Great place to stay if you're traveling with a fur baby. You can park right next to your room and don't have to walk your pet through any hallways or common areas. Very friendly staff as well! Would definitely stay again.

This property is old but in decent shape for it's age. The rooms have been recently updated and were clean. The biggest issue we had was someone fired ALOT of fish in the room before us. It smelled really really strongly of fried fish. I know this is kinda weird. Otherwise the room was clean and the overall stay was average.

Staff was very courteous. Room smelt like cat pee. Shower was full of hair and the drain clogged with hair. The parking lot had a toilet and other broken appliances out in the open. No bags in the pet area and the trash can had a big hole in it. .

There is no breakfast. Just coffee. The rooms were in good shape, clean. The stairs to second floor need updating. The machines in the stair hall need updating. Not sure what they were but they made a lot of noise and put out a lot of heat.

This hotel should be condemened. The outside of the hotel is old and beat up and is in desperate need of a complete overhaul. The rooms themselves anything beyond surface level are disgusting. Blood on the walls dirt and mold in the rooms absolutely filthy. We laid towls on the floor so we didnt have to walk ob rhe floor. Meanwhile you bave peoole living theee. Woke up in the morning to go to the car and there was an entire town hanging outside their rooms. One night was one night to many.

Room was so dirty. The sheets had stained the walls had stains. There were cigarette ash on the floor next to one bed. The bathroom smelled like urine and mildew. It seemed like the room was not even cleaned, and the sheets and blankets were just remade on the bed to cover it up. The room had a damp smell as soon as you walked in. I immediately checked back out a half hour after I checked in because I felt it was unsafe to let my children sleep in the bed.

Roaches in our room, went to the office and they didn’t even seem to care. Got put into another room, had exposed outlets, holes in the wall, trim around the door ripped off, blood stains on lampshade. Went back to office again to show them the pictures and videos. Still didn’t really seem to even care. I understand it’s just a Red Roof but it should at least be clean and safe with children. Outside smelled and was trash all over, we had to look at a toilet sitting in parking lot from our balcony. Ended up just dealing with the third room. We will never come back.

I will say it was clean and the front desk person was friendly. The bed was horrible, so hard and bumpy. The was a bump all the way down the middle of the bed which kept forcing you to the edge. The walls are paper thin, we actually heard a guy peeing from another room. It was also a lot closer to the highway then I thought and we could hear traffic all night.

Overall good for the price point. Room was nice and seemed recently updated, but lacked a little attention to detail, such as very slanted desk and other minor things. Only real issue we had was I had to fiddle with the AC for a bit before it would cool the room properly (temperature dial seems broken). Nice big fridge in the better king room we got and broiler microwave was nice.

Bathroom was very small, which is fine, however toilet didn't have a lid so you could place your change of clothes for when you're finished showering. The mattresses were not very comfortable. Parking and check-in and check-out was very easy and fast. Staff was very friendly.

The check in was horrible. The lady left me standing there waiting while she small talked for nearly 5 minutes with a local. Then she gave me a key to a room that wouldn’t open. I returned it and she said, wrong room, maybe take another. New key, new room. Move the car again.

Came back from our day out to find ants and bugs on the bathroom floor. Went to the front desk and there was nobody around. Decided to go get something to eat and come back. Once again, nobody was around, which was extremely irritating and decided to check out a night and find another hotel. Once again, nobody at the front desk to even talk to about the room’s conditions at me, early and wanting a one night refund. I highly recommend not staying at this property. There was also trash laying throughout the parking lot and the property area. People hanging out in the common areas throughout the evening and night time.

0 stars wasn’t an option, so I had to give it 1. From check in to check out, we had nothing but issues. I was given a lot of attitude by the man at the desk for booking 2 handicap rooms - obviously we needed them or we wouldn’t have booked it. One room wasn’t even handicap accessible! Room 1 was average at best. The bathroom door was off the hinges so it didn’t even close. There was paint missing off the door too. The phone in the room didn’t even work. The room also smelled like poop. Room 2 was even worse. There was a giant hole in the bathroom door, and there was cobwebs around the room. The pull down shower head had no water pressure- it was like a trickle. The room was also listed as smoke free but it definitely smelled like someone smoked like a chimney in there. There was also no phone in the room. We didn’t get fresh towels on the second night of our stay. So I walked down to the lobby and was met with the same man who checked us in. When I asked for fresh linens, he was very standoffish. He even had the audacity to ask me to go all the way back to my room and bring him the dirty linens before he would give me new ones. I refused and then he said he would bring new ones to our two rooms. We had to wait at least 30 minutes and it took us a second trip to the lobby to get the towels. Then, the same man came to our first room and said that a girl called from our other room and said that someone in the first room called because they fell in the shower and couldnt get up.

Only needed one night for stay at hospital. Location was great. No problems within room. Noise was controlled. Use it all the time when going to Geisinger in Danville. Checkin was quick registration gentleman was very professional and polite

We were looking for a one night stay in Danville at a reasonable price. The Red Roof Inn exceeded our expectations. Room was spacious and clean. Service very friendly. Close to Route 54 so there is some traffic noise but not noticeable with A/C on. Only a few minutes to Danville and 25 minutes to Knoebels.

The area around the hotel was depleted looking. The hotel its self was sufficient. Kept clean . Staff was friendly . But the appearance it gave was not the best. Not knowing the area at all, I wasn’t sure how safe it was. It is convenient to get on and off the highway. But If I were traveling alone I wouldn’t have stayed.

The room was attractive, quiet, and clean, but cramped with its (comfy) king bed. The microwave sat on top of the small fridge, and plugging it in was challenging. Overall, the accommodation was good but the weekend rate was overpriced for the size of the room, and no breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. TV remote a challenge.
