Hot tub was not hot. Toilet leaked and was never fixed. Did not get maid service whole time I was there. Ceiling above swimming pool was leaking into the pool. Bathtub was slippery when taking a shower. I had to purchase bath mat air conditioner was damaged but worked ok. Back entrance did not lock correctly.

Dirty, trash was not emptied. 1st room AC did not work and was hot andToilet would not flush in the first room, we moved rooms and the second rooms toilet did not flush, staff gave the plunger to us to take care of rather than a staff member....do not recommend

We drove up to the “hotel” (more like a motel 6) and there was absolutely NO lights lit up at the entry. The huge sign was dark and unlit. We didn’t even know if the hotel was open. We then entered the front doors and there was nobody at the desk at 7:50 PM. We rang the bell at the desk. Nothing. We rang it a second and the third time, and someone finally came out of a room and approached the desk. We could see in the darkened room that he came out of that there was a woman lying on the floor sleeping, or who knows what? We told the receptionist at the desk about the light on his sign being out and he seemed unconcerned. Our room was interesting. The door barely opened because some paint was stuck and was almost impossible to open. Also, the door jam was warped and could barely close again. The bathtub had mold in the corners and there was a disgusting bath mat that was looked to be about 50+ years. The breakfast in the morning was more like 1 bagel remaining at 7:30 am and beyond that, not much variety. No sweet rolls, no muffins, no eggs. Terrible. All in all, this was a dive. Won’t go back.

Stafff had difficulty checking me in. Then woke me up at 2:30am in to morning saying they needed my credit card information. They lost it in the system. Facilities were dirty. Never staying here again

The property was dirty, and in poor repair! Our rooms stunk of urine and smoke. Would not recommend staying here. It was horrible! We could not stay the night, had to go elsewhere. We got a refund.

My room didn't need a key card to enter. It would just open. After notifying front desk, I was told it would be fixed. 1 hour later it had not, and I re-enquired. They told me they weren't able to get a hold of maintenance yet and weren't sure when they would. Then they asked ... ___if it bothered me___ that my room wouldn't lock. After telling them, yes, I wanted a room that locked while I was not in it, they seemed a bit annoyed and gave me another room that I was able to move to upstairs. Overall. At least they fixed it. But it was kind of insane and I really wanted to be resting and not dealing with this type of thing. Also as I arrived and parked in the loading bay at check-in, I got out of my car, and some wild dude walked up to me with a plastic bottle and asked if I wanted a shot, which I politely refused and went inside as quickly as possible. It wasn't the only indicator of the state of the area but that was kinda crazy. I didn't feel super safe here, and if I was not a relatively sturdy adult male by myself I would have been exceptionally uncomfortable with all of this even more so. I certainly wouldn't pick this place to bring a family to.

they charged my credit card for "incidentals" but charged my room again. I already paid for the room on Hotels.com. I called the hotel and they said it will take 3 or 4 days to be credited to my account. Give me a break - one night and they CHARGE your credit card and not hold it!

Customer service was awful! Our blow dryer didn’t work when we asked for another or access to a room with a functioning one, we were told that wasn’t possible. Also told we couldn’t use the public restrooms off the lobby. We had three in our room and two were getting ready. So when my husband asked for access he was told those are not public restrooms. He explained why he wanted to use the restroom and was told, “ if you’re traveling with two women you should know how to be patient”. At check out I was sharing my awful customer service. The man at the desk explained that I wasn’t welcome back…like I would ever book there again.

I usually try to find the positive in a hotel, but this one was a challenge. Check in was slow, our room wasn't ready, even tho it was 3:30. They said the delay was from waiting for the paint to dry, but it didn't smell of fresh paint in the room. Took about 45 minutes before we got in our room. They are remodeling the property, so the mess and clutter in the hall and stairway is understandable. The room was fine. The bed comfy. The door was hard to open and shut, wouldn't shut enough to slide the deadbolt. The biggest detractor is the hotel is next to a very busy road. Lots of truck traffic and jake brakes late into the evening. Breakfast was skimpy, but I don't pick a hotel for it's breakfast. There are plenty of cafes nearby. At checkout, the desk clerk said he couldn't give me a receipt because their price was less than Expedia's and they weren't allowed to let me see it. Huh? The property might be better when the remodeling is done, but we won't be back.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. The receptionist was freindly. Unfortunately some of rheir repairs, like caulking at the tub and sink, were done by unskilled workers and therefore looked shotty.

The breakfast was really good. I just wish they had danishes. Staff was nice. Aur conditioner was amazing because we like it as cold as possible. Cold soda would have been nice as I don't drink much coffee. The coffee in the room is way too small.
