Hot tub and elevator were not operating Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were hard working and very polite Aubrey the front desk staff was great and seemed to be there most shifts she did an excellent job

Pool is warm, hot tub currently unavailable. Friendly staff, clean and lots of space in double room. Fitness room has variety of machines to include treadmill, free weights, peloton plus water and towels.

The hot tub was out of order

Reception people are always super nice and accommodating. Parking lot always has room for our truck & trailer. A little bummed that the hot tub is still down

Staff was very nice,I booked for the Hot tub which was not working, Its in my filters but the Night Person zchristine was very apologetic as was the maintenance guy.Great staff the seem to know how to work together. I like to try out hotel just to relax.

Overall great!! We have stayed here many times. Last time the pool was down this time the hot tub was down. Always clean. Staff is always friendly. Can always accommodate trailer parking.

Property was ok. jacuzzi was shut down during our stay. there isn't an area outdoors to sit. overall the facility served our purpose and a bonus is that it is pet friendly.

This place is a dump. It hasn’t been renovated in decades and it shows. For the price of the room, I’d expect much nicer accommodations - towels, sheets, pillows, decor. The indoor pool was okay - dirty on the concrete path around the pool. The pool towels were too small for even my 3 year old son to use. The hot tub was out of order with beautiful yellow caution tape displayed around the outside. The bottom of the tub contained water that green and moldy. Staff was nice enough. The place is conveniently placed between the highway and an empty litter-filled lot. Would not stay again.

Single, error prone elevator had to be "rebooted" three times during morning checkout."free wifi" was a scam. You had to give your email and address and still pay $4.95 per day for usage. Food serving for breakfast area was way too small. There was plenty of seating but getting food was a challenge.

Pool was a great asset

Room was nice and very clean!

The room was not very clean. The area by the coffee maker was very very dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty and the vanity was dirty.

Surfaces that were not normally touched were full of dust and not clean, edges of carpet the sweeper couldn’t reach and were gross, dead flies in lights, black mold in bathroom caulk, hallway had holes all through the walls. Just not a great hotel.

It was an ok stay. I stay at this chain often for work and felt it was a good choice. The room smelled musty, the bathroom had mold on the caulk in tub and walls, room door was broken (fixed when checked in and broke again).

Breakfast was excellent. Glad to have the pool opened the time of our visit. The carpets in the room and hallways definitely needed vacuumed more often/more thoroughly. The mattress on the foldaway bed on the couch needed replaced.

We stayed for one night as my son was having surgery the next morning. Our room was open and roomy. Lots of space. The floor could have been a little cleaner. There was hair and dirt on it. The pool was great but wish the hot tub was working. The staff at the desk were super nice. Would definitely recommend! The outside area was quiet and quaint. Would definitely recommend

In general room was clean, except some mildew on bathroom ceiling, floor, and wall.

Room was clean and the hotel was quiet at night.

The stay was good. the room was clean and nice. Some of the furniture had the veneer peeling. Also, the convertible bed in the suite was showing some age.

Bed comfort excellent. Food for breakfast disappointed first night—-no meat! Brought several other family to hotel and rented their rooms for them, and the breakfast disappointed. Overall property condition. Looked aged, needs updating. Indoor pool room temp so high could not stay by the pool. But then could not watch the kids. Staff friendly.

The toilet didn’t work at all!

The staff both checking in and out were extremely helpful and friendly. 5 stars for them! The room and the bedding were exceedingly nice and clean. The bed was old and lumpy with springs in my back. Not exactly comfortable when you’ve had back surgery and the mattress is terrible. It’s my own fault for not paying attention to the receipt but when I checked my bank statement I realized they had charged me WELL over the hotels.com price I booked it for. I also paid $4.95 for the internet. The “free” internet was a joke. For the price I should have driven a few more miles and gotten my monies worth.

Property was average. Rooms are small. Staff were adequate. Breakfast was average.

Roomy and comfortable

As good as can be hoped for! Comfortable, clean, spaciously appointed rooms. Well stocked, well staffed breakfast! Friendly staff, too! A+

Arrived at night. Lobby and corridors smelled like stale cigarettes. Subsequent days the smell was gone. Room nice size. Clean. Oddly the carpeted floor felt damp on bare feet -in both of our 2nd floor rooms. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Coffee available. Coffee maker in room not drinkable. Overall a pleasant visit.

The toilet didn’t work well… and then the chain broke completely in the tank. It was gross when you took off the lid. The room was very dated and unappealing. I would not stay there again. On the positive side the lady working the breakfast was very personable and did a good job of helping people. She was the one bright spot of our stay

There wasn’t any fan in bathroom, the toliet leaked on our last day.

The desk staff were so nice and accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. They offered us water and even a little snack. They were so friendly.

Initially impressed with the hotel upon entry at around 7:30PM. Got to our room (room #228) and thought it to be pretty nice as well. Left the hotel shortly after check-in (7:45pm) to visit our local family in the area. NOTE that when I leave a hotel room, I turn the TV on to make it sound like someone is in there and we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door knob. Returned 4 hours later (~12:30AM) to call it a day and noted the DO NOT DISTURB signs was at a weird angle and the TV had been turned off. Found that to be pretty weird then we discovered that $250-300 worth of prescription medicines were stolen out of our room. Story gets pretty fishy from here but appears they assigned another guest to our room as their computer system showed we were supposed to be in a different room (226) but we just went where the key card folder said to go (228). So the other guest(s) were in our room supposedly very briefly but who really knows and apparently the check in staff then was in the room to confirm that there were guests (us) in there. So it seems a couple of people had gained access to our room despite the DO NOT DISTURB sign. Note this hotel does not have any camera security. Also the staff at the front desk was a fill in from another hotel. As it was a holiday weekend, there was no manager on site and the staff did not know the managers last name and there were no business cards available. Supposedly getting a refund but haven't seen anything on that. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

Clean, comfortable, the place to stay near Geisinger Medical Center. Initially we only booked one night but due to family medical issue we ended up having to stay longer. Justin at the front desk was amazing in assisting us during our stay. We would reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the Danville area.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

I am impressed by the helpful staff at the time of check in. This gentleman was attentive and effective in getting us in, he provided us free bottle water, boiled a new pot of hot water and coffee. Hotel room is clean and spacious, beds are comfy.

John at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable about the area. He is hidden gem!

Excellent staff support. Friendly, polite, helpful. Arranged a first floor room, when they noticed my mobility issue. Very nice, clean, well appointed room.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest hotels I have every stayed in. We stayed here while making a trip to Knoebels and it was fantastic. It is only about 18min from Knoebels. The room was spotless, beds were comfy, fridge worked great and was a generous size and there is a really nice desk area with chair plus a comfy chair in the room. Check in and check out were seamless. Staff was so friendly and kind. The breakfast area in the morning was super clean and well appointed with so many different options. Plus there was a staff member constantly refilling things and wiping up. There is also a pool that was just the right size for kids and is open until 10p. Easy to park and get to the rooms. We will definitely be back for our next trip out this way. HIGHLY recommend this Hampton Inn. They definitely set the bar high for others. Thanks for a great stay!

We were in the area to celebrate my son’s birthday and we stay at the hotel because it was close to Knoebels. We had a great time. It was quiet and the breakfast was great.

This is a very nice hotel located just off the highway I-80. It was a great place to rest along our journey. The receptionist, Mr. John was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and the pillows soft. We rested really well. The air conditioner did its job well giving off just the right gentle white noise for sleep. The breakfast was excellent, nice hot sram led eggs, bacon, waffles etc! We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, I felt safe even parking I’m the rear of the building, and the gentleman that checked me in was very friendly, polite and professional!!!

Nice hotel- had a nice family weekend. The road the hotel is located on is not well marked . Good breakfast, comfy beds.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Pool and gym were well maintained. The breakfast was very good and the dining area was spotless! They even have a little goody-bag with bottled water and snacks for you to take when you leave! Very thoughtful and appreciated!

Breakfast was common pre-prepared. Hot was hot, everything else was fully stocked and maintained. No parking issues. Ice removal was adequate.

We arrived during a severe weather storm. The staff were especially welcoming and kind during our stay. The buffet waffles were yummy.

Room smells rotten, carpet is dirty, breakfast has very limited and inconsiderate to vegetarians. Banana was green and hard! Cereal boxes were expired 😡

The hotel is kept very clean. We enjoyed our stay. One upgrade would be to provide additional seating for the complimentary breakfast area.
