The ladies at check in were very sweet. They made check in pleasant & fast. One that was training & one that was the trainer. However, I’m leaving a review because of the hot tub / pool. We stayed here a year ago and the pool & hot tub were closed down. Now, a year later they were “up & running” but the water was so cold that your body literally hurt after being in there for a short time. The paint was peeling off the stairs and what had been peeled up was laying all over the place. The hot tub itself didn’t even turn on. I’m only leaving a review because one year later it’s still not fixed & the entire reason we pick this hotel over others in the area was because it had an indoor pool & there was bad weather forecasted. It wasn’t even worth to additional cost.

We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub are closed, and didn't know that before booking. Other than that it all seems fine. Haven't been to breakfast yet so can't comment, but I'm sure it will be fine as well.

We were very disappointed that the pool wasn’t “operational”. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel was so our kids could have fun in the pool and the adults could chill on the hot tub.

We booked specifically because of the indoor pool and hot tub for our sons birthday. When we checked in, we were not told it was closed and when we went to get in the pool, there was a sign on the door. When we asked the clerk, she said “yeah, sorry”…so disappointing.

The lobby was closed and blocked by chairs. As a parent of a baseball team that needs the bonding after a game. This made the whole team upset. We had to eat our dinner out side. Elevator is super slow as well takes more than 5 minutes to reach the second floor. Shower was cold this morning no hot water. Down stairs the mens restroom was out of order and the women's restroom was nasty toilet was clogged as well...Trash was left out side from other teams eating. Because the lobby was closed. The night hand was not friendly at all..Worst hotel Ive ever stayed in and I travel all over the US...

The lady at the front desk was so kind and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. If I could rate 10 stars I would. My grand baby spilled water and she was so polite. We offered to clean it and she was not irritated by what happened. I could not sense once iota of insincerity when she told us it was okay. Her name is Callie and I want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves for outstanding customer service. The room was clean, smelled nice and was spacious. The pool area could use an upgrade but all in all, I highly recommend. Customer is by far the most important aspect of any service experience.

The hotel was very clean. The front staff was so nice and accommodating. I didn't like the fact that we were told breakfast was until 9:30 and they stopped serving at 9:10. I saw some guests being turned away when the came down at 9:10. They need to continue serving until closing time or change the time for breakfast.

It was ok. The price was extremely inflated because it was the weekend before the eclipse. We came down to breakfast about 2 hours before it ended and there was almost no food left and no coffee. At $400 a night it would have been nice to have some coffee or food in the morning
