Pool was disgusting, floating bugs. Did not use tho we wanted to. Chair in room very aged, spots. We used sheet on it before sitting. Bathroom just ok, toilet not pleasing to the eye. Temp in the hallways was too warm

We came in for the airshow. The room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was plentiful and hot. We enjoyed the pool. Short drive to lots of restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay again if we are in the area.

Chose to stay here again after staying here earlier this year. Chose is over several other cheaper closer options and don’t regret it. Sam was amazing last time just being himself very kind and wholesome and making sure we had a truly quality stay at the hotel. This time as well same as last time. All the staff is wonderful but Sam’s customer service skills and kindness really truly shine. We plan to visit holiday world again next year and I wouldn’t even think about staying somewhere else. The rooms are clean. The staff is wonderful. The location is safe and out of the way of the public and traffic but it’s still very easy to get there. They serve fresh breakfast hotel style. Eggs, sausage, waffles etc. also a gym and pool on the grounds. Really truly Harry Sam and the rest of the staff make sure to put the “QUALITY” in quality inn

Great location, easy check in, hot water, ac unit decent, fridge was cold. Carpet was stained, and felt sticky under your feet. Tile in bathroom was dirty and broke. The room did not smell clean. They only had 2 of each type of towel in room and it took until 4pm the next day to get replacements. Breakfast was sausage and fake eggs and was cold. There was 1 ice machine and it was on the first floor.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed at. We were in town for a basketball tournament, and this was located just 20 min north of the tournament location. It was convenient and offered us a quiet night sleep, good breakfast and a very friendly and helpful staff.

When we first got there she said she had to change our original rooms because they weren't clean. Then our new room was dirty too. There were used towels all over the bathroom floor, counter, and tub. There was loose candy in one of the beds. The beds weren't made. I went to tell them about it nicely but they acted like i was lying at first. Finally got another new room but then the keys kept not working. Had to get them to reprogram it multiple times. The breakfast didn't have many selections. The eggs were rubbery for some reason. I shouldve gotten a discount for the inconveniences but the payments are still pending.

Hotel and room was clean and comfortable for a reasonable price. Beds very comfortable. Needs updating! Lots of holes in walls that are just plastered over and poorly patched in room, bathroom and hallway. Ants in the breakfast area counter around food. We booked a 2 night stay and room as not cleaned and towels/washcloths weren’t replenished after first night. When I asked for clean towels at the desk, he questioned my name, room number, checked the computer to verify before giving me a set of clean towels. When we got to the property, 2 of the 4 rooms had checked in. We asked to see a room because the restroom & lobby were not too appealing. Once on the floor it smelled old & once in the room, there were ants on 1 of the beds. Then we were told that the wifi was not working. We immediately asked for refund of the 2 rooms & asked the owner to cancel the other rooms because we had teenagers with game consoles that they were not able to use. He was understanding & gave us the refund so we could find other lodging arrangements.

First thing we saw was what looked like blood stains on the comforter. Could barely see the tiny tv while laying in the bed. Our second night got woke up to a loud beeping noise coming from somewhere outside our room. The front desk told us its probably our alarm clock. (Basically saying we're to stupid to know its our alarm clock going off.) Noise continued for hours till we called again. Finally someone got off there butt to find out it was the smoke alarm in the room next to us. Peace and quiet was short lived as it started going off again less than an hour later and continued the rest of the night. Then refused us a late checkout after we were kept awake all night!!! NEVER AGAIN

Harry was very friendly, and welcoming. My room was clean, fresh smelling. The bed was extremely comfortable. Outside was clean, grass well taken care of, plenty of area to walk your dog.

The front desk literally needs customer service training. I mean the inability to communicate was not a good experience. When I arrived with my Dad and Nephew I stated I wanted to add a room. More than one time. Literally threw them for a loop. Then had to switch registers for someone else to answer a phone call and had to give my info all over again. Just annoying. And the first floor smells less than fresh to be nice about it.

Went up here to play softball. When we arrived we were greeted by the hotel manager. He was very nice and was always working. We had to leave early foe the games and he allowed the girls to get breakfast before they opened.

Very promptly greeted upon check-in and check-out. Helpful staff. Nice size pool that closed at 9pm. We arrived later in the evening and were hoping it was open a little later, though. Very clean establishment though room was slightly “wet” feeling. It sounds like that are getting room renovations soon and they could benefit from removing carpet. Breakfast was quick and good options. Waffles , eggs, sausage , cereal options, yogurt , breads and muffins . Orange juice , coffee , water and milk. Clean dining area. Location is slightly secluded though there is a cute coffee shop within a couple minute drive . We stayed one night as we went to Holiday World the next day. 15-20minute drive to Holiday world and to Owensboro KY (where we had dinner ). Great stay and good price .

We came in for the airshow. The room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was plentiful and hot. We enjoyed the pool. Short drive to lots of restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay again if we are in the area.

Nice, clean hotel. Looks like it been updated. Not a fancy hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Great location for what I was looking for. Friendly front desk staff as well. I would stay there again!

This was one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed at. We were in town for a basketball tournament, and this was located just 20 min north of the tournament location. It was convenient and offered us a quiet night sleep, good breakfast and a very friendly and helpful staff.

We came in for the Owensboro Air show. This hotel was a great location. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the pool was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when in town.

Chose to stay here again after staying here earlier this year. Chose is over several other cheaper closer options and don’t regret it. Sam was amazing last time just being himself very kind and wholesome and making sure we had a truly quality stay at the hotel. This time as well same as last time. All the staff is wonderful but Sam’s customer service skills and kindness really truly shine. We plan to visit holiday world again next year and I wouldn’t even think about staying somewhere else. The rooms are clean. The staff is wonderful. The location is safe and out of the way of the public and traffic but it’s still very easy to get there. They serve fresh breakfast hotel style. Eggs, sausage, waffles etc. also a gym and pool on the grounds. Really truly Harry Sam and the rest of the staff make sure to put the “QUALITY” in quality inn

Overall the stay was good: clean room, functional bathroom, friendly staff, quiet location. The only bad thing I can speak of is the utterly uninspiring breakfast: cold scrambled eggs, cold sausage, cold biscuits, cold gravy, cold tater tots. Not sure they ever heated the warming pans & crock pots to keep the food warm. The only warm food was the waffles. And the exact same thing every. single. day. Blech!

Very promptly greeted upon check-in and check-out. Helpful staff. Nice size pool that closed at 9pm. We arrived later in the evening and were hoping it was open a little later, though. Very clean establishment though room was slightly “wet” feeling. It sounds like that are getting room renovations soon and they could benefit from removing carpet. Breakfast was quick and good options. Waffles , eggs, sausage , cereal options, yogurt , breads and muffins . Orange juice , coffee , water and milk. Clean dining area. Location is slightly secluded though there is a cute coffee shop within a couple minute drive . We stayed one night as we went to Holiday World the next day. 15-20minute drive to Holiday world and to Owensboro KY (where we had dinner ). Great stay and good price .

The sheets were soft and clean. The staff was excellent. Most importantly, the shower water pressures was very good. I was happy with the breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised that the room included a microwave which was not on the listing. I would stay here again.

Arrived to hotel to be told they didn’t have the double Queen room available anymore, which is what I booked. Instead gave us a king room with no tv. We went ahead and took it because, well, we had to stay somewhere. Lights flickered in lobby. Entire hotel smelled funny. At breakfast, there were ants crawling on the food counter…by the waffles and syrup. Pretty disgusting. Hotel definitely needs help. Very unhappy with my stay and was offered no discount for all the mess ups. Really would like compensated for this awful stay.

Great location, easy check in, hot water, ac unit decent, fridge was cold. Carpet was stained, and felt sticky under your feet. Tile in bathroom was dirty and broke. The room did not smell clean. They only had 2 of each type of towel in room and it took until 4pm the next day to get replacements. Breakfast was sausage and fake eggs and was cold. There was 1 ice machine and it was on the first floor.

Room was OK. Stayed two nights. Motel advertised hearty hot breakfasts. The first day was pretty good with scrambled eggs and sausage patties including make your own waffles or toast but this morning there was just a few sausage patties and no eggs.When asked about whether there was any more sausage and eggs, someone brought out a pan of maybe 6 sausage patties and there were no eggs despite there being ten or more seated in the room and waiting for hot food. There was next to no fresh fruit and a lot of packages of granola bars and muffins but no fresh baked goods.Someone should have been there refilling things when trays went empty.Also had to pay a fee for using credit card to pay for room as well as a substantial damage deposit for each room.This place was quite chintzy overall and didn't appear too concerned with insuring a quality guest experience despite the sign on the door guaranteeing you one when you walk in. I would think long and hard before staying here again as would my daughter's family who also stayed here. Someone in corporate needs to talk with the family that runs this Quality Inn and perhaps explain what the word quality means. The ratings listed for this hotel are exorbitantly high based on our experience.

The room stunk. The wiring to tv was causing it to turn off. The microwave and tv were plugged into same receptacle. If you turn on microwave while watching tv, there was a good chance power would go off. And when I went and told them to at power went off, they acted like everyone should know they have to pull the tv out and reset the button on surge protector. They need to fixe stuff like that. Won’t go back there again. And even though I click on I rented a room that allow pets, they still have issues. They said all those rooms were gone. I rented ahead of time, so they should’ve had a room for me. So they had to figure out where to put us.
