The location, style, and level of service are excellent. However we had two main problems. 1. Our room was noisy. We could often hear loud noises from the rooms above and beside us. 2. The facilities were too crowded. At breakfast there was not a table for everyone. Some people had to sit outside in the cold. At the indoor pool there were not enough lockers in the changing room and not enough loungers for everyone to sit in. Sauna and hot tub were filled to capacity.

A grand hotel right by the sea with a fabulous pool. Our bed was comfortable and we had a sea view (although the room looked much more modern on the marketing photos). Powerful shower and bath in room. The room felt a little dated and the sofa was a bit lumpy. We could hear the TV in the room next door. The hotel is about a 10 minute beautiful walk along the seafront into a small town with a shop and a few restaurants. There is a stunning small chapel within the grounds. We selected a half board stay and found the restaurant food to be high quality and plentiful. The breakfasts had a lot of choice but we were less impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we liked the bar. The spa was okay (sauna, steam and pool plus treatments) but the changing rooms were small.

Clean room, good housekeeping staff, bars/restaurants in hotel expensive, hotel feels dated. Spa treatment was good but the service before and after was very average despite expensive hotel spa prices. Larger of the two pools was supposed to be a “quiet” pool, yet families with young kids were there making it very much a noisy pool. Life guards/pool staff also nowhere to be seen a lot of the time. Would say the hotel is a good 4 star rather than 5 star. Restaurants near hotel were hit and miss. Pissouri village has a few more options.

The spa was amazing as was the Swedish Massage treatment with the lovely Maryanne. We enjoyed the Steam Room and the Hot tub too, very relaxing 😌

Hotel and grounds were nicely landscaped however built on hillside so lots of steps and slopes food and wine was rather expensive ate in the apollo restaurant food was good also ate at a couple of restaurants nearby.visted in november hotel was quite busy weather was glorious pool was freezing which was a pity

This hotel is absolute perfection. Perfectly clean, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Food is exquisite. Loungers on the beach, towels included. Loved the beach QR code to have food/drink brought to your lounger! Pool was amazing. Spa is lush. Couldn’t fault it.

Beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, very high standard relax area with excellent indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Only one restaurant was open but the variety and quality were very high. Staff very friendly and helpful. All in all a place to go back to.

Absolutely gorgeous resort, super clean and well maintained. Food is awesome and service is outstanding. We came to celebrate my mom’s 70th and we had flowers and cake waiting for us in the room. Highly recommend and will return soon.

The room allocation was very disappointing. We were given different and far apart rooms. There was no compensation. And there were a number of other service issues that were not appropriate for a hotel of this level.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Ausblick. Spa-Bereich ebenfalls sehr gelungen. Keine Bettenburg sondern aufgrund der überschaubaren Größe ruhig und angenehm. Der Service ist hervorragend. Die Bucht ist ruhig und mit einem Kieselstrand gut zum Baden geeignet. Kein Massentourismus. Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut, allerdings etwas wenig Abwechslung, da jeden Tag fast das gleiche angeboten wird. In dieser Preisklasse kann man etwas mehr Wechsel der Zutaten / Geeichte erwarten. Auch wäre es schön, wenn es mehr zypriotisch geprägte Zutaten gäbe, insbesondere an der Salatbar. Dennoch ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit perfektem Service und hoher Qualität.

Wonderful setting, Pissouri is like a step back in time in Cyprus. The hotel is lovely and the staff are fabulous, a special mention to Florentina who looked after us wonderfully and Katerina (in room service) who was a joy.

We had a minor inconvenience due to too much exposure to the sun but the staff runed immediately with medical assistance and did everything possible for our wellbeing. Very greatful for such friendly stuff. The food in general wasn't great, yet the hotel's ambience and amenities are fantastic.
