Great rate! ESP since it had an indoor pool and breakfast. Overall great experience. Only complaint was that the elevator smelled like marijuana both nights so that was weird. Otherwise overall very pleased.

I liked the continental breakfast, fitness room was okay, pool was good but was really disappointed in the hot tub being closed permanently. That was the main reason I booked that hotel, so I could soak in the hot tub because I have a bad neck and back. The beds did not help that problem unfortunately. It was a good stay overall.

This place is absolutely awful. DO NOT STAY here!! Upon arrival I went to the front desk where I checked in and was asked to sign a few things including a no smoking contract as the hotel is a non smoking hotel. GREAT! I don’t smoke no problem. The room I was given smelled like Cheech and Chong just checked out moments before. The bathroom was humid and damp and smelled so much like mildew and mold I couldn’t even breath. There were no screens in the window of my first floor room so I couldn’t even air out the room, which made me feel super safe 😩. Over all this hotel is nothing like the pictures advertised online. Quite frankly I am not even sure where those pictures are from, must be the nicer confort inn the next town over. This place is run down, dirty, smells, it is hot and humid inside where they should have air conditioning. The pool looks dirty, murky and unsafe. The hot tub is out of order. The staff specifically the man that works at the desk is awful and rude, has no idea what he is doing and should be fired for the way he treats customers. DO NOT STAY HERE! Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else!

Nice hotel overall. The bathroom was creepy as it was only a toilet and shower. Needs a stand or small dresser or even wall art or something. The sink wouldn’t drain quickly. Not very good wifi. Elevator was pretty sketchy. The side door unlocked regardless of if you use the key card or not. The room was nice and clean and the Roku TV was nice for streaming shows.

The hotel needs updating and maintenance desperately. Lots of cracks, holes, chips all over. Hot tub was out of order. Vending machine was out of order. Terrible cleaning job in the room. Hotel room had hair on the bathroom floor and cheerios near the fridge. Some weird looking orang/red food piece (or worse) was smeared on the wall by one bed. Pool was nice, warm. Breakfast DIY waffles was nice. Front desk gentleman was very pleasant and friendly.

Went for the pool for my kids. Get to the property and the heater is out, someone was coming to fix it. Pool was frozen still by 8pm. Hot tub didn’t work. Switch rooms because of a tub drain. Never really looked at the second room because i was just trying to get out of the room to do something with the kids since the pool wasnt ready. When i got back to the room at 8, we got a bath. They’re was still bubbles on the wall, with hair, and dirty. Curly hairs on the floor. Door frame dirty with stuff. The back splash by the sink was never touched and stuff spilled on it. Oh, the bath drain stopper wouldn’t work so couldn’t take a bath.. the whole reason we switched rooms, a there was toilet paper in the tub drain. But the worst of all was our beds. THEYRE WAS LITTLE CURLY BLACK HAIRS ALL THREW AND ON OUR BED WHEN WE PULLED BACK THE SHEETZ. When i contacted the front desk after i realized that, she said i could switch rooms. I had two dogs two kids i was not moving a second time at 10pm. I asked for a partial credit cuz it was not work the 110 i paid. She said cuz i didnt check it when i first got there she wouldn’t. Nasty. Would not recommend. The place also smells lik stale water

Although the front lobby attendant was nice, the disregard the staff had for cleanliness is beyond words. Our room was very dirty. There was left over trash in the closet and old coffee in the coffee maker from the last guest. The towels were obviously not washed appropriately and appeared to be dirty and/or used. The sheets were covered with stains and holes. Part of the bed frame was duct taped. The bathroom smelled of mold and the ceiling was stained from what appeared to be a previous leak. The breakfast area was filthy. There was old dried food stuck all over the walls. The pool had unknown slimy substance floating in it. My kids were unable to enjoy the pool. The hot tub was not in working condition. Some of the interior windows around the hotel were cracked and very dirty. The hotel had signs posted on the front window of the hotel that stated it was under construction, but there were no areas that appeared to be currently under any type of construction what so ever. The room was dirty from lack of effort, not from active construction projects.

The staff were very kind and helpful, however the hotel is run down and dirty. I’m glad we only booked one night. We did have a handicap accessible room, but it was the furthest from the elevator and the tub would be very hard for someone in a wheelchair to access. It was a big step up, and down into the tub. There was a shower seat and rails all around, but it would have been very hard for someone disabled to access the tub. The handicap parking was also an issue. There was a ramp to the sidewalk, but the sidewalk didn’t lead to the door? The sheets and covers had stains, the walls and grout needed a really good scrubbing, and the sofa had lint, crumbs on it. The hotel did have a sign on the door under renovation, but we saw no evidence of it. We decided not to even look at breakfast, because we were not comfortable with the lack of cleanliness. Definitely can not recommend this hotel, I’m glad we got a good deal on Expedia.

Dirty, the condition that my room was unacceptable. The sofa bed had old bed sheets on and the mattress was ripped and numerous stains. Then bed bugs on bed? Only to be move to another room with a broken box spring so I had sleep on an incline. Terrible experience, gross. It’s a shame because I’ve stayed at numerous Comfort Inn’s before, after this I’m questioning if I’ll ever stay at one again. Hopefully someone from corporate sees this, that location needs a deep cleaning…

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. This was by far the worst one I’ve ever stayed at in terms of cleanliness. The sink and the bathroom drains wouldn’t drain. Everything felt sticky. The bed skirt has a million stains on it. It was so so bad.

The first room I was given was missing the safety lock, which I was not comfortable with. I called the front desk and they were able to switch my room. The new room had a bunch of dead bugs on the bathroom floor. The hotel itself was not great, and the area it was in smelled strongly like manure, but the young man at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

The room was spacious a little rundown but they are in the middle of renovation. Bed was comfy. Upset because there was no conditioner the bottle was completely empty on checkin & was filled after I said something the next day. Stayed three nights they only cleaned once, still didn’t fill up the conditioner bottle. No phone cord on room phone had to use my cell to call front desk. Hairdryer didn’t work had front desk come up and fix it. Wish it was a little cleaner and ever Worked. In all still comfortable would come back again.

This felt like an older property with scuffed up furniture, stains in toilet and on tub and rugs. It did smell pleasant and clean The staff, although not outwardly friendly we’re efficient. The breakfast was well stocked and met our needs. It is easily accessed from major route and close to a Giant, Dunkin Donuts, fuel.

Window screen was shredded and blowing in the wind. Windows should have safety bars outside them: if you opened the window, you could literally lean out over the edge and fall to your death! There were three places in the room where large stains were splashed. They were very obvious, and could have been paint, bleach or something similar. The refrigerator had no thermostat in it. All of our water and milk was frozen solid.

We stayed here as a family of four during a short visit with extended family over the holidays. This is a basic hotel. Nothing fancy, but fine for our purpose. Clean and comfortable. Well priced. Breakfast was good enough. We had no complaints. Note that you will hear some road noise from Rt 30, but this is to be expected given the hotel's location.

The woman working the desk when we checked in was delightful. She was pleasant and smiled when we checked in. She directed us to our room and asked if there was anything else she could do. The room was great for what we needed it to be. We were only there for less than 48 hours. I would recommend extra towels in the room, but that is just nit-picking.

No comfort with my stay. Staff ridiculously unpleasant & unprofessional, fighting with each other daily, often yelling at the front desk or parking lot about their jobs or each other etc.( On site/ live in manager included). A group of staff stayed overnight in a first floor room, while I was informed my 1st floor reservation request, due to disability, was no longer available. Many issues with room, accessibility and amenities. My phone charger & cord burned out within 30 seconds of being plugged into the bedside lamp outlet. Third floor Bedroom window opened fully,no screen. Vending machines, all floors, were bare except the two or three items staff disliked...When electrical issue reported to manager for fear of potential fire, I was told that I was rude and it was false and not to return.

The check in process was absurd. It was the longest I've ever endured in my 64 years. The toilet in the room did not flush. I called the front desk to advise and they told me they did not have a maintenance person or a toilet plunger. I had to walk down to the front desk where the person behind the desk went to look for one, and found one, and told me I would need to take care of it myself.

I’m furious that the manager hasn’t called me back to resolve some reservation billing issues. They also double booked my organization and 3 families had to go find another hotel. One of my families even got checked in and when they went into the room, it was occupied. The female front desk person was helpful and did her best in the situation.

Morning and afternoon front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast food was good. The beds need updated they were old, little uncomfortable. The pool was extremely dirty all 4 days and hot tub was not listed as under construction when booking which was a big disappointment. The Horrible experience was with the overnight staff member Noel. He allowed 20+ guess at 1130pm in the pool area to have a big family party that lasted hours, causing a lot a noise while trying to sleep. When we asked him to take care of the noise (during quiet hours) he said those guesses were allowed in the pool area and hung up on me. The sign shows pool closes at 10pm. I know its at staff discretion and if they are causing disruption they are not allowed! Lastly the lock on the backdoor to the pool is broken. Notified desk staff and they replied they told the owner several times but he has not fixed it. Security issues not only for them, but also for guess. Our stay started off ok, then turn into Disappointing and couldn't wait to leave.

I liked the area I stayed in. Very quiet. The pro about it was the pool, we swam. The only thing I was disappointed about was the hot tub being out of order but we still had fun. The hotel is very close to everything. We went there for the Field of Screams. It was very close so I liked it. Staff were very nice and understanding.

Close to the highway. Centrally located. The breakfast was sufficient. Only 1 flavor of yogurt. I’ve noticed that at comfort inns! Kitchen staff and front desk friendly. I personally like the sink outside the bathroom. Would stay here again.

The toilet handle and tub facade were broken, and there was not a body wash option. The breakfast was extremely minimal. It also happens to be downwind from a pig farm, which is not bad but if you're not from around the area may be a bit of a surprise. For the price, I should have stayed at another chain.

We stayed here as a family of four during a short visit with extended family over the holidays. This is a basic hotel. Nothing fancy, but fine for our purpose. Clean and comfortable. Well priced. Breakfast was good enough. We had no complaints. Note that you will hear some road noise from Rt 30, but this is to be expected given the hotel's location.

The check in was smooth.. But the pool room & water was cold. It wasn’t a heated pool. The check out was not good at all. Breakfast is until 10 am & when my family and I went down at 9;45 everything was already put away except a little cereal that was left and a tiny bit of waffle batter . Everything else was already put away. I was upset because I was looking forward to at least scrambled eggs & they put the food away before 10am like if get off shift at 10.

We got in kind of late 9pm, we didnt get to use the pool but looked nice. The hot tub was covered up or not there (couldn't see it). Breakfast was great for free and the hotel was quiet. Id definitely stay again

The shower curtain smelled had to have it changed house keeping does not understand English ask to get toilet paper, tissues, the beds made new towels and empty the trash cans only gave us tissues and toilet paper. I took towels and garbage to the lobby front desk gave me new towels and said we only do rooms every three days what am I paying for the breakfast buffet in the last eight months lost bacon, cheese omelets, danish, oatmeal not what I was told when I booked a few months ago. They had a AC company going in rooms to spray and clean the AC units when I got back from breakfast the AC guy said your room is next I said we are leaving in a few hours you can do it then and got smart with me I had my two young granddaughters in the room the hotel never let us know this was happening no one should be in my room without my permission. The place needs a renovation it is fixed half ass rusted toilet paper holder gaps in the wall around the tub should be calked, looks like it was painted by a two year old

This is a no frills stay, affordable, clean rooms and good variety for breakfast. Friendly staff too. We had a positive experience. Furniture has seen better days and only one small elevator but not a deal breaker. Indoor pool was clean.

It cleaner then I expected after I arrived and saw how much it was lacking. It’s definitely not warm cozy hotel but it got the job done for sleeping. Pool was broken which was a huge disappointment, elevator was also broken, the included breakfast was also highly disappointing. Just runny eggs and bad sausage not anything you felt comfortable eating we did grab an apple juice, water bottle and a banana that was really it.

No breakfast bar to speak of on M-F, however was fine on weekend. Was told not enough guests on weekdays to fool with it. First., we were put in a room with a bathtub that had a cover-over, making it hard to even step over to get in the tub for bathing. We requested a change of rooms. Receptionist was very non caring type, however, did put us in a room with a regular tub. Our stay was four night. The staff was very unfriendly for the most part. I never write reviews, however, being a Comfort Inn regular, I was so disappointed. I usually had to ask for towels everyday as there were three of us and they furnished enough for two people everyday. Just wouldn’t recommend this motel, sorry!
