The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was out of order but that didn't matter to us. Just included that for others reading reviews. The only real drawback was the extremely low toilet height. Staff was very friendly.

Super quiet and clean. The pool was warm and refreshing. The hot breakfast was a big hit with our family who loves huge waffles. We would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come through the Greenville area again.

I was very happy with how quiet the room was. Very soundproof. Everything was clean, smelled clean and linens were nice. The shower worked, but the shower head moved in and out of the wall. It needs some maintenance. Everyone was very nice!

Our room was very nice and the jacuzzi tub was great. The bathroom however needs updating as there was very little water pressure and very hard to rinse hair. Also paint peeling, etc. but the sleeping area was very nice and comfortable mattress.

Our room was clean, the beds were very uncomfortable and we didn't rest well. Way too firm. There was a flashing light in the ceiling that caused us to not rest well. The handicap parking spots are located next to a sidewalk that has no accessibility, the only place without a step up is on the other side of the parking lot. Breakfast was very good and all the employees we had contact with were very nice. It was a bit pricy for the issues.

Everything was okay except for the service. Our room wasn't cleaned after our first day, and the person at the desk said that they don't always clean when the motel gets busy! That's unacceptable, considering what they charge per night. And besides, we heard the housekeeping staff cleaning on our hall for most of that morning!

This was my second stay at this location. Love the ease of parking and feel staff is very friendly and helpful. I also love that it is not a very large hotel but still has amenities like the pool, gym area and breakfast included.
