Der Aufenthalt war gräßlich. Die Zimmertemperatur um ungefähr 21:00 Uhr lag bei 38 Grad obwohl die Außentemperatur schon bei 22 Grad lag. Das Zimmer war so klein, man konnte sich kaum umdrehen. Kein Bild and der Wand, kein Stuhl zum hinsetzen, die Möbel in schäbigem schmutzigem Zustand. Der Spiegel im Flur war zersprungen. Der Duschvorhang war aus dem billigsten dünnen Plastikmaterial, der das ausströmen des Wassers nicht verhinderte. Lachhaft aber Gottseidank war ein Ablauf in der Mitte des Bads vorhanden sonst wäre das Zimmer überflutet. Trotzdem war das Bad natürlich total nass. Das Frühstück, besonders der Kaffee, war fast nicht zu genießen. Die Qualität unter aller Würde. Ich beschwerte mich bei der Rezeption, wobei die Dame nur mit den Achseln zuckte, und bemerkte, dass sie diese Art von Beschwerden tagtäglich hinnehmen muss. Von Außen ist das Hotel charmant und die Lage ist wirklich schön. Vielleicht ist es deswegen begreiflich warum das Hotel fast voll war. Auf alle Fälle ist es einer Generalsanierung dringend bedürftig. Ich reise viel in der Welt, auch in Frankreich, und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis von diesem "Hotel" ist das schlechteste was ich in vielen Jahren erfahren mußte. Die Eigentümer sollten sich schämen, denn gerade im Elsass ist so etwas äußerst unüblich. Ich rate von einer Unterkunft im Hotel Munsch auf alle Fälle ab.

Vores værelse havde balkon, det var super dejligt at kunne sidde på den og nyde udsigten. Rengøringen var i top og personalet meget behjælpelig. Både morgenmad og den 4 retters menu var lækkert. Vi var der i en MEGET varm periode og værelset var meget, meget varmt. En aircon ville have været dejlig

A very friendly hotel in a nice location. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a great view of the village and the castle. Unfortunately the hotel car park was full when we arrived at about 5pm so we had to park on the side of the road behind the hotel, though not ideal, it was fine. It was very hot while we were there and there is no air conditioning, but a fan was provided in the room.
