Beautiful hotel with exceptional service! The staff works tirelessly to keep everything spotless and ensure guests are well taken care of, whether it’s with food, drinks, or assistance. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the spa is spotless and offers a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Selda, the photographer, whose talent and warmth made our trip even more memorable with beautifully captured moments. A big thank you to Elvira at customer relations for her outstanding service and attention to detail—she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Also Special thanks to Hussain at the Spa with his excellent customer service. Overall, this hotel absolutely lives up to its 5-star rating, and we can’t wait to return!

We visited end of summer season. The weather is already cold, but swimming pools (except only one) was cold. The main swimming pool for a small age children was always cold. We went to the Spa area, and there are also cold water inside jacuzzi and for babies swimming pool. Hamam area also was cold. Overall, room condition rate more 3 stars hotel not the ,,luxury”. The side of our room location was cold too without the sunlight. Unfortunately we were too busy with two children and did not have time to change the room. Finally we only enjoyed the dinning area, but because of the rotavirus our first week was tough and not enough time for relax.

Beautiful hotel. The staff works very hard to keep everything spotless and provide you with food or drinks. The sunbeds by the pool are very comfortable and there are plenty of seats available. The fitness is well equipped. The spa is also very clean and relaxing. The rooms are very spacious. Overall definitely worth the 5 stars!

It was our first time staying at this resort and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had seen reviews where people have returned more than once and we are not surprised. The hotel is beautiful with so many facilities and amazing entertainment every night which is not to be missed. We were kindly upgraded to a sea view room. If you are planning a holiday with kids then this is a great safe spot with lots of activities to keep them entertained, and a special kids fun area, games room and a separate pool with water slides. If you're coming as a couple then this is a great resort as you still get privacy as the resort is so big and its a relaxing environment overall. The food was nice with quite a lot of options however the buffet restaurant should have labels clearly stating Vegetarian options as my husband and I almost ate something that had meat in it and it was not visible at all. The breakfast was my favourite and the daily selection of desserts, fresh fruit and salads were the best! If you eat meat you will enjoy their daily barbeque for dinner. The hotel did have a couple of power cuts however it was at no fault of their own and they worked hard to resolve it with minimum disruption and open communication. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful and we had a lovely time.

My stay at Calista was an exceptional experience, the resort is very upscale, the facilities are very beautiful, the green spaces are immaculate, in addition to the quality of the buffet and the variety and deliciousness of the items. At first, I was keen to try playing tennis for the first time in my life, then I wandered between the resort's pools and its diverse and truly unique bars. It is an unforgettable visit. I thank the staff, they were very kind from the moment we were received and checked in until we left the resort. The only drawback of the hotel is the high price of the resort, although it is worth every dollar

High expectations were not met at this supposed luxury hotel. It looks great, but the customer service on the front desk is shockingly poor. This was off-season, a lot of facilities closed & less guests staying. But, this is meant to be a 5 star luxury hotel which is much more expensive than the other all inclusive around this coastline. On arrival it took a while for anyone to come out and assist with our bag. Even then no-one helped to take in the small bags whilst we had kids with us. First person checked us in spoke English and pleasant and professional. We looked and around and it does look amazing. Then we were led by someone from front desk who didn’t say a single word whilst taking us to our room (admittedly she didn't speak much English but still was a cold welcome to our room). Gave us a room which was in a building away from main restaurant (this became a problem when it was raining constantly trying to take 2 children) We had issues dealing with front desk for a few requests which were just shrugged off. Everything was then discussed with guest relations. Olesya, tried to make amends and offered to cover our transportation to the airport. But this covered over the cracks. As we went to depart at the receptions desk, it is customary for the hotel to chat and ask about our stay, leave with a smile. Instead we were met with a shrug by taking our keys and that’s it. We were glad to leave! Felt like wasted money due to lack of great customer service.

Everything was excellent. We all loved it. Especially the food and service were perfect. Our kids loved the heated pool and the kids club. The only slightly not so perfect thing was to try to find sunbeds because people tend to reserve them by leaving towels etc. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect! The rooms were superb, with great attention paid to every single detail. The pools were warm and very clean. There were plenty of different dishes to try, offering a wonderful variety of food. The kids’ club had lots of fun activities for children, and my family absolutely loved this resort.

This place was the most beautiful place I ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in over a hundred 5 star hotels (it’s a hobby of mine). From the technology, service, cleanliness, beauty, all the way to the beautiful fragrance of the resort was perfect. The food was delicious. There’s not a thing I could say that needs improvement.

The staff here is the most courteous , kind, professional and helpful that we have experienced in over 20 Antalya Hotels. The grounds are immaculate, the hotel is spotless, rooms are very classy and clean with ample mini bar and other amenities. The lobby lounge area is beautiful and the design of the hotel is top notch. The food could have been better in the Italian Restaurant, the Asian Restaurant was excellent, very good. The main restaurant was very good as well, Breakfast offered many choices as did lunch and dinner. All in all a wonderful hotel, we will be returning.

Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness, and the food exceeded our expectations in terms of both taste and quality. Given our high expectations prior to our visit, we were not disappointed in the least. Additionally, other restaurants, apart from the open buffet, were also great, though there is room for improvement in the Italian à la carte restaurant. The night entertainment was also fun, and we had a great time. I recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Calista is a fantastic resort. From the moment we arrived to departure the service and staff were great, ensuring every request and need was catered to. Our room was large abd spacious and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Food and drink was high quality, premium brands and the sushi restaurant was awesome. Buffet restaurant was one of the best I’ve been to. Lastly the resort entertainment was really good, very impressive production in the evenings and good daytime agenda. Thanks to the Calista team, we hope to be back.

Good choice of food and facilities but some restaurants were closed, nice beach and beach front bar, very relaxing lobby area, as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, the hotel gave discount on restaurant meal with a birthday cake and champagne and discount on Pavilion hire, overall staff were nice but communication were an issue as most didn’t understand English, Spa experience below average, reception staff not helpful at all but guest relation staff made up for it, unfortunately our rooms were dated with mould in the bathroom, we paid for seaview rooms, sea was very far but rooms were just on top of children swimming pool, so couldn’t use the balcony as it was noisy, we asked reception staff to change our rooms but were told fully booked, our rooms were not cleaned at times and only general tidy up done, very late cleaning times, bin was not emptied one day and tissue box not replaced, overall good experience but would not visit again

We visited end of summer season. The weather is already cold, but swimming pools (except only one) was cold. The main swimming pool for a small age children was always cold. We went to the Spa area, and there are also cold water inside jacuzzi and for babies swimming pool. Hamam area also was cold. Overall, room condition rate more 3 stars hotel not the ,,luxury”. The side of our room location was cold too without the sunlight. Unfortunately we were too busy with two children and did not have time to change the room. Finally we only enjoyed the dinning area, but because of the rotavirus our first week was tough and not enough time for relax.

It was our first time staying at this resort and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had seen reviews where people have returned more than once and we are not surprised. The hotel is beautiful with so many facilities and amazing entertainment every night which is not to be missed. We were kindly upgraded to a sea view room. If you are planning a holiday with kids then this is a great safe spot with lots of activities to keep them entertained, and a special kids fun area, games room and a separate pool with water slides. If you're coming as a couple then this is a great resort as you still get privacy as the resort is so big and its a relaxing environment overall. The food was nice with quite a lot of options however the buffet restaurant should have labels clearly stating Vegetarian options as my husband and I almost ate something that had meat in it and it was not visible at all. The breakfast was my favourite and the daily selection of desserts, fresh fruit and salads were the best! If you eat meat you will enjoy their daily barbeque for dinner. The hotel did have a couple of power cuts however it was at no fault of their own and they worked hard to resolve it with minimum disruption and open communication. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful and we had a lovely time.

The grounds are immaculate, the hotel is spotless, rooms are very classy and clean with ample mini bar and other amenities. The lobby lounge area is beautiful and the design of the hotel is top notch. The food could have been better in the Italian Restaurant, the Asian Restaurant was excellent, very good. Everything was perfect! The rooms were superb, with great attention paid to every single detail. The pools were warm and very clean. There were plenty of different dishes to try, offering a wonderful variety of food. The kids’ club had lots of fun activities for children, and my family absolutely loved this resort.

The hotel needs an update. The staff don’t speak English most of them, but all speaks Russian. The pool is okay, but you need to wake up early to get a spot! The kids pool don’t have a shadow. The food is the same everyday, and it taste like cow! The spa is way too expensive! 160 euro for massage!

Really good holiday with kids. Staff very helpful. Guest services extremely helpful when helping arrange a surprise for my wife’s birthday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Food was good too and had plenty of choices for the whole family.

High expectations were not met at this supposed luxury hotel. It looks great, but the customer service on the front desk is shockingly poor. This was off-season, a lot of facilities closed & less guests staying. But, this is meant to be a 5 star luxury hotel which is much more expensive than the other all inclusive around this coastline. On arrival it took a while for anyone to come out and assist with our bag. Even then no-one helped to take in the small bags whilst we had kids with us. First person checked us in spoke English and pleasant and professional. We looked and around and it does look amazing. Then we were led by someone from front desk who didn’t say a single word whilst taking us to our room (admittedly she didn't speak much English but still was a cold welcome to our room). Gave us a room which was in a building away from main restaurant (this became a problem when it was raining constantly trying to take 2 children) We had issues dealing with front desk for a few requests which were just shrugged off. Everything was then discussed with guest relations. Olesya, tried to make amends and offered to cover our transportation to the airport. But this covered over the cracks. As we went to depart at the receptions desk, it is customary for the hotel to chat and ask about our stay, leave with a smile. Instead we were met with a shrug by taking our keys and that’s it. We were glad to leave! Felt like wasted money due to lack of great customer service.

My stay at Calista was an exceptional experience, the resort is very upscale, the facilities are very beautiful, the green spaces are immaculate, in addition to the quality of the buffet and the variety and deliciousness of the items. At first, I was keen to try playing tennis for the first time in my life, then I wandered between the resort's pools and its diverse and truly unique bars. It is an unforgettable visit. I thank the staff, they were very kind from the moment we were received and checked in until we left the resort. We visited end of summer season. The weather is already cold, but swimming pools (except only one) was cold. The main swimming pool for a small age children was always cold. We went to the Spa area, and there are also cold water inside jacuzzi and for babies swimming pool. Hamam area also was cold. Overall, room condition rate more 3 stars hotel not the ,,luxury”. It was our first time staying at this resort and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had seen reviews where people have returned more than once and we are not surprised. The hotel is beautiful with so many facilities and amazing entertainment every night which is not to be missed. We were kindly upgraded to a sea view room. If you are planning a holiday with kids then this is a great safe spot with lots of activities to keep them entertained, and a special kids fun area, games room and a separate pool with water slides. If you're coming as a couple then this is a great resort as you still get privacy as the resort is so big and its a relaxing environment overall. The food was nice with quite a lot of options however the buffet restaurant should have labels clearly stating Vegetarian options as my husband and I almost ate something that had meat in it and it was not visible at all. The breakfast was my favourite and the daily selection of desserts, fresh fruit and salads were the best! If you eat meat you will enjoy their daily barbeque for dinner. The hotel did have a couple of power cuts however it was at no fault of their own and they worked hard to resolve it with minimum disruption and open communication. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful and we had a lovely time.

The hotel needs an update. The staff don’t speak English most of them, but all speaks Russian. The pool is okay, but you need to wake up early to get a spot! The kids pool don’t have a shadow. The food is the same everyday, and it taste like cow! The spa is way too expensive! 160 euro for massage!

I really liked this resort. The best pool out of every other luxury resort I’ve been to in Antalya. I wish the food options were more different and better quality. I didn’t like any of the non Turkish sweets they gave (ex: the cakes, beautiful pastries, etc. they tasted like nothing)

The staff here is the most courteous , kind, professional and helpful that we have experienced in over 20 Antalya Hotels. The grounds are immaculate, the hotel is spotless, rooms are very classy and clean with ample mini bar and other amenities. The lobby lounge area is beautiful and the design of the hotel is top notch. The food could have been better in the Italian Restaurant, the Asian Restaurant was excellent, very good. The main restaurant was very good as well, Breakfast offered many choices as did lunch and dinner. All in all a wonderful hotel, we will be returning.

Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness, and the food exceeded our expectations in terms of both taste and quality. Given our high expectations prior to our visit, we were not disappointed in the least. Additionally, other restaurants, apart from the open buffet, were also great, though there is room for improvement in the Italian à la carte restaurant. The night entertainment was also fun, and we had a great time. I recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

I’m baffled by the 5-star ratings and the 9/10 ranking for this property. The food is nearly identical every day, with only 10-20% variation from breakfast to dinner, and the quality is subpar for the majority of it. While the drinks and service are acceptable, they don’t justify the 600-800 Euros per night price tag. You can easily find better service and quality at other true 5-star resorts.

Everything was perfect! The rooms were superb, with great attention paid to every single detail. The pools were warm and very clean. There were plenty of different dishes to try, offering a wonderful variety of food. The kids’ club had lots of fun activities for children, and my family absolutely loved this resort.

The hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely return. If we had one suggestion, it would be to include a slightly wider selection of Western dishes at the buffet. That said, we didn’t try the à la carte restaurants, so perhaps that would have added more variety to our dining experience. We’ve previously stayed at Gloria Golf and Lara Barut, which are both excellent, although they are in a higher price range.
