This is nothing like what Expedia is advertising. This Extended Stay did not have a pool, conference room, or a gym which are all three of the amenities featured on the site when I booked. Besides the friendly staff, this was a complete misrepresentation.

Room furniture, TV, kitchen, and bathroom are all out dated. Bathroom had water damaged wall. Shower and sink water sprayed very thin water pattern. My room card stopped working after the first day. Staff were hard to find at the front desk. Elevator was glitchy. Hall way smelled funny. Room was fairly clean, so I guess I got what I paid for.

We were on the 5th floor and our room violently shook bc of the laundry machines on the 1st floor. They refused to shut off the machines and would not guarantee they would be shut off at any time. The beds floor furniture and cabinets all shook and rattled. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. It was nauseating, our kids were crying it was awful. They refused to give us a refund bc we booked through Expedia. We felt extremely unsafe. So we left. How this is a property Expedia would offer is disappointing. The worst experience I’ve ever had. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! I may never book through Expedia again.

Stayed 2 nights in room 306. Woke up the first night at 5am thinking there was an earthquake. The beds were vibrating and shaking. The laundry room must be nearby. Second night at 10:30pm at night again, the room was vibrating/shaking. The dishes in the kitchenette were rattling! Cleanliness was ok. The shower was terrible. Hard to get enough water to wash the soap off and the water could be hotter. For a cheap hotel, this would have been expected, but this was not cheap. I would opt for somewhere else next time.

Room was dirty. The bathroom had an odor of sewage, the bed sheet had a blood stain. Reserved the room for 2 but was missing a secondary pillow. The office chair had a noticeable white stain. The shower head couldn't even stay in place, had tape around to somehow magically hold it together. All these issues could easily be fixed. The breakfast grab and go didn't even have a good selection, only wrapped muffins, breakfast bars and coffee out of a gas station.

The entire 5th floor smelled of dog feces and urine. Staff did NOTHING to fix the smell which permeated the entire floor. It was a joke among everyone on the floor. One guest put a plugin in the hallway. The entire place is FILTHY and I mean FILTHY. The 5th floor carpet was not vacuumed the entire 3 weeks I was there, my room not cleaned, probably lucky because I clean better than they do. The only GOOD THING about this place is the location. If you can find alternative accommodations please do because this place is a pig sty and that is an insult to my porcine friends.

I discovered bed bugs in my bed and have to wait for the manager to come in to get a refund. No written documents could be given to me. Only a post-it note left for the manager. Totally unacceptable and the worker did not apologize or seemed to be concerned.

There's another hotel with the exact same name about 2 mins away. The reservation doesn't make that very clear and it is easily confused. Other visitors were making the same mistake we did. An actual address on the confirmation email would probably solve that. The water in the room was not very warm at all and ran out very quickly. The room was also incredibly dry, I woke up feeling like I had inhaled some sand. Anyone with a respiratory condition could have easily struggled. There is nothing in the area within walking distance, so if you wanted to have a few drinks at dinner, you'd need to get a taxi. All in all though it was clean and quiet and served a purpose of having somewhere to sleep after going to MetLife Stadium for a game. Wouldn't want to spend more than a night there though.

The property was close to the Met Life venue, which was great for the commute. The room was kinda outdated. Don't expect much good sleep on the bed as they it was the most uncomfortable stiff bed I've ever tried to sleep on. There were two of us and the bed only came with 3 very unsupportive flat pillows. I asked the front desk personnel if I could get at least 1 more, which they declined. Target store was only 10 min away, so I went and bought a better pillow. I thought the price was high for this type of hotel, but like I said earlier, it was close to the venue. I wouldn't plan on staying for anymore then a night or two.

I loved the room, coffee was only available until 930 am. Bed was too soft for us and only 3 pillows for 2 of us. Was hard to sit up in bed with one pillow. Everything elso was very good. Wish they had a common area so i didn't have to stay on the room. We went to Medieval Times which was just 5mins away. Perfect location

The refrigerator was very noisy. Had to raise the volume of the tv. To drown out the noise. The shower worked but the water has to be put at the highest setting. Because all the water kept coming out through the bathtub faucet. Also very loud

The room we had was pretty dated and had damage to the bathroom countertop. The place wasn’t very clean. The kitchen doesn’t have any dishes or glasses unless you ask for them. It was convenient to MetLife Stadium but I probably wouldn’t return here.

The room is good for the price especially since there is a full size frig. The microwave in my room worked but was very old and the stove doesn't work well either. So don't expect to be able to fully use it. Breakfast is basically granola bars, coffee with coffeemate and muffins. The staff were polite but there was no warmth or good spirit in the front desk when dealing with guests. They answered questions but they were not hospitable.

Do NOT stay here. Absolute garbage. This place was an actual nightmare and ruined our entire trip. I stayed here with my best friend, and throughout the night both beds, and the rest of the room even, would shake us awake over and over again. Around 3am we tried to go downstairs to ask what in the world was happening, but because they don’t have anyone working the front desk at night, you’re on your own. In the morning we asked about it, and the front desk woman said it was “probably the laundry machines”. Like??? The laundry machines are powerful enough to shake an entire room?? Then don’t do laundry throughout the night? We slept for 0 hours and 0 minutes. HORRIBLE!! Also, every time the AC would start up, it would first make a blaring sound. I legit can’t believe how bad this was.

The very not so subtle argument between the front desk staff was completely out of line. Room was decent, I will say the room was very clean. When you read it says breakfast don’t think it’s waffles & stuff like that it’s literally just hot water, coffee & a couple granola bars in the check in area that you take to go.

Customer services is awful, they dont even say hello hyd ... One day my rom key wasn't open my room , the lady there at the front desk dont even say good evening neither so rude, and the employees no even say good morning so serious not friendly at all , need to focus a little bit more on Customer service . The receptionist is at the front desk in the morning is very, very, very rude… my room key got erased and open my room.. I walked up and kindly said, hey good morning, my room key got erased and it’s like the third time in two days and its getting a little frustrating… I was not awful or loud, or anything like that.. In my fifty years of travel I’ve never had a less welcoming, rude and inhospitable hotel staff. From a completely rude check in, miserable looking manager who made you feel unwelcome just by looking at him, no ice in the building, not a single glass in a room with a kitchenette or their refusal to be able to print a single page for us, although the room was nice enough, this hotel’s staff made this one of the least welcoming and enjoyable hotels I’ve ever visited.

9:30 pm, check in. After opening the door to our room we heard the banging clanking of the AC fan. 80 degrees today so the AC is a must. inquiring at the front desk and Front desk attendant, Destiny, said there's nothing she can do except tell me to wait until the morning to call maintenance or call guest services tomorrow. (we're here one night) I asked if there was something she could do. she retorted "I gave you 2 options but you don't want to listen." I said okay, please tell me what the 2 options were. she repeated I could wait till tomorrow to call guest services and call maintenance. I suggested those were not options for resolving the current problem. she said, "well I suggest you just stay in thin air then." not the experience I expected this evening.

The staff was nice. The property was not what would be expected from a hotel. There was no hot water for 3 days and we were told that there were a lot of people staying there, so it was expected. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The person at front desk said that they would have it looked at - That never happened. To get new towels we were required to bring dirty towels down to front desk. Very disappointed and will never stay there again. Not sure about the Extended Stay brand.

Our stay was good; the room was clean and the hotel's location was convenient. I was disappointed with the employee that checked us in. She wasn't friendly or professional. She also demonstrated a lack of technical knowledge because she was unable to provide us with WIFI access. When I called her back from the room and requested it, she said that she didn't know how to do that and hung up on me.

I will never return to this place, the room they gave me smells like curry. I asked to change they said we are fully booked which is bs because the one person staff did not feel like working. I wanted ice he said there is no ice machine on property. I went to the room to pour me a drink there were no plastic cups as you would expected. I went down to the reception to ask for plastic cups, I received dirty ones that I need to wash then use . Bad experience,!!!!

Some staff were very unfriendly and acted as if we were an inconvenience. Hallway needed to be vacuumed. Our room was clean. We booked this thinking we could walk to the stadium. You can't walk to stadium or mall from here due to the interstate.

There is NOTHING close by. After a long car drive it is nice to walk around and/or to restaurants, it is impossible at this location. Even walking to public transportation is impossible. The staff are either overworked or not interested to be there Mention of breakfast should not be made in expedia /web as bagged muffins and coffees are not breakfast.

Description and pictures are misleading. I purposely booked this hotel and payed extra for free breakfast and very disappointed with it. It is not the usual breakfast we get from other hotel. Room does not have hair dryer, no coffee machine. The room floor is sticky. The coffee on lobby is actually part of breakfast. Stale muffins, granola bars, and packet oatmeal with horrible coffee is served for breakfast.

Overall, a great stay for the price! The lobby could use a bit of cleaning, but our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple (coffee machines, muffins, granola bars), but it was a nice touch. The front desk staff were great—especially during check-in, which was smooth and super helpful despite our very late arrival past check-in hours. Check-out was just as easy. For the deal we got, we couldn’t ask for more!
