Accommodation for 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest WC & parking spaces This well-kept property is ideal for workers and business travelers. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest WC, the house accommodates up to six guests. Two parking spaces and a terrace are available directly at the house. The spacious communal room on the ground floor is perfect for cooking and dining. The open-plan kitchen and living area encourage conversation, with cooking, eating, and watching TV seamlessly connected. On this floor, you'll also find a bathroom with WC, sink, and washing machine, a visible rock feature in the entrance area, a pellet stove, and a standing table. The Taler bedroom (ground floor) has two single beds. A steep staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find the Gulden and Mark bedrooms, plus two more bathrooms with WC and shower. Taler Bedroom (ground floor): 3 single beds (each 80x200 cm) Gulden Bedroom (1st floor): 2 single beds (each 90x200 cm) Mark Bedroom (1st floor): bunk bed (90x200 cm & 140x200 cm), single bed (80x200 cm) Although there are more than six beds, we recommend a maximum of six guests, as the kitchen and dining area are not designed for larger groups. Workers as well as children and youths up to 10 years old are exempt from the city of Neuerburg's guest fee. For all other guests, a guest fee from the city of Neuerburg applies per night.
