Residence Inn Moline Quad Cities

Not enough parking, but other than that it was excellent!!!

This looks and feels like a newer property. The room and common areas were spotless, the breakfast was above average in this price range and any staff we interacted with were kind, ourteous and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Nothing bad to say, other than I wish they’d fix the whirlpool? Nonetheless a great stay!

The front door staff was terrific. They were very kind and friendly and informative. Made some terrific recommendations about places to go for dinner and things to see in the area. However, as nice as the room was, the desk lamp was missing a bulb altogether, the lamp next to the couch had a bulb that was very loose and not working. I was able to fix that myself. The pool is being serviced and I was told it will take an entire month to fix it. (Not sure what could take a month to fix a small swimming pool?). Anyway, that was a very big letdown. There are no USB ports in the room. That is something I would come to expect these days at any hotel. The fitness room is kind of a joke. One treadmill with a belt that is held together with duct tape, and another treadmill that I am not sure even works. It is not the same fitness room I saw in the picture on their website. Back to the positives....Their coffee is delicious, and they have a very nice breakfast buffet. They offer abundant free parking, and their prices are fair, but remember you get what you pay for...Including noisy post-midnight neighbors.

Fantastic Stay! From the moment we stepped through the door, the front desk ladies made us feel completely welcome. They were incredibly nice, helpful, and genuinely awesome. The room itself was wonderful: spacious, very clean, and perfect for an extended stay with a fully equipped kitchen and a super comfy bed. The area around the hotel feels safe and convenient, and even the other guests we met were friendly. Parking was also very easy, which made everything even better. Breakfast was a great start to each morning, with hot options like potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage, and of course 2 waffle makers. Overall, an awesome experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Friendly staff at check in. Clean room and overall common areas. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices. Only disappointment was that their hot tub was out of order, although they notified us if that prior to check in (by email).

Wonderful overnight stay. The staff were amazing, room was impeccable-we even had a welcome note. Location and parking were good. Kids were able to swim and play basketball and all felt safe. Definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Exercise room is small, old equipment but functioning, air conditioner provided awful smell that the filter probably had never cleaned.

The pool was closed and I was not informed before during or even after booking or checking in. I had to figure it out when I tried to use pool. When asked they said it stated on web sight

It is always a pleasure to stay at this Residence Inn. From the greeting you get upon arrival to your checkout. The people are so kind and helpful. The room is always clean. A great place to stay.

Front desk receptionist was great. The bugs not so much! From the cockroaches with a dead bug in the entrace, and dead & crawling critters on the bed, I just couldn't stay.

Typical Residence Inn, except this one needs some serious cleaning. The furniture was filthy. Crusty stuff everywhere. The pool area was a nightmare.

Bad. Bed was lumpy. Room was marginally clean. Breakfast was awful. Broken coffee machine. Poorly cooked eggs. Whole place was dirty and run down.

When we arrived Night 1- the room smelled like musky mildew, I had let management know but they said that there were no other rooms available, and best she could do would have housekeeping address the issue the following day. Day 2- while we were out housekeeping had cleaned room and made the effort to address the smell, it had faded some but came back after a few hours. Day 3- we bought some febreze air deodorizer, we sprayed a couple of times each of the remaining days we were there until smell was acceptable. Day 3- air conditioning was malfunctioning and blowing air that got no cooler than a humid 79 degrees. I brought both the smell and ac problem up with management, she stated that she would be glad to move us to another room, but by this time we only had less than a day left in our stay and we had several suitcases of clothing and miscellaneous, and did not think it would be the efficient thing to do at the time. They also said that they would send the maintenance team to take a look at the AC, that maybe it had frozen over, but no one ever showed up. The morning we left the ac started working in its own, and my wife and I were able to do what staff could not, which was neutralize the odor. The staff was nice, but it just seemed nothing ever got done, which made our stay there less than pleasant.

It 2 bedrooms having a bathroom each with privacy and sofa bed which is perfect for 4 adults and 1 teenager. And a full kitchen is a definitely plus. Everything is actually nice and clean except for certain areas. 1. The sofa bed- when I removed the cushion. Crumbs of bread and dirty spots was on the sofa bed. I had to clean with disinfectant thouroughly. There was no bed sheets available. Need to call front desk for that. Which is not really a hustle. Only one pillow available but possibly it should mention if it is clean. Like a card that will say clean in the plastic container. 2. Bathroom bathtub bottom shelf to hold items. Under that shelf seems to have a black mold. Needs to brush it out. You can see it when you sit at the toilet bowl. Since I am short. I can really see it. Room 108 I have to say the positive outweighs the negative. I would definitely still pick again Residence Inn Marriott.

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping service was poor. Had to ask for clean towels, trash to be emptied, more toilet paper and Kleenex. Stayed 6 nights and nothing was done unless we asked for it. Bed sheets were not changed or the bed even made up. No vacuuming or trash emptied.

While it appeared clean, my room apparently had bed bugs. When I got home the next night I was covered in bites. Terrible experience

We had a suite for my sons birthday. Our microwave didnt heat anything up, the shower kept going from hot to cold the whole time i showered, the kitchen table leg was almost off kept having to fix it. Barely any water pressure. The fridge wasnt keeping anything cold.

Hotel was nice and everything was clean. Key cards stopped working multiple times. Room ran out of hot water, and we couldn’t control or turn the AC down. Got hot in the room at night.

Staff was great, breakfast was really good, but have stayed before and dont remember the bed being so uncomfortable. It was very hard. Prefer a softer bed and I had a rough night's sleep both nights. Reasonable price for the rooms and they had most everything you need in the kitchen. Add a pillowtop and it would have been a great holiday.

Just a one-nighter, buy was very impressed with the accommodations. The suite was generous in size, the facility was up to date, the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay at another Residence Inn.

Quick overnight stay. The hotel was convenient to the airport and off-airport rental car pickup. Room was spacious and clean. Would stay again.

I had a great stay. I feel the mattress and furniture in the room needed an upgrade. Other than that is was good

The property is well maintained, but worn out. Other than the nice mattress, the furniture was worn out, the sofa was not really usable as you'd sink down into it, the kitchen cabinets showed lots of wear and tear, etc. This property is in need of a major refresh.

Staff was great. Arriving late and getting out early every day and the staff was active and helpful.

My shower head was broken in the room that I originally booked, and the staff immediately fixed the issue by giving me a new room. Great staff!

The hotel was easy to find. The staff was very pleasant. Check-in was quick. Loved the quiet location. No time this trip to try the amenities such as pool or workout facilities

Our room had an infestation of ants and refused to switch us rooms. They sent someone to vacuum one spot in my room and did nothing else about the ant issue. Management and staff were very nagging about everything and very unprofessional and rude. They also were watching every thing I did on the camera and admitted to it. Then decided at 4 am to kick me my friend and our kids ranging from 7 months old to 11 years old out because our tv was too loud and we never got a single warning. Me and my friend and our kids woke up to 3 cops standing in our room with bright flashlights telling us we had to leave which was traumatic for children. It was a horrible experience.

The hotel was perfect! Well kept and updated. Our room was fabulous and the bed very comfy. But the best part of our trip was Coleen. She was staffing the front desk and when we got there for our concert there were no Ubers or Lyfts available. She heard our distress and volunteered to drive us to the concert herself once her shift was over. She took us straight to the front door and couldn’t have been friendlier. Our whole trip was saved thanks to her. One of the nicest people we have ever met.

This property wasn’t too far from the Vibrant Arena, we were in town for a concert. Friendly staff, I asked for extra pillows and I received them within 5 minutes. The beds were comfy.

We live in Virginia Beach but we are from the QC and every year we are in town we stay here. The price is right and it’s quiet. We have stayed there a hand full of times and never had a problem. I stayed last week alone and as a woman I felt safe and comfortable.

Great room, we were there 1 night. Quiet, but is about a 10 min drive from downtown/Vibrant Arena. Nothing is really walkable from the hotel. We had the 2 bedroom suite, very spacious. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom with tub/shower cimbo. Everything was fine, rooms are ckeqn e ough. It coyld use a little ypdating and our eoom couldve had a good deep cleaning. It was 3 adult women in Moline for a concert. We felt very safe and would certainly stay there again!

We booked our stay because of the wonderful breakfast. :) We travel a lot, and this property is the BEST option by far! We also have pets, and the rooms are as close to being at home as possible for us and them. Thank you for making us feel comfortable. We planned our trip to be able to stay here in Moline!
