The spas outside wasn’t hot enough and the eucalyptus spa was not very clean.

Nice hotel with large suites. Clean and calm. Staff is great. However, some downsides that should not happen when you pay this price: 1) Air conditioning in the room is so weak that even when you let it run at maximum capacity, temperature was 25.5 C in the afternoon with the window blinds completely closed! It would cool a little bit during the night, but still too hot to be comfortable. Not acceptable for this kind of hotel. 2) Not enough place to sit around the pool/hot tubs area.

I really like the resort style concept as which not many hotels offer in the area such as a Amerispa onsite, access to the lake, hot tubs and 2 pools. It is also great that the pools and hot tubs are open until 11PM. The restaurant prices are a little too high. A simple glass of wine costs $23 and breakfast is $40/person. I had booked for 2 adults and 2 minors of the ages 13 & 10. When we got to the room, the sofa bed was too small and they did not leave a blanket and there was only 1 pillow on the bed. We had to ask the desk for the extra blanket, a cot and extra pillows. We also had to ask for extra towels. This part of the service requires improvement. The gym is also very small and does not have much equipment to use. Other than that, the place is very nice.

Nous avons profité des activités nautiques et du passeport activités. Nous avons aussi apprécié le gym et utilisé un peu les piscines et saunas. Le site est très bien avec vue sur le lac et la suite très bien équipée avec lit king, petit salon, cuisinette et grande salle de bain. Nous avons mangé en utilisant la cuisinette et les mets à emporter plus abordables évitant aussi le temps d'attente aux restos. Très beau séjour!

Staff at pool bar were rude, i asked a barman for some ice in a cup and he told me NO because he needed to save the ice for other drinks… i just wanted ice for my cup of water. I also work at a hotel, and i know that customer service is a priority.. clearly not at this hotel though. Other than that, front desk lady’s were friendly and the activity staff were helpful. Please redo the pools, they look outdated and all the paint is chipped off… Great food at Le Voilier. As for the rooms, they clean and comfortable, although the pillows really suck. Please get rid of those pillows. Spoke to a few people and they said the same thing

Great space. Incredible lake, and so many things to do which are water related. For the Spa, pricy but nice. The outside water baths and the sauna are nice.

Clean room, Hot tubs were perfect - Wine tasting was amazing! We love this place, it was our 4th time here and will definitely go multiple more times! It's the place to be to relax and have time as a couple or a group of friends!

Great place, the pool area is amazing, access to a small private beach... Perfect stay!

Avec 2 bains à remous sur 4 fermés pour réparation. Location du cadenas à 10$ quand on n'a plus notre suite, c'est franchement du vol. Salle de repos intérieure avec seulement 4 divans non confortables. Bon service à la clientèle à la réception, belle suite côté évolution, bon déjeuner au buffet. J'avais hâte d'essayer l'endroit dont tout le monde parle, mais sérieusement déçue par la portion spa de l'endroit Been there, done that, je n'y retournerai pas

ROOMS WERE VERY NICE, CLEAN AND COMFY BED AND NICE BATH. BREAFAST WAS VERY GOOD. COFFEE LATTE OVER-PRICED. RESTAURANTS OVER-PRICED FOR QUALITY OF FOOD . SPA WAS TERRIBLE SMALL POOLS - TOO MANY PEOPLE AND CHILDREN ALL IN ONE SMALL POOL BECAUSE 2 ADULT POOLS WERE CLOSED. NEED TO UPDATE THEIR SPA- NOT AT ALL TO STANDARD- THE SET-UP - LOOK AT OTHER SPAS IN QUEBEC

Vraiment beau séjour à cet hôtel. La chambre est belle, tranquille, propre et lit confortable. Le déjeuner est excellent au restaurant le Voilier et le souper est bien, belle vue mais manque un peu de choix au menu. Les spas, piscines et accès au lac c'est fort agréable. Les 2 seuls points est que le balcon vue sur le lac était vraimnent pas propre, avec même la de cendre de cigarette par terre, les rampes en vitre salles et il y a de la rouille et beaucoup de moisissure verte sur les poteaux Et les bancs de plastiques vraiment pas confortable. Si c'était pas de ce point, c'était pas loin de la note parfaite.

Très satisfaite de cette endroit les employés sont très sympathique et à l’écoute et c’est très propre le déjeuner était très bon et à extérieur les bain tourbillon et la piscine 👍

The hot pools were NOT clean. The 4 we tried all had filmy bubbles and foam at the surface of the water, as well as an accumulation of gunk around the walls. We were there in the evening so I figured it was because many people who used it during the fay were wearing lotions and the body oils had caused all of it except the tubs were still dirty the following day when we used them. Just disgusting.

The staff was very helpful. The room was nice, but could be refreshed with some upgrades (for the kitchenet, bathroom towels and bedroom blanket and linen) and living room furniture be properly cleaned. The kitchenet needs at least a stove top or small oven and dishwasher to even be called kitchenet. The fireplace, is rather unenjoyable with the constant ticking sound that is rather loud, a remote control would be more optimal. The Spa, specifically the saunas were limited, only the dry sauna was working properly, while the steam room had black mold and the outdoor sauna barrel was not very hot and also had a mildew smell.

Le lit est très inconfortable. La.literie et les serviettes de bain sont usés ce qui enlève du confort. Le matelas est tres incorfortable. La dame de ménage n'a pas ramassé les servietres souillés. Au dessus du lit dans 1 coin du plafond il y avait des coccinelles. Les rideaux sont tres poussiéreux. Côté jardin signifie adjacent à une route passante. Nous etions au 2ieme étage et le 1er étage est réservé aux clients avec bain tourbillon privé donc on les entend parfaitement c'est un peu intimidant. Les tapis des corridors et l'ascenseur ne sont pas entretenus le carrousel a linge souillés ( draps, serviettes, robes de chambre) a été laissé la toute la journee et la soiree ce n est que.le.lendemain matin parce qu on a fait 1 plainte qu'il a ete ramassé. A 10h00 il n y avait pkus de café a la reception on a du attendre 30 minutes avant d en avoir un autre contenant. On a demandé un late check out pour le dimanche matin on nous a répondu que c'était 25$ de l heure, pourtant le prix de la chambre n'est pas à l'heure. Le point posifif l'emplacement, la qualite de la nourriture.

Spacious room, excellent amenities.

It's a great resort/getaway with a decent variety of SPA options - sauna, steam room and a few hot tubs, which are very relaxing during winter evenings. Though if you are sensitive to noise - that might be a concern. With high prices for the room they must be dead quiet. And they are not. And lucky you if you booked the room on the top floor, else you will hear every step and evey move of your neighbors on the floor above you. Remember - it is a kids friendly resort. On the bright side - the fireplace saves the situation and puts you into the hibernation mode, which helps to relax and recover from stressful day to day life.

Loved everything about the property. The room was beautiful, spacious & clean. It had a microwave, plates, etc. We could bring our own food & just reheated it. The hot tubs were a bit crowded but I can understand why. The view was stunning & the dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Can’t wait until next time.

The only negative surprise was that the room did not have a security safe for valuables. This left us to monitor these valuables when we went swimming and meant someone was designated to watch while others enjoyed the pool or lake. I cannot recall a stay elsewhere where a room safe was not provided

Chambre magnifique et confortable. La vue sur le lac ajoutait un charme et une ambiance apaisante à mon séjour. J'y aurais passé une semaine entière. J'y reviendrai assurément.

Clean! The view is wow!

Staff was terrible. We pay such an expensive amount to stay for the night the least they can do is have good staff and good customer service. Basically check out is at 11, but we were getting a massage at 12 and we asked if we can leave the room at 11:30 and they refused. We had to put our bag in a space that is not even locked! Everyone has access to it, very unsafe. Then we had until 10:30 to make it to the breakfast restaurant and they refused to let us in because it was 10:35… we thought that customer service was terrible and they really affected our stay and our enjoyment. We will not be revisiting this facility.

Je n'étais jamais allée en été, mais c'est vraiment super! On se sent vraiment dans un "resort". Chambre magnifique, spa, piscine, plage. Le personnel est vraiment extra. J'y retournerai encore!

The property was very nice. The amenities and services were very average. We had access to the outdoor jacuzzi and pool. There were no slippers in the rooms and we were told none were provided and they had run out of those for sale. For dining they insisted that reservations be made even though hotel was very empty. We asked to have a table at the window and we’re told not to worry, hardly anyone would be there. Arriving for our 8 pm reservation, there were no tables left. They wanted to seat us near the entrance to the kitchen which we refused. We ended up sitting in the empty bar area. The two waiters that were good for our evening meals were not locals: one was from France, the other from West Island. One waitress, obviously a local, who served us at lunch, had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen. She went to ask the chef if he could prepare us a cheese plate. We noticed she had stopped to chat for a good 5 minutes with two local workmen, all within our site. We had to ask the hostess to get us some bread later as the first one was nowhere to be found. The restaurant had hardly any clients at the time. This is the first time in a very long time that we left « 0 » tip. Should mention that the sommelier we had for wine tasting was very good, very pleasant. So overall, very good facilities, but with below average restaurant service and only average food, I would not give higher than the 3 stars rating.

Brilliant stay, nice staff and very welcoming

Loved our room right on the water. Didn't like the fact that they tried to charge us double what we agreed to with Expedia and it took quite a while to correct their mistake. Didn't like the fact that you can't get a burger or a salad for lunch, all the food in every restaurant is overpriced and from our experience at Voiliere, not very good. There should be a more reasonably priced option at least for lunch. The breakfast buffet included with our room was excellent though. Many options, well prepared and wait lines for the buffet weren't bad if you go before 9:00.

J ai du attendre 50 minutées de plus car a 4h la chambre étais pas prête J ai demandé d enlever la neige sur la galerie à Mon arriver le 11 janv et à mon départ le 15 janv il étais pas venu pour la neige à la réception à la fin il m’a vais charger 3 facture de nourriture et un valait pour la semaine à pret avoir regardé les facture de manger il étais même pas à mon numero de chambre les 3 étais different avec tout ses erreurs je suis pas sure de retrouner chez vous

Un bel endroit dans les laurentides avec des chambres parfaites combinant luxe et confort.

Very nice Hotel with beautiful views of the lake

Pros: Room was great, gas fireplace was a beautiful and functional bonus as weather was cool. Lovely outdoor pool and water front area. Restaurants were good, and table d’hote was excellent value. Cons: Not much to do indoors when weather was cool and rainy. No indoor common areas to convene or do indoor activities, other than gym and spa.

the garden view is non existent. The garden view is really the road view. There is no garden. Lake access for swimming is quite poor for a resort like this. especially the beach and chairs. Very disappointed.

Nous avons pris la suite Évolution avec spa. Nous avons pris coté jardin pensant qu’on aurait la vue sur un bois, mais c’était la rue. Ce fut décevant. Cependant, la suite est parfaite. Nous avons eu un très beau séjour.

Everything was very beautiful, our view, the food, the service, the room, it was perfect, except for one little thing that would need to be upgraded, the patio set, we spent a lot of time on our patio, and it was really uncomfortable! Thanks to Esterel Resort!

Overall very nice BUT restaurant food was not that great. Went to the Voilier and had the crab appy which was super salty. The small pool side bar/restaurant was closed during the day and there was no way to get food. My teenagers were starving. Had to go inside and order a $30 12 inch pizza and had to go get it from the restaurant ourselves. They should have better options for food and convenience.

Great Resort Hotel everything was perfect. Free parking on site. Great hot tubs, pools, sauna area with free access when you stay there. The ROK was a great experience cooking are food on volcano stone.

Excellent getaway for our 10 years anniversary. Our dinner at Le Rok was also very good. We really enjoyed the spas.

This property is beautiful. I have visited in the winter and Fall, and both time have been wonderful. The rooms are spacious and modern, the pools are great and the restaurants are great. Plus the breakfast buffet that is included with your room is amazing. They have everything you could possibly want for breakfast.

Food is good but expensive for what it is. Interesting concepts for the restaurant Rock. Rooms are not sound proof like advertised.
