Staff were very friendly & helpful They had a pool but we didn’t swim I took advantage of their small gym area & used the treadmill. The sauna is a room off of the gym. Decent to navigate to the hotel. It is an older hotel which is fine but it needed more cleaning. Our room was cleaned but still could have used another vacuum. The walls looked like they needed a good washing and/or a repaint. The floor in the hallway has several large stained spots. Overall I would give it a 5.5/10 for cleanliness. The breakfast was good with you make waffles, yogurt, fruit cups, instant oatmeal and grits, plus cereal. Not much for condiments to put on the waffles. I would probably stay somewhere else if available

I was rather impressed with this place! Had a really great room with a nice tub! The pool was open and they even have a sauna in the gym! All this for a great price! The location is also hard to beat as there are plenty of restaurants and shopping locations in the area.

Hotel was not as it was represented on the website. Needs to be totally refurbished. Ugly linens, ugly green walls . Obvious repairs visible in bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Do not like exterior hallway entrance.

I was disappointed my room was not clean. When I entered the room I closed the door and on the plate next to the handle was a dried white substance that had dripped and dried up. The pillows on both beds had makeup on them not to mention hair, the had towels were very dingy and the wash cloth had blood dried blood at the bottom of one of them. It was too late to check into another hotel after driving four hours to get to Albany, GA. I will never stay there again.

The bed sheets was not changed from the previous customers stay. Room was not cleaned good. Toilet was loose. Bed wasn’t comfortable. But wasn’t a terrible place to stay.

This hotel had some good points and some not so. They advertise a breakfast and i went twice and only saw a dew boxes of cereal and some muffins. I was very disappointed with this. The building and the entrance were nice and clean. Then i saw the carpet in the hall. I was worried i had made a huge mistake. I got to my room at the end of the hall, which was great since i work nights. The room had a terrible smell. I hoped it was because the air was not on and would go away. I put essential oils on tissue and put over the vents to help. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The carpet was not. The bathroom was clean. The shower liner was cracked but clean. The room was large enough for both beds and to move around. If the carpets had been clean and some knid of breakfast the visit would have been much better

Did not have enough towels in room, had to go back to desk to get towel and hand towels. Carpets in room and hotel hallways were dirty, worn out & had bleach stains on them. Ugly green wall paint. Breakfast was grab & go which should have been stated on website. Not enough light in room or bathroom, also not enough plug ins for phones & computers. Not happy at all with quality of room.

The carpet was filthy, the accessories were dusty, no continental breakfast, no wash clothes, room had foul odor from water leaking air conditioner unit in front of window causing wet carpet accompanied by foul odor, and the bed had sink in the middle, and the linen was stained and dingy. The staff were great and very apologetic.

We came to the breakfast area about 8 am. We saw no coffee, no juices, no waffles…apparently nothing, except a few oatmeal bars. Bed sheets and bed cover are worn out, big stain on the sofa. Bed tub and bath room are dirty. The price for $110/ night plus tax was overpriced, not worth the price. Will never stay this chain hotel again.

Front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, but not well maintained. I would have thought a Radisson hotel would have better upkeep. We were on the second floor with our window over a spot where people were smoking (we smelled it) and talking until 2 am. I’ll spend a little more and go elsewhere next time.

I didn't sleep well on the supposed to be a mattress, no spread or comforter, the tub was hideous. I had to ask for better looking towels and wash cloths. The room was very quiet no disturbing. We could actually walk to dinner or to the convenience store.

The overweight cross-eyed girl that looks like she does every menial job in the hotel badgered my company asking which room we were in for breakfast like we just walked off of the street. The bad things is I had spoken to her at least 3-4 times because my room was horrible. NO INTERNET and the sink would not drain so we had to switch rooms. Horrible experience and for the staff to get upset and slam the breakfast room door as hard as she can was very troubling. My friend thinks she has many mental issues going on. That is not how people behave at work.

The rooms are run down. The mattress needs replaced it was like sleeping in a bowl. The lady who checked me in was night very pleasant, Maybe she was having a bad day. Stains all over the carpet. I would not recommend staying here.

Exterior looked great, but the room interior showed its age. One nice thing is the room door was inside the hallway. Room temperature was set to a cool 62 when it was around 45 outside. Heat work well and warmed up in about 5-10 minutes. Parking was easy.

Every thing was good but we had to be put in another room because my hurt his leg on a piece of disfigured bed frame sticking out on the side of the bed. Also the air condition unit was not working properly because the temperature button on it was

There was no one at the desk to check us in. We waited 30 minutes for someone to show up. This is after we called ahead to tell them what time we would be there. Also the condition of the property was sub-par, everything was banged up, and dirty feeling. Would not stay here again.

When I arrived the receptionist was sat in her car outside, on her phone. No welcome, just asked for my name. I was then told that the card used to pay for my room had been declined (I used Hotels.com). I was then told that I need to contact them regarding the issue (this is at 10pm). When I got Hotels.com on my phone, they checked my reservation and stated that the hotel had been trying to charge the wrong amount to a virtual card. After putting my phone on loud speaker, so that the receptionist could hear the conversation, Hotels.com gave the card details and the correct charge to the receptionist. Finally after 30 minutes, I had a room to go to. The room was clean and bed was comfy, although the bathroom was dated. I will look to stay at a different hotel next time my business takes me through Albany.

Check out was stateted as noon. Got a Knock on the door at 10:30am that cancelled one person in room sleeping in. I told them we would check out at noon. 11:30 another knock then walked right in. Unexceptable

The staff are excellent, especially Courtney at the desk. The other desk people were also understanding and pleasant. They all smile and speak nicely to everyone. They are masters at multitasking while being polite and accommodating. A plus for the front desk ‼️

The first assigned room reeked of sour milk. Could not even walk in. Second assigned room, upstairs, was very hot upon entry, but cooled off satisfactory. We reported out of face tissue, but none was replaced. Hot breakfast had been replaced with grab and go since last time we visited here.

States breakfast included and pics show waffle maker and various items on counter; however, they only offered Rice Krispies in a box, banana nut muffins and a couple of cereal bars. At least expand your options of cereal and muffins if that’s all you can offer.
