Stayed 4 nights

Arrived slightly earlier than check in but room was ready ... Very clean with water and towel animal waiting for us, which the kids loved. All members of staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Pool area did become a little cluttered at times with cups and paper plates but otherwise all clean. Entertainment staff did not stop, kids loved the pool entertainment, especially the foam party! Nice touch having Benny the tiger visit at breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner food quality was great, all fresh better than expected. Egg station was fab. Did try lunch once as was half board and could swap dinner over but dinner was much nicer, room for lunch abit bleak. Location wise, abit of a walk into main area but we knew that and didn't want to be in the main drag - still plenty of restaurants and bars near by. 5 mins walk to the beach. Daily cinema, football pitch, padle court, separate spa area with lounge beds, all clean. Hotel feels like it should be busy given the size but never waited for anything. Was on floor 5 above pub but didn't hear the entertainment. Would stay again if in the area.

This hotel is fantastic for children, with a huge variety of activities for them to participate in. The buffet style options meant, there was something for everyone. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was fantastic for the 4 of us. Thank you

Fantastic hotel. Just back from 4 nights with my wife and two small children. Hotel is in a great location, staff are very friendly and hotel is spotless. Beach is 5 mins away. A great effort of made with the entertainment and amenities. Would definitely be back. Planning for next year. The only thing I would comment on is the air con. I would only look at hotels with good air con normally. There is no controls in the room to make it very cold. It is fine just but takes a while to cool the room down. It was so hot when we were there. Better air con and fans also needed for the restaurant. The heat was nearly unbearable while having dinner. Hotel is on a big hill. We ended up getting a taxi home every night as we had the double buggy. It would be a decent walk (30mins) to the marina.

Not our kind of place. Mediocre food both for breakfast and dinner. Low quality wines on the wine list. Very mixed treatment by the staff - extremely rigid attitude by some. Child, but not very parent friendly. Noisy pool area and extremely crowded restaurant.
