Très bien pour une nuit. Propre. Extrêmement bruyant, car plusieurs clients (parents en état d’ébriété et enfants fatigués qui courent partout jusqu’à 01h du matin) sur le party partout sur l’étage… mais ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel. Petit gym vraiment ordinaire. Je n’ai pas essayé la piscine intérieure.

I liked the fact that there was a bar/restaurant in the lobby. Also liked the variety of amenities however, sauna was not working at time of stay. Also, it was awkward that I had to get the reservation desk open the doors to pool and sauna. Pass key did not allow entry without his help. Not sure why.

This was a great hotel. The only complaint would be the only weight machine in the gym was broken and the indoor pool was abit chilly. Other than that, clean and modern .

Staff were very friendly and efficient. My kids loved the pool. Our room (king loft suite) seemed larger than the pictures showed and the layout of the room was great. Bathroom was huge. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. We never had to wait long for the elevator. Lovely hotel

Belle piscine, grande chambre, parfum de l’accueil qui sent très bon. Bel accueil du personnel. Cependant, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas pour toute la durée de notre séjour, aucun effort ne semble avoir ete fait pour resoudre le problème malgré que nous avions avisé le personnel. Personne n’est passé changer les serviettes. Beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles et de traces sur les murs et les portes.

5 days the room was never cleaned, towels were not replaced even after i asked for them. Kitchen was closed one morning. Hand sanitizer stations are just for show they are empty.

This hotel is very beautiful and cozy. Unfortunately it was not clean well and empty shampoo bottle.Was reserved for 2 adults and 2 kids but only 2 towels was there.I was upset because it is little bit expensive but service not good.

Everything was comfortable until after midnight. Then their "smart auto setback thermostat" took over and the room temperature became too uncomfortable to sleep. Phoned front desk, they were familiar with the issue but had no way to override the problem

Lady at the front desk was lovely, she had a hard time getting me checked in. The rooms are clean but very bare. Plugs were far from the nightstands and the thermostat did not seem like it could get to temperature and would randomly blow cold air.

Overall very dusty, there were mold in the AC unit and the curtains. First night (of 2) there was a wedding going on and the music was disturbing guest past 2 AM in the morning and the staff did not do anything after receiving complaints. There was no sound proofing at all so it was impossible to rest.

I have to say that the staff was very friendly, helpful and very pleasant. This really makes a great difference. The training for the staff must be recognized as being well executed. My stay was very comfortable but, for the second time at the hotel I had difficulty with operating the TV. Each time I was unable to access TV channels.

My wife and I had a comfortable night; the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was also clean. But when my wife wanted to enter the password for the Wi-Fi, she had difficulties, so I went to see the receptionist. I found him at the back behind a counter, either reading a book or on his phone, and I asked him for help. After two attempts, the password didn't work, and on the third attempt, he spoke to me in an authoritative tone, and his face changed color. He was not patient, and I did not like his behavior.

Sûrement des équipes sportives…j’ai aviser le personnel mais la pauvre fille seul et impuissante! Après une et demi les policiers sont venu et nous on dit que c’est à l’hôtel de faire en sorte que cela soit corrigé avec l’aide d’agent de sécurité… Nous avons demandé un remboursement mais à ce jour rien reçu de leur part! Pourtant la jeune fille nous avait elle même dit que cela serait normal et fait! Même pas reçu un courriel de la direction d’excuse…

We were told upon arrival (on a Friday) that there would be no cleaning service over the weekend. We were fine with that, we don't need the room cleaned daily. On Monday, I asked the front desk to make sure we got clean towels and the bed changed. It did not happen, so I asked them to make sure it was cleaned on Tuesday. It was not. The front desk staff told us they did not get their delivery of towels (isn't there a washing machine on the premises?). We got 4 pool towels (very small for bath towels) and never got cleaning services the entire time we were there. We know if's not the front desk staff's fault, but they got the brunt of complaints (and not just from us, we heard others complaining as well.) We stayed at this hotel because it was close to where my brother lives, but we will NOT be staying there again unless their staffing and laundry situations improve.

I liked it for closeness to where I needed to go. It was very clean and all staff was superb. The Martini Grill had excellent staff, excellent food and at a resonable price. I wouldn't hesitste to stay again

Rude staff, annoying that you need an escort to pool, or a so called gym. Literally just a half working running machine, an old cable machine, and one bicycle. They should not be saying the have a gym. Room was dirty.

For a high-end hotel, one would expect high-end service. Besides one front desk staff, Paolo, who was helpful and courteous, the other two staff members were not only not helpful, but actually rude. We were very disappointed with the service. The room was up to expectations, very clean and comfortable; the break at the hotel restaurant was definitely worth it, but unfortunately, the breakfast was not available on the weekend.

Nourriture et service excellent au restaurant Martini que je recommande fortement. Pour le personnel, ça dépend. Il y avait beaucoup de personnel inepérimenté, par contre aussi une employée des plus gentille le samedi soir à la réception. Elle était une perle avec nos enfants. Notre séjour a très mal fini, prostitution, agression armée à notre étage, un petit agent de sécurité pas du tout apte à gérer la situation, c'est notre groupe qui a du intervenir pour arriver à venir à bout de cette situation avant l'arrivée des policiers. Aucune offre de dédommagement de la part du personnel de l'hôtel, on a eu une bonne frousse.

Nice hotel. Close to the highway for easy access Great front reception staff. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Nice restaurant. Breakfast menu has a nice selection for the chosen set menu for the hotel package room/breakfast offer. The hostess/waitress was very efficient and jovial for being all by herself. The food is well prepared and presentation. Room was nice spacious and clean. Lots of options to purchase in the room in terms of snacks and beverages. Mattress was too soft kept rolling in the middle. All in all we give it an 4 star out of 5. Would recommend.
