Didn't get to stay. Despite Hotels.com saying there were rooms left ... the hotel actually had a leak and did not let me check in. They hotel itself had at keast 10 windows broken out and looked bombed out. Probably for the best.

There wasn't anything good about this property. The driveway was damaged, everything was out of order, and the room smelled like sewage. Could not sleep there another night. The room was dirty, on top of it all didn't want to shower is how bad it was. The Windham name attached doesn't make it better.

The hotel flooring outside on second floor was wooden slats that felt like you were going to fall through - there were even holes in areas. You couldn’t really pull in under the front due to it falling down and you had to check in outside a window bc the lobby was closed. The room was dingy and dirty and the bathroom light didn’t work.

One of my rooms did not have a fitted sheet, the beds were uncomfortable, the heater wouldn't shut off, smoke detector had toilet paper wrapped around it, pube hair on bathtub, floor in room gave way in places, and walkway was unsafe (thought I would fall through)!

The place is/was in a state of disrepair while still being rented out. The shower wall in my room was caved in where there should be knobs, there was no shower curtain, there were no towels, etc. There was shampoo and body wash but without a method of showering they do little good. Also, none of the wall outlets in the room were operational except for the ones already in use. To charge my phone I had to unplug the only lamp that worked.

They gave me a room key and when I went to the room and opened the door, it was someone's room. They were in there!!! THIS HAPPENED TWICE!! The third time the door wouldn't even open. I left immediately and asked for a refund.

My room was "non-smoking" but it was nasty and smelled like cigars. The carpet was wet so i walked around the room in crocs. TV and wifi were down during my stay along with no breakfast. I asked for a credit towards my bill, but the guy at the front desk i dont think understood me.

It was an extremely unsafe place to stay. We actually ended up leaving and finding a different hotel. The lock on our door was broken off completely and the door looked broken into recently. There were red stains on the door. Not sure if it was blood or not.

Worse place I’ve ever stayed. The pool was full of debris, the shower head was full of calcium deposits, the ac was very loud, there was no coffee anywhere on the property, and there was no continental breakfast as advertised. The place should be condemned!

Manager was nice and super understanding when we asked to change rooms from a noisy neighbor. The second floor balcony was so warped and felt like you would fall through. Some of the wood bent and you could see where they just patched previous holes. The towels were all a gross yellow color and not white at all. The cleaning lady kept walking into our room 5x!!!! Never knocked. Finally the 5th time my partner and I were in the middle of….activities……and she just opens the door and make direct eye contact with me and then shuts it and leaves. No knocking. When confronted she said she didn’t know English. We requested a refund at one point bc we were over the entire place with everything that was wrong and got denied. We left a whole day early bc they were going to charge me anyway. I want my money back not going to lie.
