Our room was lovely I was very disappointed that my room was only cleaned one time in my 5 night -6 stay There was no water to purchase and very little snacks Breakfast was wonderful and the woman running the breakfast was so personable. We enjoyed her very much and the people on the desk were nice too. We had one night that the elevator was not woking and we had to walk up stairs

I was charged $20 more by Expedia than lured in with. I didn't like that. Breakfast was ok. A lot of work being done. Elevator is very slow. Hard to use the stairs instead.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The entire staff were friendly. Including the GM who not only made sure we had everything we needed. He genuinely made us feel comfortable and engaged in conversation about our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and clean. Our mattress might’ve been a little uneven but still slept great. The restaurant Charlie’s next door is soooo good. Had we stayed longer we’d have returned. All in all a great stay!

The staff was very helpful and nice. My suite was very clean and spacious. Well the facility was very clean and presentable. This particular hotel is pretty much "all-around". Fitness center decent, the pool area is very nice....my favorite is the breakfast. The food was hot fresh, and delicious. It was the many options to choose from that i loved about the morning breakfast.

The staff worked hard but there was a lot of confusion regarding reservations. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and had reserved 8 rooms and put them under each guests name. We had requested for the rooms to be close and they worked out some. The elevator got stuck so we climbed stairs one time. The breakfast and rooms were excellent, quiet and restful. It was very nice when in all we had 14 rooms and all could visit together for the Shotwell wedding!

My Room was exceptionally clean. I requested to have a small refrigerator and received it with no problems. I loved the morning breakfast that Hotel provided and the food was delicious. Hats off to the food attendant.

The rooms where nice although the bathroom floors did not seem as if they have been cleaned in a while. It was updated and beds were very comfortable. Hallway floors did not seem to be vacuumed daily as there was always food on the floor . There should be a policy of guest wearing shoes in the dining area rather then walking barefoot while people weee eating

I booked 2 rooms. Check in is at 3:00 p.m., we were not allowed to check in until almost an hour later for 1 of the rooms. The floor in one room was dirty, it was not moped before we got it. The other room was not very clean in the restroom and the shower knob was loose, almost broken.

Bed was amazing! Spacious and great for me for being disabled. Only thing I want to say bad is, upstairs guests were loud and walking hard and the pancakes were small. Other than that, it was good!

Very nice since it was remodeled. We stayed here before it was remodeled and it was nice but now it’s very up to date and comfortable. Sheets were very soft. Bed was comfortable, good pillows, king suite was very large and spacious, bathroom is very roomy and modern, and there was plenty of seating in the room (couch and chaise lounge). Only cons would be that the food/drinks are wayyy overpriced ($3 something for one soda), there was a good size gap between the door and floor so it let a lot of light and some noise in, the flooring is laminate so you can hear neighbors walking around, and your neighbors TV is up against your bed wall so that can get a little noisy if it’s loud enough.

Didn’t have a room until almost 4 ,I couldn’t get ready for a wedding until 4 and I was late for the event for that reason wedding was at 4 and staff said there was nothing they could do,Which there where other customers getting there room I didn’t see why I was not able to check in at 3 .

No signage at street indicating access to property and street under repair and poorly lit. We turned when WAZE said turn and ended up in the business in front of the hotel and had to get back on the street and go 1/2 block to correct driveway. The desk clerk was very friendly, efficient and helpful.

My Mother and I were pleased with our overnight stay here. The front desk was nice and welcoming and the room were were in was cleaned and huge in size. The location was easy to find and is located near a few restaurants that are all within walking distance.

This Holiday Inn location is conveniently off the interstate. The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean. Breakfast was good for a complimentary one. They are still remodeling (we stayed there almost two years ago and they were remodeling then too). The remodeling leaves something to be desired such as the bad paint job, plastic still on the tv’s, bubbly floors.

One of the nicest Motels we have ever stayed in. I think it was a little pricey but it was very nice. Breakfast could have been a little better but overall really enjoyed our stay, Oh I do think the pet price should be 25.00 per night instead of 50.00 a night which is a little high.
