Location is positively exceptional: central Naples location and just a couple miles straight down the road to the Clam Pass beach! All of that said, you will not want to leave this peaceful condo once you arrive. A kitchen that is stocked with comforts of home, plus a dining table for 6 just adjacent to the kitchen, making it perfect for entertaining. When you do decide to head out to the sandy beaches, you will find everything you need for a day at the beach as well. Outside you have access to the community private pool area and tennis/pickleball courts. Within the condo, up to six guests may enjoy the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout that includes one walk in shower and one shower/bath tub is available. Absolutely NO pets NO smoking INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. The 2nd-floor townhome (no elevator) is ready to welcome you and furnished with everything you need for your stay. This is not a typical "churn and burn" rental. We will require exceptional care of the unit. We are always accessible and have nearby local contacts to address any unexpected issues that could arise. The monthly base rental rate includes full electricity, cable, high-speed internet (wifi), water, sewer, and trash. Terms of limited cancellation (with applicable handling fees) available in lease terms. Security Deposit: $2000.00 refunded within 30 days post-departure.
