I thought the hotel was nice for the price. Beds were not very comfy but it was nice and clean and the parking is close and easy but they charge you a ridiculous $30 a day. Really beautiful little courtyard and nice pool.

Starting with the shuttle pickup..we called as directed to let them know we were there. We waited 20 minutes and the shuttle drove past without stopping. So we called again and they said they would send them back. Another 30 minute wait (the hotel is 5 minutes away). The room was fine. The staff wasn't rude, they were indifferent. It was the weirdest experience across the board. Zero eye contact and no emotion is the best way to describe it. Absolutely felt like we were a bother to them. NO ONE had customer services skills, from the person who checked us in, the hostess at the restaurant and the bartender. The nicest person in the building was our breakfast waitress. The elevators were broken and looking through google reviews, it appears they have been for months. I would not choose to stay here again and not up to Marriott standards.

We were happy that the shuttle runs every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, so we didn't have any trouble getting to the airport at 4:30 a.m. It's nice to have a restaurant in the hotel too, so you can have a drink or eat dinner without having to leave the hotel.

Pool out of order - not warned on website. Road access is very tricky, no info supplied. Alarm clock did not function, bar with outlets to plug in USB port did not function. On the other hand, the tub grout, the first thing to go in most older hotels was perfect, bed, room, key system, staff, bar and dining, were great. Having learned the ropes about the highway access, I would go again.

Stayed for 1 night as we had an early flight in the morning so we wanted to be close to the airport.. The fridge was not working in our room and when notified, they immediately moved us to a different room & delivered the keys so we didnt even have to go back to the front desk... The thermostat wasnt working in that room but it wasn't a big issue so we didn't notify the front desk... The front desk employee was also able to book an additional room for us, quickly and easily... The bathroom was not properly cleaned (hair on the floor and on the shower walls)

Non- smoking room smelled strongly of a dirty ash tray. Moved us to another room that also smelled of smoke but a little less offensive. A/C didn't work correctly and had to have maintenance fix it. Found a man's shavings in the sink, and when we went to bed, the sheet was on top of the comforter that I am sure hundreds of people have had on them without being washed.

Was comfortable enough for a quick overnight, but the bathroom was not at all clean. I skipped a shower because there was pubic hair all over the tub and visible dirt. However, Sheila at the restaurant was the most wonderful and pleasant waitress we’ve had in a very long time.

The room was good, with good sheets. Didn't like that the bathroom sink was outside the actual bathroom and right as obe walked in. It was just a one night stay, so was ok as we were getting flights first thing in the morning. I think I'll choose the Hyatt as I've stayed there before for about the same price.

The hotel is fine. Nice lobby area and decent eating/bar room. There is free parking for those staying at the hotel (not heading to Logan airport), but finding a good spot was not always easy. Some created their own. Very hard mattress for those who prefer that, but overall, the room was clean and functional and we will stay there again.

The hotel is well maintained - but the walls are thin You can hear everything going on in the room next door - not because they were loud but because that’s how thin the walls are. They flush the toilet and you swear it is in your room . Not the best night sleep I’ve ever had.

The desk staff was unhelpful. We were told the shuttle runs every 15-20 min but there’s no schedule so for a 6am flight we had to come down 29 min earlier than we needed to just in case since there was no schedule. And then we got a communication after we checked in that it came every 30-45 min. For an airport hotel that people stay in for early flights it’s incredibly inconvenient. And then the restaurant staff was borderline rude when trying to order food. Finally, our room was so loud both outside and in the ac unit we didn’t sleep at all. And the bathtub was chipping. Overall it was a poor experience.

The hotel is nice but our room entrance felt so tight with the sink right at the doorway. The toilet was incredibly loud when flushing. The temp control unit was also incredibly loud. That same unit also blew dust clusters all over one of the beds closest to it, that was gross and we shut off the unit. We did have a nice experience with the late night bar in house. The reception desk was very helpful as we tried to navigate getting the shuttle. They were very nice when we checked in as well. The beds were comfortable.

What stay? They wouldn’t pick up the phone for us to arrange a shuttle from the airport to their hotel at 07:30 in the morning! We told them we were arriving at 07:30 and we had booked the room so we could at least get 5 hours sleep prior to our next flight at 15:45.

Really lousy experience. Arrived at 1 am to a line of guests at registration being told rooms weren’t ready because they overbooked and weren’t prepared. Waited over an hour to get in to the room. Beds covered with one thin sheet. Bathroom had a bath towel but no hand towels or other normal linens and products. Dated property and grumpy staff. Not inexpensive. Felt like I was at some old roadside motel.

Starting with the shuttle pickup..we called as directed to let them know we were there. We waited 20 minutes and the shuttle drove past without stopping. So we called again and they said they would send them back. Another 30 minute wait (the hotel is 5 minutes away). The room was fine. The staff wasn't rude, they were indifferent. It was the weirdest experience across the board. Zero eye contact and no emotion is the best way to describe it. Absolutely felt like we were a bother to them. NO ONE had customer services skills, from the person who checked us in, the hostess at the restaurant and the bartender. The nicest person in the building was our breakfast waitress. Very nice, clean and quiet accommodations close to Logan airport. Staff was gracious and efficient at check in. Transportation to and from airport was quick and easily available. Highly recommend.

One big disappointment was the difficulty getting in touch with the desk to arrange a shuttle pickup from the airport. Nobody replied to emails sent days in advance and nobody answered the phone. Reception was apologetic when informed upon my arrival...but I had to pay for an Uber. Overall tired rooms but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, the rooms are spacious, the beds are a bit firm but fairly comfortable. The shuttle service is great. But for the prices you charge I cannot believe you do not offer breakfast. The on-site restaurant wanted $14.95 for a simple egg bagel sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nice average hotel close to the airport. The bonus is they have a free shuttle to the airport and that was the draw for me. I was pretty disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open all day as well as coffee not being available after 10:30 AM

We waited no less than 20 minutes to be seated. Waitresses were very rude, didn’t recognize us waiting. There was a lot of open seating. Very few patrons in the restaurant. We stayed there both sides of our trip, ate there morning and evening always the same. Expensive and very poor service. Thus desperately needs to be addressed.

The shuttles to & from both the Logan Airport rental car center & the American Airlines terminal were wonderful!!! AND, when I left a bag on the shuttle, the driver called the hotel to have them notifyme that the shuttle driver would be returning to give me my lost bag!!!

So not being from Massachusetts, we did not realize that the restaurant with the bar did not open until 5:00. We got there about 4:00 and had to wait in order to get something to eat and drink. It could use a refresh on the upholstery. The weight staff was nice, a little slow. The room was really nice. Once again some of the furniture was seeing the wear but so convenient to the airport and the shuttle made it easy to get there in the morning
