The room was great, clean and comfortable. Had a good sleep each night. However the restaurant was a shambles, they couldn’t cope will all the guests. Delays in ordering, delays in folks receiving food, no cutlery given, the wrong food coming out. Badly organised, it felt like no one was in charge and most of the staff had no idea about how to deal with customers. The first two nights we tried the restaurant, one of those we ended up order food from deliveroo instead. I would happily stay in the rooms again but would organise to eat elsewhere. I spoke with other guests who felt the same. Shut the evening restaurant for a few nights and focus on team training. Or hire more kitchen staff. I didn’t ever have these issues when the hotel was an ibis.

Room was excellent. Due to the number of people wishing dinner on both the Thursday and Friday evenings there was a very long wait for our food,[almost 50min].

Stayed here overnight before catching a morning flight. Although it´s only 5 minutes from the sirport on foot, its not the easiest´place to find because of a lack of clear signage. You have to go through a small industrial estate first. Our room was stylish and comfortable, and the hotel communal areas offered drinks (the restaurant had clased when we arrived just after 21:30). The breakfast is great - lots of hot and cold choices in a self serve buffet.
