Bed very uncomfortable, hard, no blanket, flat pillow, sloped in like a bowl. What amenities?? No breakfast, just coffee. No soap. The heat wasn’t on in room when we arrived and it was only 15 degrees outside and it took two hours to warm up. Walls extremely thin, heard EVERYTHING next door and I mean everything.
