds and pillows.

Room didn’t have a sponge or rag to wash dishes. No dish soap or dishwasher tabs. Had to call the front desk and complain about the people above us for being extremely loud. Then about 30 minutes later it got worse n couldn't even sleep. Nonstop banging and stomping from the room above us.

I’m not sure how others rated this hotel 8/10 or 10/10. First, I paid for a Queen suite but my bed was a Full. Fortunatelyi was traveling alone but my bill was not adjusted to reflect this nor was I told I’d recurve a different bed size. My room had stained walls, couch, chipped furniture, dented walls, etc, There were several basic omissions that made the stay less enjoyable: there is no ice machine in the hotel, so a mixed drink after a work day isn’t an option unless you physically make it yourself in the freezer. My room had no condiment packets for morning coffee. The bathroom had no washcloths. Overall, I will not stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable. It's nice that they have a pool and a whirlpool. We like the full-sized fridge and microwave. We had a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom room. It was very roomy, great for families.

Great hotel! Plenty of room for the whole family. People were very polite and friendly. Great stay! Would stay again!

Was downgraded to a queen room after booking a king room. Was not offered any kind of discount. Was then put in a room with a disassembled shower faucet. Was moved to another room but again, nothing offered for the inconvenience. We were in town for a funeral and this made it more stressful.

Loved that there was a seperate room and a small kitchen! Air conditioning was very loud when it kicked on. Good breakfast. Not very loud. Great stay

Overall was good, didn’t like how the air conditioning didn’t seem to really work. Had it run most of the night at 64 degrees and when I woke up in the morning, it was still 70 degrees and I would often wake up with sweat covering me. Maybe leave an extra roll of toilet paper in the room along with the one on the roll. Everything else was great!

I stayed here while visiting Milwaukee for Summerfest from Chicago. Great for that purpose, as it is about 10-15 minutes south of the festival grounds (on the way back down to Chi). We got a two bedroom suite for what a regular hotel room would have cost right next to the fest. Breakfast was good, place was clean, all was good. Not a really fancy place, but served our purposes well.

They double charged my card! So I was charged on my card I paid with. When I arrived they said there’s a deposit for incidentals ok fine so I gave them another card for incidentals. They charged the deposit and then today when I checked out they charged my incidentals card the full price of the room as well. So now I’ve paid double plus the deposit total for a room. Then they tell me 30-45 days to get my money back??!!! Never again.

Checked in with Adrian at the front desk and he was outstanding!! Very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect.

We’re checked in Friday night about 5:30pm, there were 2 people ahead of us and only one person working. It took about 30 minutes from the time we walked in to finally get checked in. We booked our room well in advance for a 2 bedroom with 1 king and 2 queens, perfect for 5 people. However, much to our surprise the hotel was overbooked and we got a room with 1 king and 1 queen-with a mom, dad, teenager, and 2 kids in the double digits it did not make for comfortable sleeping arrangements. When I inquired about a partial refund I was told I would not be receiving a refund which is absurd to me as the room we paid for is not what we got….

The room was not ready for hours late for myself and 2 other families. The girl working the counter was yelling at the other two family’s and clapping her hands like she was on jerry springer. So I was afraid to approach. The room smelt like a full cab of Lysol so we had the windows cracked and heat up. The only good thing was the breakfast was good and the worker there was nice and friendly.

Jeremy was very excellent. I called him many times during the week. And he answered all my questions. The room was absolutely beautiful.

When we arrive to our room, I called for housekeeping to bring a crib for our baby. Housekeeping said yes she will drop it off. We waited in the room for an hour. Housekeeping didn’t come so we went to the pool. I was fully expecting the crib to either be dropped off in the room or waiting for us in the hallway in the least. Neither happened. So I called again and got the front desk gentleman. He was very persistent that they don’t have cribs. I told him I just talked with Housekeeping when we had checked in 2 hours prior. He shared that they do not have cribs at this hotel and he has never seen any cribs on the property. He also said housekeeping left & he does not have any way to access anything and that he is the only staff on the rest of the night as it was 6pm at this point. I was VERY upset because how can our foster baby safely sleep without a crib?! The hotel asks for our children’s ages on the reservation and under 1 was selected. He then told me he could check us out early (we just got there 2 hours prior), I had already unpacked all 4 kids plus my husband and I. I ended the call. I ended up finding a pack ‘n play at a nearby store but before purchasing the added expense so everyone in our family could be safe, I decided to call customer service to see if they could help, 45 mins later we got a call from the front desk saying he has a crib for us. He said we had to come down to get it. Unfortunately there were no sheets for the crib. We are very disappointed!

Stayed here for an event at Franklin H.S. Hotel is conveniently located. Very clean and our room was very spacious. The staff was friendly at check in and out. Hotel also has a nice assortment and area for breakfast.

We came to Wisconsin for a wedding and the Staybridge was halfway between the church and the reception venue and conveniently close to the interstate. We lived the breakfast choices and the close Walgreens for items needed.

Several issues. Room requested with dbl. beds was "not available" . That has happened at this place in the past. Included breakfast: oven was broken, no hot food for 2 days. No room service. No coffee pot in room. Second room had one double (not queen bed). We have stayed here for over 20 yrs. We're DONE! Too many repeat bad experiences and feeble excuses to mask management incompetence.

I wish they would have had more breakfast available. By 8am both days I stayed very little was left. If you’re going to offer free breakfast at least have it fully stocked the entire time. Pool area ran out of towels several times and were never atocked right away in the am.

Our room was big, clean, and well equipped. Even had comfortable furniture, which hotels almost never have. Common areas were lovely and staff friendly. Breakfast was fab! Very happy with our stay.
