Schöne Außenanlagen. Es weht immer ein Lüftchen unter den Bäumen. Der Pool hat eine sehr gute Größe und Tiefe. An manchen Stellen über 2 Meter. Zimmeraufteilung perfekt und Betten sowie Kissen bequem.

court séjour avant saison, accueil convivial et serein, beau studio impeccable et très bien équipé. on envisage un séjour en octobre pour de longues marches dans les pinèdes. le super marché au pied de l'établissement est un plus ainsi que la cafétéria où le personnel est également très aimable.

Comfortable appartments and friendly reception. Good place for a summer holiday although a bit away from the beach. We stayed in the Aparthotel on our way to the south in winterseason. Not many restaurants were open and the cafeteria in the building itself closed too early for dinner. One can do self catering as there is a supermarket closeby.

Mon séjour a été fantastique à tous les niveaux, Pals est une ville merveilleuse avec des plages belles et propres, il y a énormément d’activités à faire dans et autour de la ville, parc aquatique, promenade en bateau, jet ski,… j’ai aimé le respect d’autrui, chaque personne se baigne comme bon lui semble. L’hôtel est très bien placé, proche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très professionnel et très accueillant, un +++ pour Yassine et Miba, mes coups de coeurs. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours, les draps, serviettes sont changés régulièrement. La piscine est grande et propre et beaucoup de transats à disposition. Un maître nageur surveille la baignade toute la journée, rassurant pour les enfants. L’hôtel propose des activités toute la semaine pour les enfants, danse, maquillage, structures gonflables… C’est sûr je reviendrai!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floors were dirty, the bathroom had mildew, and there were stains on the bedding. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly, making for an uncomfortable stay. For the price I paid for the room, I expected much better service and accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. It is overpriced for the lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance. I will not be returning to Hotel CleaneSs in the future.

It is a cheap place. I guess they do not enough people working there. One day we got to the room at 7:30pm and it has not been cleaned. The next day it was not cleaned at all. The bathroom odor was ugly. We saw cockroaches in the bedroom.

The hotel was unfortunately a major disappointment. The toilet did not flush at all!!, and the blankets were old, thin, unwashed sheets with holes in them. There was a lot of noise from the street, the refrigerator was extremely loud, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. The bed was placed right next to the entrance door, so we could hear every guest arriving and their suitcases rolling by. The entire apartment was very old, worn out, and poorly maintained. Everything creaked. Overall, the stay was extremely unpleasant and did not meet expectations at all.

We had a lovely time. The apartments are in an excellent location with easy access to a store and a few restaurants. The shared garden is awesome for kids and with a 15 minute walk you can get to the beach. The staff was super nice. The beds were "on the harder side". We spend around 8 days there. During the week, it was calm and peaceful. In the weekend there was some partying and noise.

Van buiten af gezien een mooi aparthotel. Kamers zijn gedateerd en nodig aan renovatie toe. Douche in bad is niet meer van deze tijd. Kamers echt gehorig. Wat ook een storende factor is dat de airco’s op de balkons geplaatst zijn. Een vervelend geluid als je op je balkon zit. Heb je hem zelf niet aan dan hebben de buren hem wel aan. Tuin met zwembaden zien er keurig verzorgd uit.

Appartement 136 au niveau et avec vue sur piscine. Couchage correct. Une nuit sur 3 avec bruit nocturne à cause de voisins fêtards et aussi réfrigérateur un peu bruyant. Très bon nettoyage et personnel sympathique. Piscine agréable. Bon entretien général. Nous reviendrons car bon rapport qualité prix et région très belle à decouvrir

L'hôtel est très propres les chambres sont bien entretenues, le cadre est agréable et la piscine sympathique. Tout était parfait jusqu'au moment d'aller se coucher !!! On a l'impression de dormir dans le couloir tellement les murs sont fins, merci au groupe de jeunes espagnols qui ont hurlé et courru dans les couloirs de minuit a 5h du matin et personne de l'hôtel pour leur dire d'arrêter leur cinéma !!!! Une nuit d'enfer ....

L'hôtel est très propres les chambres sont bien entretenues, le cadre est agréable et la piscine sympathique. Tout était parfait jusqu'au moment d'aller se coucher !!! Comfortable appartments and friendly reception. Good place for a summer holiday although a bit away from the beach. We stayed in the Aparthotel on our way to the south in winterseason. Not many restaurants were open and the cafeteria in the building itself closed too early for dinner. One can do self catering as there is a supermarket closeby.

Schönes Hotel, in Nebensaison sind auch die Hunde erlaubt. Sauberes Zimmer, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Gute Möglichkeit, bei der Fahrt nach/von Spanien zu.übernachten. Nur das Hotel liegt fast eine Stunde Fahrt von der Autobahn entfernt, der Weg liegt durch die Dörfer mit ständigen speed limits (30-50 km/h). Das nervt unheimlich, wenn man schon sowieso müde ist.

We had a lovely time. The apartments are in an excellent location with easy access to a store and a few restaurants. The shared garden is awesome for kids and with a 15 minute walk you can get to the beach. The staff was super nice. The beds were "on the harder side". We spend around 8 days there. During the week, it was calm and peaceful. In the weekend there was some partying and noise.

Wij komen hier al jaren. Superior kamer is oké alleen gedateerd. Keuken is heel klein, koelkast lekt, douchen in bad is gevaarlijk, nergens een handvat waaraan je je vast kunt houden terwijl het bad glad is. Groot 2 x 2 meter bed is fantastisch, groot balkon en uitzicht op zwembad. Omgeving is prachtig, je hebt alleen een auto nodig om dat te zien want in het apart-hotel is helemaal niets te doen. Ook ‘s avonds kun je er niet eten. Spar winkel zit aan het hotel, strand is prachtig op 2 km met twee restaurants. Apart-hotel is hard aan renovatie toe!

Mon séjour a été fantastique à tous les niveaux, Pals est une ville merveilleuse avec des plages belles et propres, il y a énormément d’activités à faire dans et autour de la ville, parc aquatique, promenade en bateau, jet ski,… j’ai aimé le respect d’autrui, chaque personne se baigne comme bon lui semble. L’hôtel est très bien placé, proche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours, les draps, serviettes sont changés régulièrement. La piscine est grande et propre et beaucoup de transats à disposition. Un maître nageur surveille la baignade toute la journée, rassurant pour les enfants. L’hôtel propose des activités toute la semaine pour les enfants, danse, maquillage, structures gonflables… C’est sûr je reviendrai!

Residence molto bello e super silenzioso. Sono poche villette con piscina e tutto vicino, dai supermercati ai ristoranti alle spiagge (bellissime). I paesi vicini sono spettacolari, vacanza strepitosa ! Consigliatissimo.

court séjour avant saison, accueil convivial et serein, beau studio impeccable et très bien équipé. on envisage un séjour en octobre pour de longues marches dans les pinèdes. le super marché au pied de l'établissement est un plus ainsi que la cafétéria où le personnel est également très aimable.

The front desk staff were all extremely friendly! The location was perfect to see Costa Brava’s best beaches within an hour drive - most within 15 min drive. Pool was clean and refreshing during the heatwave! We loved the place and it felt very comfortable! There is some hallway noise for the sleeping nook by door. The AC is old and needs replacing. It cut off one evening but randomly turned back on. The front desk brought us a standalone unit but it would require us to leave the patio door on ground floor open all night (that could allow geckos, mice, birds, bugs or any person to walk in - so by magic we were relieved when the aging machine restarted.) When it worked it was cool enough to be felt in the bedroom. But I think one day soon it will quit for good. Cleaners were great but kept taking dirty towel and bathroom mat without providing a replacement so we were running out by the end of 7 days. Overall I would recommend this place!

The hotel was unfortunately a major disappointment. The toilet did not flush at all!!, and the blankets were old, thin, unwashed sheets with holes in them. There was a lot of noise from the street, the refrigerator was extremely loud, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. The bed was placed right next to the entrance door, so we could hear every guest arriving and their suitcases rolling by. The entire apartment was very old, worn out, and poorly maintained. Everything creaked. Overall, the stay was extremely unpleasant and did not meet expectations at all.
