My family and I are extremely disappointed that the pool area was completely closed upon arrival and there was no breakfast area by observation.These were amenities that persuade our decision to book this reservation. I would like to be contacted about my concerns. I am very unsatisfied. We left the property with 15 minutes of arrival and traveled across state to make it home safely.

If you are booking for "indoor pool" Don\'t bother room is not heated and pool was 77 degrees if that, when I went to complain I was treated like I had the problem. The halls leading to pool are also not heated so you have a chilly walk back to room. And of course there main pic is the pool wish I had stayed elsewhere

Pool closed. Dirty inside and outside the building. Jet tub is dirty. Feel like we pay too much for this stay. For the unsafe area and poor condition of the building and the room, it should be at least $40 less than what we paid. Will not going back and would not recommend to anyone.

property is 3 floors with no elevator which is inconvenient with luggage. multiple makes hanging out in parking lot at night dome drinking didn't feel safe.

Swimming pool cold, hot tub broken, ice machine broken, bed bowed, windows fogged out, bathroom in pool room door would not latch securely unless you forced yourself to close door.

Room was spacious enough, but the bed was made in the MOST curious manner..? In all the years I have stayed in motels, I have NEVER seen a bed composed like this one. (No blanket, spread was actually tucked aggressively into the mattress; just a top sheet & the spread. Very curious.) Internet was extremely volatile; finally gave up on it because it would not stay engaged. Room was very quiet. This is a bare bones place, but worthy for an overnite stay, especially the price.

We got here n the pool was broke. I found a vape pen under the bed n a dirty paper towel on the bed. It's cheap so I guess you get what you pay for

Pool under maintenance. Did not clean our room. No coffee machine in room. Very soft mattress. Only two small flat pillows. Lots of noise during the night. No snacks in vending machine.

The spa water was brown with flies floating in it. The halls smelled dank. The side door was not locked and we didn’t feel safe. The staff was courteous and helpful.The bedding was clean.

This is an older hotel that looks to be up dating as they go. We ordered a king room. Unfortunately, when we got in the room there was a leak coming from the ceiling into our bathroom. We informed the front desk, and he gave us the king suite room. That was wonderful and if we stay again, we would love to have that room. It's very spacious. Two couches and the bedroom was separate great for couple with an early riser. We also enjoyed the pool it was very large and clean. Were a little bummed the hot tub was broken but stuff happens.

Bed was hard and rippled. Carpet was not vacuumed. Toilette was dirty.

The pictures online looked nothing like what the actual rooms looked like. The rooms were dirty, you could tell they did the bare minimum to clean the room, tub/shower was stained on the inside really bad and the edges were nasty, the end table by the bed was filthy, the T.V stand was filthy, the walls down at the floor were dirty. Made my skin crawl just being in the room. We live in a lazy world where customer service is terrible.

I chose this hotel last minute due to a death in the family but it had a good rating and I trusted the brand. My room was extremely dusty. There were stains on the lampshade and red splatters on the wall. (I did take pics) The temp outside when I arrived was below 30° yet the heater to the room wasnt even turned on. The windchill temp that night got down to 4°. There wasn't a blanket on the bed or in a drawer. The bed only had sheets and a sheet-thin green fabric top. The tub was so grimy that I had to buy gloves and disinfectant to clean it. The bathroom door did not close completely. The traffic in the hallway was average but at night, people would stand in the hallway and have very loud conversations, sometimes at 4am. They were so loud that it must have been heard at the desk which wasn't that far away. Yet nothing was done. Obviously, you cant smoke in the hotel but some guests thought it was appropriate to smoke right at the entrance. Staff did nothing to get them to move. They have full view of the entrance and those going in and out, so this made no sense to me. One time when I was leaving for the funeral and went outside, I had to use my inhaler and the people smoking finally moved away from the door. I parked in one of the few spots closest to the hallway to my room that had less snow and ice because the closest handicapped spot to it was taken. The hotel is close to the airport and essential shopping. However, I would not choose to stay here again.

We will not be using this hotel again, the check in was average to begin with and then we found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. We do a lot of traveling and have never found cockroaches before.

BED BUGS!! Horrible stay. Woke up to bed bugs. I contacted the front desk. Two men came to the room and without actually looking decided to say there were no bed bugs. They moved me to the room across the hall. I don’t know if bed bugs could travel room to room or not but I didn’t want to take chances. I decided to leave the hotel a day early. They gave no refund. I had bite all over my right elbow. I called the front desk to let them know I had bites and they definitely had a bed bug problem and they responded with “ What do you want us to do with that information?” So I paid for two nights, stayed one and got bed bug bites and then had the stress of taking the right steps not to transfer them. Very stressful, waste of money and time. If I could give zero stars I would.

The hallway and stairwell were filthy. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was a ladder in the hallway blocking the way. There used to be breakfast— is there is not. It was incredibly noisy, as you could hear people in nearby rooms and in the room above. The temp in the room was either warm or freezing due to an inconsistent wall air conditioner. Wouldn’t ever stay there again..

Our room was dirty and it was obvious it had not been cleaned thoroughly. The bath tub had a slimy feel, stains on the curtains, splatters all over counters and even on the lampshades. Even the mirrors were dirty with splatters all over them as well. There needs to be better cleaning done here it’s definitely unsanitary would not recommend.

didn’t even stay the second night of my reservation. bugs everywhere. mystery splatter on the walls. hair in my bed sheets. there’s a reason they don’t let you get refunds. people smoking in all areas. smelled awful. not clean whatsoever.

Stayed five nights and no changes of linens or towels. Fleas in the bed.

Beyond the dtop of blood on the wall and thd ac not working it was just as it always had been. Coolt temps so not too worried about the ac the blood on the wall was a bit off putting.

Room was very uncomfortable and noisy from the window AC and the refrig. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Pretty bare bones room, no blanket, nor shampoo, lotion. 1 bar of soap, no coffee maker in room. no decaf coffee in lobby.

I had to cancel my stay 5 days in advance because I was in the Hospital with Pneumonia. I was told the room was non refundable, which was fine when I reserved it, but I didn't know I was going to be in the hospital, and unable to make my concert and stay at the hotel. Under the circumstances I asked to get a refund or voucher. The lady at the desk was going to ask the owner and call me back. Never heard a thing. I called again. She heard my sick voice on the phone. 2 weeks and I am still not over my pneumonia. I was able to get a voucher for the concert tickets, and I stayed at the hotel last summer. I'm on disability, so not refunding the $75.00 is really not nice. I would have booked again at econo Lodge if they would have done that. Frustrated, Marlene Meinhard

There were some issues with the room, staff swiftly moved us, the second room had an issue however staff came right away to resolve the issue. The staff is amazing, had it not been for them I would’ve been writing a very different review.

The drunks outside the front door being loud and obnoxious. Dark parking lot. Rude management. Our room was filthy. They had no other rooms to put us in so ultimately we had to leave. And she kept all of our money. It's been a week now and I nor Expedia has had any luck with our refund

Physically its heyday was a while back, but the price and proximity to MBS make it a good choice. The staff, especially the man whom I took to be the manager, was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, accessible entrance steps as well as a ramp. Staff very friendly.

It was a good value. We had difficulty finding it because Google maps took us to a corn field several miles north of the hotel.

The whole hotel smelled, if it wasn’t one smell it was another. From the hallways smelling like pot, to the actual hotel room smelling musty and unclean. The bathroom was tiny and water pressure was terrible. When we pulled into the hotel it was difficult to even tell where the office/lobby area was from the outside. Parking lot and building look run down.

We stayed in this hotel for a second year. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for commuting to our business event.

Driveway was bad. Had a hard time finding the front office. Nothing clearly marked. Room was really nice. Plug for Jacuzzi tub didn't fit, but kitchen sink one did. Will recommend to family and friends.

Convenient location a nice new bathroom. I can adjust the heat inside the room, warm toasty bedding, great TV and channels and a wake up. Call in the morning.😊

Hotel desperately needs an update. Room smelled bad. And only offered coffee no breakfast

I didn’t like the fact there was only one clean towel for 2 people.When booked wasn’t told the pool was down and Also there was no contentail breakfast either day we stayed.

Smoking was done right outside the door that came inside to the stairwell split between first and second floor so hallway was smoky. No continental breakfast. Only 2 pillows on a queen bed and no blankets with weather in the 40s

The staff were quite friendly and helpful. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room, but they did have it in the lobby. Also, I would have liked a blanket. I was cold in the night with just the light throw they had on the bed, so I had to get up and turn up the heat, which I don't like to use.

Worn furniture. Clean yet, creepy. Only two pillows, bed was not something I would own. Worst part was my wife had complained about a smoke smell in room. Mgr and desk clerk came in, sniffed and said it smelled like dog and donuts (yes we had brought some In) They then told us about the pet policy of charging $20.21, and needed to be paid then. At check out there would be a late charge. We could not find info on a pet charge anywhere on rental site. Just felt unfair. And they did not charge us last March when we had stayed. Just not a stellar stay for an econo room. Also could not find any mention of continental breakfast, so skipped that if it was there.
