I can't understand the negative reviews. The staff was efficient and courteous. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Coffee at breakfast was actually good coffee. This is a dog friendly motel, but the grounds were immaculate. Downtown Easton is charming and loaded with some great restaurants very driveable from the motel. My only critique of the property is "breakfast"....day one there were packaged muffins and nothing else to choose from. On day 2 there was bread to make toast and some bagels.

Red Roof Inn Easton was a very basic hotel all we needed for a one night stay. The Fitness Center was not great and smelled pretty bad. Overall the hotel was dated but met our needs.

The staff were good. The room wasn’t very clean. There were hairs in the sink, white powder in corners of the floor and the floor hadn’t been mopped recently. After showering my feet were very dirty after walking on the floors for only a minute or two.

Was next to rooms of 20 different people that all knew eachother, were loud, leaving their room doors open and going from one room to another, hotel also has a roach problem. Woke up with one crawling on me as well as pretty much seeing at least one running around the room at all times. With roaches when you see one or two that means they are everywhere! Disgusted. Never again.

Room was not totally clean, blood on a roll of toilet paper, dirty desk surface. Floors sticky because they mop the floor with pledge? 2:30AM there was a very loud disturbance in the hallway and in the adjacent room. About 30 min later it happened again. Need to screen better the types of people booking rooms.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff was professional and friendly. The room was super clean. The shower pressure was amazing. Good for a short stay however the mattress was a little hard and I’m more of a firm pillow type of girl. The ac didn’t cool enough I would suggest new AC units. Other than these small minimal things, it was a good stay.

First the 100.00 security deposit was a bit surprising and not happy that I have to wait 3 business days before I get it back. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and the ironing board was broken. I had a king bed with extremely small pillows. I had to stack all for pillows just to get some comfort. I stayed for 2 days no fresh towels were given after the first day.

The only think we didn’t like was that we couldn’t sleep the first night because in the other room someone was banging the door at starting around 12:40am to 3:50am, they were going in and out the room and making so much noise. Other than that everything was actually pretty good.

Not a place to stay for night shift worker's.Get off work 7am and they wake you up at 9:30 am Monday , Wednesday and Friday so they can clean. I think they just nosey because nothing was cleaned same old hair ball was on the floor when we got there for 2 weeks. The Manager showed up on the 3rd week of are staying and was most ignorant and unprofessional person I've ever witnessed in all my years working over the road. Everyone else was nice but when she showed up that changed they were afraid of their job as I see it. We left stayed are remaining 3 weeks at another Hotel

Honestly the place is disgusting and so is the staff. I still spoke to them like they were human beings the whole time and I understand they may be overworked and tired but that’s no way to treat customers. With arrogance and belittling others??? Not only is the staff rude and “dirty” but the rooms are too. Stains on the beds and carpets, bugs, no clean towels because they had blood on them and they couldn’t replace them either.

The hotel is good for business overnight travelers and couples. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough. The room rates are fair as well. I want to acknowledge Yvette at the front desk. So helpful, personable, welcoming and practices customer service the way it was originally supposed to be. The world has done a 180 and not for the better. Any hotel is not doing a person a favor by charging high prices. Customers are doing the hotel a favor by choosing to pay and stay there. The staff should act accordingly! Thanks again Yvette!

It was very relaxing. The only comment we really have is that it is very difficult to find the parking lot at night. You can see the Inn and signage but had a difficult time navigating to get to the front door.

This is probably the best, budget friendly hotel I have ever stayed at! It was very clean, very quiet, and the front desk clerks were very nice and courteous. Everything worked as it should, and the price was extremely fair. The only downfall is that the entrance to the parking lot is hard to find because it is located at the very back of a shopping plaza, and there is no signage displayed to direct people to the entrance, and there was no lighting along the entrance, so you are not able to see it. It was very hard to find at night, so we drove in circles around the hotel and down the highway at 3am in attempt to locate the entrance. Beside that minor inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again (especially now that I know where the entrance is)!

Very poor signage and lighting to find this accommodation. You had to drive past an abandoned building down a dark road with no name at the far end of a strip mall behind a restaurant. There was no sign on any of the mall entrances saying Red Roof Inn. Two signs about two small unlighted signs less than two feet long were the only indicators it was there. Rooms were ok. Breakfast limited.

This QI was one of the worst I visited. It is located on the fringe of a shopping center parking lot that, if you arrive at night as I did, the road to QI parking area is all but invisible. The breakfast area was okay but the times for Sunday (when we were there) was 6 to 9 am; not exactly the well thought out as the weekend times are usually extended on those days. Plus, the staff started shutting down before the end of that time. Will avoid this one.
