Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum von Hjörring. Die Zimmer waren teilweise revoniert. Sie hätten etwas moderner gestaltet sein können. Der Wintergarten, mit Bar, war sehr schön und man konnte die kühlen Abende dort genießen.
