Flot stort hotel udefra og vi var meget forventningsfulde over at skulle bo på et 4 stjernet luksus hotel, men nej. God service hele vejen igennem, fint værelse og rent, morgenbuffeten skuffede lidt, men man kunne fint blive mæt. Hotellet er slidt og trænger til en opgradering hvis det skal have 4 stjerner. Pool området manglede nok mest til at få en overhaling, mange brusere virkede ikke og mænd kunne ikke bade da døren var låst til herrer, så var nødt til st bade hos kvinderne. Sauna var ikke tændt og koldvands bassinet udenfor sauna var i stykker. Foyeren og de store områder var meget mørke fordi der åbenbart blev sparet på strømmen, så mange lamper var slukket. Vi oplevede slet ikke baren var åben, selvom vi overnattede i to dage, det burde den jo være som et Lucia hotel.
