Stayed for 5 nights, of the 5 nights for 4 of them the elevator was not in service. The outdoor hot tub was broken, the sauna was out of service, the ice machine on our floor was broken. Room service only comes Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. However, they didnt even come Saturday, and didnt even change the bedding when they came on Monday. Overall, highly disappointed with the stay. The only thing the staff was willing to reimburse for was the resort fee due to lack of room service. Will revisit Jackson but will definitely not stay here again.

My family and I stayed there for four nights and we only had one housekeeping cleanup, even after repeated request to have the room cleaned. Fresh towels were not brought to the room at all even after requesting and I needed to go to the front desk every day for fresh towels. The room quickly became unkempt, and I needed to clean up after my family every day on vacation which was inconvenient. Call to the front desk and two housekeeping during my stay were either busy or unanswered. I spoke to the front desk upon my leaving and they told me the hotel manager would respond to me, but it has been a week and still no response. If you are looking for a hotel in JH with service and amenities that match the upscale hotel rate, then this is probably not the hotel for you unfortunately.

We’ve been to the lodge a couple of times in the past and have loved it so much we keep coming back, to the point we’ve never stayed anywhere else when we visit the area. It is a beautiful place and we really enjoy having a fireplace in the room. Based on this most recent stay we’ll be looking elsewhere. The staff could not have been more rude. Maybe it’s super affordable for most people, but paying almost $1,800 for 3 nights is a luxury to me and I expect professionalism.

When we checked in there was a sign that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, that was a huge reason we selected the hotel. We were given late checkout but then were bothered twice about needing to checkout earlier than the agreed time. Breakfast was great and it was nice that the bar was open later than most places for food.

The staff were amazing, the front desk Gentleman that helped us out on the night we arrived to a nightmare was AMAZING. He went above and beyond his duties. Perfect stay in Jackson hole. Clean updated room, all the amenities, nice pool and hot tub area, good breakfast, helpful staff. It is just a couple of minutes drive off of the main square but the hotel offers transportation if needed. We didn’t not use this service but found one of the best restaurants in town walking distance across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a wonderful ambiance, with many wonderful photographs in the theme of the area, attractive fixtures, comfortable rooms, etc. Where it falls apart is in the dining room. First is the odd $5 charge - unexpected at this rack rate. Next, many of the chairs are very worn and need of replacement. Unforgivable is that ALL the prepared food (including otherwise welcome fresh vs. dehydrated eggs) was room temperature. It did the otherwise delicious food a disservice. The room is adequately staffed - those folks need to spend more time replenishing the containers with hot food.

The hotel and my room was nice. But I was disappointed with the breakfast. I did go down rather late but it was obvious they did not restock items. The eggs were overcooked and scraping the bottom of the pan and the hand-cut fruit did not look fresh art all. The staff were removing items from the buffet and bakery area even before the end of breakfast! Disappointing.

Based my research, and the cost of the room, I was anticipating that this was a fairly high-end hotel. I found the hotel to be average to good, and the rooms were certainly just average. The only thing good about it was the bar and lounge area. When my average cost per night for a three-night stay was $754 plus per night resort fees of $100 - I felt cheated. My guess is that I can stay in a like hotel in town for a much more reasonable fee. The hotel was not even in the middle of town!
