Plenty of food choice at each meal sitting. Tea/Coffee and fruit juice only served with breakfast - would have liked non alcoholic drinks included with lunch and dinner (at no ectra cost). Milk for cerals was not cooled. A/C units sometimes dripped onto floor or diners!! Exterior needs a refresh. Reception was roomy with friendly staff - in fact all staff friendly. Lifts are too small and would benefit from a good servicing. Dining room staff very polite - tables cleaned and re-laid quickly. Room was comfy but bed sheets too small for matress so often became untucked. Overall room was comfortable. Would stay again.

Excellent facilities and sun beds readily available throughout the day. Pool a little small but minor inconvenience. Manager in dining area was excellent as we had a party member with a nut allergy. He went above and beyond to make sure they were safe. Only downside was that we all came down with a two day sickness and diarrhoea bug apart from the nut allergy member. Medical centre across the road was aware that the hotel may have had a problem and they were monitoring it. Nothing mentioned by the hotel other than hand sanitizer was provided at meal times and gloves were available.

It was a lovely hotel, reception staff were amazing only issue is one of the bar staff at pool bar was very rude making inappropriate comments about our order etc for example how much food we ordered for just 2 of us. pool wasn’t the best either, very small and very shallow

Pool staff was so friendly, had us in stitches with there silly pool side games around 11 o’clock. Was gutted we missed them on the last day. Hotel was clean and breakfast had great selection. We got taxis to local bars and restaurants so can’t comment on what was a short walk away

Absolutely brilliant hotel. The food was incredible as too were the entertainment staff from organising games poolside to entertaining children. Would definitely come back again. The bar staff at the pool side were always busy but had a smile on their face. Beat my expectations.

El personal, muy amable. El Spa, pequeñito pero está bien. El Gym, muy descuidadas las máquinas, estaban oxidadas. La limpieza…. Muy mejorable, debajo de la cama, había muchísimas pelusas y en el pasillo, rompieron algo de cristal y no quitaron los cristalitos, solo los más grandes.

Good drinks service with premium brands part of all inclusive. Rooms and pool and publicareas emaculate. Walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants and on thebeach front. Nice hotel, nice location and view. All inclusive drinks very good Good selection of food in buffet Stayed here twice now but guests in our party have fallen ill with V&D both times. Not sure of the cause as the hotel are sanitising and cleaning all the time

Muy lindo hotel y cómodas camas. La habitacion no estaba muy ventilada, el extractor del baño no funcionaba. Estuvimos una sola noche asi que no importó. No hay muchas opciones de restaurantes a distancia caminable, los que hay son algo caros, pero se puede cenar en el hotel en restaurant buffet a 15 euros por persona. Locacion perfecta para ir a la playa.

Estupenda ubicacion, no hay playa como tal, hay una playa suoercerca a unos cuantos metros, la gente muy amable, los horarios no son muy flexibles ya q la piscina cierra a las 19:30 y a las 19:00 ya estan poniendo las vallas, en las cenas si llegas a las 22:00, hay q coger corriendo lo q vayas a comer xq empiezan a quitar toda la comida y se supone q estan hasta las 22;30

This was our second visit to this hotel,although generally overall the hotel was good its now getting dated and could do with a revamp. The food wasn’t as good as before COVID closed the hotel for the best of 2 years, there was always something to eat and you would never go hungry but they seemed to have cut the themed evening meals out but I don’t think that has happened to this hotel I feel it the same across the whole of Spain and Europe so time will tell

Chambre spacieuse et plutôt propre, avec vue partielle sur la mer. Pension complète, boissons non incluses. Les repas sont bons et variés, un thème est proposé chaque jour, petit bémol sur les signalétiques des plats, qui sont parfois fausses. Par contre, le café n'est pas bon du tout. Le personnel du restaurant est plutôt correct, cela dépend des jours. Le jeune pizzaiolo ( barbu) pas très aimable, a refusé de nous servir une pizza végétarienne, car nous ne mangeons pas de viande. Par contre, le cuisinier dont le prénom commence par Juanmin, qui s'occupe de la grillade et omelette du petit-déjeuner est très sympathique. Le serveur Juan Acosta est également très gentil et serviable. Le personnel du bar en général n'est pas aimable et hautain, en particulier le serveur Ricardo. L'hôtel est très correct dans l'ensemble, piscine et bain à remous super. Des transats pour tout le monde. Les vacances ont étés très belles à Benalmadena.
