Stayed there for 4 nights and during this time the room was not serviceds we had to go to the reception for new towels

The facility was reasonably comfortable and convenient to the city centre. There were 2 bed covers provided both were too heavy. We could not get comfortable in bed, we were either too hot or too cold. One bed cover should be heavy and the other lighter.
