False advertisement. The pool was closed vending machine was out of order. The worst one of all there was NO BREAKFAST available. Which to be honest was the only reason why we stopped there out of all the other options

My double Rm. # 113 next to the pool and hot tub was not ready. Bed un made. Trash cans full. Down graded to a small single rm. 136 which had discusting stains on the cloth upholstered chair. No wash cloths in the bathroom. One of the two folded towels was wet. The TV volume was limited to a whisper that could not complete with the street noise or the party upstairs. No phone in rm. no ice machine in facility. Please do not recommend this poorly managed facility. Front door was locked in the morning. No one to talk to about this dump. Looks great from the outside though.

They only have one ice machine and it was broken had to to 7-Eleven to buy ice.

There was no hot water until the day we checked out. The TV was supposed to have Netflix but unable to connect. Ice machine not working. Noise from freeway annoying.

Nice place, clean, food was good for breakfast it was nice to have à full breakfast. Sad that the fitness room wasn't available yet. Pool was nice and clean

The amenities were not there. The gym they stated was under constructions but you could tell they used it as storage. So it was non existent. The Ice Machines were also all out of service. I went with a group and all of our 9 Rooms had a smell of smoking. When these are smoke free rooms. I would not like to go back unless things are adressed. The location is good because you have acess to many food options. Easy acess to the freeway.

Lighting at night is terrible. They blink with a surge all night. Hot tub wasn't working.

Nothing worked and the staff didn’t care. Not one ice machine, pool cold and hit tub dirty and not working.

Breakfast not so much food, my room and family room cigarettes and weeds smell ..the pool was closed and dirty clothes over in the pool area and the service wasn't that great.

Horrible room, dirty and disgusting

They room was not cleaned beds unsaid trash everywhere, smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. Went back to the lobby and was told “we don’t have any more rooms, we are short house keepers they didn’t get cleaned”. The front desk person was so rude she should be fired. Also no cable and no ice machine. We had to move hotels. It was horrible.

Clean and safe for my daughter while my flight was delayed. She was able to check in and wait for me happily because in and out is across the street.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I booked the room. The floor was dirty, the room safe was broken, and the pool and jacuzzi weren’t working. Even if they had been operational, I highly doubt I would have used them because of the overall cleanliness issues. The hotel was located right next to the freeway, so it was very noisy throughout the night, highly recommend bringing earplugs. The area felt quite sketchy; people were smoking marijuana right outside, and there were people sleeping in the parking lot. I hope the hotel does some serious management improvements.

Front desk at check in was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property and where our room was located. Made it very easy and quick. Room was invitingly clean and smelled fresh. The only small thing was the floor tile in the middle of the 2 queen beds were so scraped up and etched almost like it was graffiti with a very sharp object. It’s totally ruined but we didn’t let that ruin our stay. Breakfast at 6am was hot and delicious. Thank you!

The room is not completely cleaned. There were drink rings and stickiness on the night stand. It was apparent the floor were not swept nor mopped. The only thing that look correctly done was a clean bed. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The hallway in front of my room was never mopped, and it was dirty from being partially outside. The idea that my room is not clean, but every three days was not communicated to me something that I do not like. And the noise factor at 2 o’clock in the morning, hearing other guests talk to each other and yell at each other is not a desire evening for sleep. I cannot staying at this location.

Room was dirty. The shower wasn’t clean

I stayed here for a concert and was trying to save money. If you’re on a budget it’s okay…. maybe. There was a dead roach in front of the microwave/ fridge area. The shower area was so dirty we didn’t even shower after being at the concert all day. To top it off, the TV didn’t work. Smh

It was a clean room just woke up few times with loud noise of traffic on the room facing the freeway and then took shower with cold water! Lil warm and no pressure to wash out shampoo and the pillows were too small

If your looking for a place to sleep with no thrills here it is. As for service while i was checking in an ac unit came on and made it hard to hear the gentleman checking me in. As for the room, shower was missing a door which then allowed water to escape tothe rest of the bathroom. There was hair left in the shower on the bar soap dish. The door tonthe bathroom would constantly stickand be difficult to open. The floor of room was sticky.

Love the stay but the only disappointing thing was only able to watch one channel with was the weather. Hopefully that gets fixes. Room 323.

The first room, the toilet was broken and didn’t flush. Got changed to another room, floor was lifting and broken in bathroom, TV only got 4 channels (2 English and 2 Spanish), can hear main road all night long.

The elevator was out of order so i had to get a different room. The Netflix ootion on the tv wouldnt work and the wifi was sketchy.The area was very noisy. The room was clean

TV did not work. There is no access to a HDMI on TV to use an outside streaming device. The AC is stuck on 74-degrees. The buttons & option on AC all broke. Just On-Off & 74-Degrees. I was hot the entire time. The hose cleaners are blaring music from the laundry room that would bleed into my room and keep me from sleeping. They charge a ridiculous $150 deposit. This is such a hustle. Never coming back.

r key wouldn’t open door and they tried to give us a one bed from a two bed for 2 adults and 4 kids my medication and the kids diapers r lock in the room and they r trying to say we can’t get in til tomorrow this is crazy

The room was terrible. They gave me dirty room. I checked in around 10 pm and the room I was given was unclean, mess and smelt. Please see pictures attached for proof. I had booked suite and they didn't have another suite so had to look for another hotel last minute after I got to Antioch. I ended up paying much more because I had to get new hotel right then. It was mentally stressful having to look for another hotel after a long travel and at night and also having to pay extra money last minute.

Our room had no TV, the toilet did not flush, the chair was broken and the refrigerator did not work. After approaching the front desk, the gentleman, Ron, was completely unapologetic and let us know he was aware of no TV and may be able to move us later in the day. No offers to make right the first night having to stay in those conditions. Furthermore, both nights had a huge party in the courtyard until 3am that no one did anything about trying to quiet at all. Requests for refunds were denied. This is absolutely our last time staying here ever and we were annual visitors.

The fromt desk lady on duty on Par 17 morning arnd 11am wasn’t nice when we ask towels or to clean our room. She promised to give a new sets of bathroom towels, to my surprised there was no new replacement of towels. Dirty towels was atill inside the bathroom no replacement of toilet & tissue paper.

We made a quick stop in Antioch before heading back home. Nana provided exceptional customer service—she went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was pretty good too.

Ron is very helpful. The maintenance guys fixed what needed. The maids gave what we needed.

The woman at the front desk was amazing and super helpful. Extremely friendly. She made our stay that much more enjoyable

This place is terrible. I ended up having a family emergency and tried to call and modify my day and they canceled my day without even telling me and did not give me a refund. When I called to get service and help they kept hanging up the phone in my face, I eventually went there, and the employee that helped me was very rude. Did not want to help and have bad customer service her name. Is JAZMINE AND SHE’S TERRIBLE WORKER do not book this place they don’t accommodate and they still money and have drugs done there by random people and EMPLOYEES

Staff is substandard, unable to check out, front door locked, no one to assist, security guard looked like a thug, sagging his jeans…doesn’t look professional, criminal watching your guests. Breakfast getting cheaper each time I visit….quality of service going downhill.

The front door is locked and you can only get in if the employees see you and let you in. The check in process was very odd with a virtual assistant on a kiosk. Which didn’t really make sense because you still had to check in with the employee behind the counter for the keys. The room had some sort of white substance splattered all over the wall and curtains. It smelled like it had been recently fumigated for roaches, a very strong chemical smell, and dead roaches on the exterior stairs. There were homeless encampments in many of the spots in the lot, so parking was difficult. There was someone’s black hair on the pillows of the bed. The first morning when we went to go to get something from car and went back to the room neither of our key cards worked anymore. Since my key card didn’t work I had to stand outside the front doors at 130 in the afternoon trying to flag down an employee so I could get back into my room. The food was mediocre, but fine since it is included for the price. If you don’t go early you might miss out, most of the food except the hot selection was empty by 830 and I never saw it get refilled.

Worst experience I’ve had since using hotels.com. If you love freeway noise, cops showing up all night, prostitution and pimpery, this could be the property for you. As for me, I prefer something less exciting. On the bright side, In-N-Out was across the street. Remember the video game Frogger? You will be playing the frog to get that tasty burger. Unless you’re willing to pay a few dubs for a handy, stay away. My rating of this freshly remodeled Ramada is a definite two thumbs down.

The property was clean and safe. Location is ideal since it’s close to the freeway. There is a lot of options to eat and shop. This location offers complementary breakfast. Highly recommend.

Hotel room was clean. Only thing that was a bit strange is that only two towels were offered and not replaced. Breakfast was so-so but that was to be expected. Would still stay again

We had a great time! This is a location close to public transportation, shopping and quick food options. It is close to the freeway so there is some traffic noise but not too noticeable with the air conditioning on. The pool was wonderful. The employees were helpful and kind. The breakfast really helps in the morning and there were so many options: waffles, cereal, bacon, sausage, eggs and more! My only complaint is the lack of regular coffee in the breakfast room. I stayed for several days and this was an issue every one of them. I felt bad for the extra nice and competent attendants because they had to deal with grumpy customers who understandably could not fathom a breakfast room without any regular coffee at 7:00am. I don’t think they “ran out” of coffee. I think this a really poor corporate or management decision that the service attendants and customers should not have to deal with. Coffee, and lots of it, is expected at an advertised breakfast that is included in the price of the room. I will stay again and recommend this motel to others because of the price and location. I always travel with my own coffee, most people don’t.

No milk during breakfast

The purpose for our stay was because I was having surgery in the area the following morning. I’ve always trusted Choice Hotels but my last few experiences have been subpar. I had phoned and asked for special accommodations (a first floor room near the parking lot) ahead of time because I was disabled. I was told that the room I had was near the parking lot. The paved walkway from the parking lot to the room was unsteady. I almost fell because the pavers were loose. There was no other way to get there, short of going all around the pool. Since we had arrived later in the day, we bought some food and ate in the room. It wasn’t long before the food we were eating attracted cockroaches. We threw everything out but they kept coming. When we took a shower, half of the shower door was missing. No, it wasn’t one of those fancy shower stalls. The water pooled up into the bathroom, no matter how hard we tried. There was a shampoo dispenser in the shower that was empty, which was frustrating because hotel rooms always have shampoo and I hadn’t packed any. My daughter went to get breakfast between 7:30 and 8:00 am and had to ask where the eggs were. She was met by a rude worker who made her feel bad for even asking. I have another surgery coming up but I won’t be staying here. It’s sad when the surgery was the best part of my trip. By the way, the room we had was right next to the dining room.

Horrible experience, walked in room looked and was used before I got there. Didn’t even bother to clean up after someone left. Literally slept in my car. Went to get breakfast and the ladies very rude all 6 of them. Eating in the back didn’t bother helping me out . No plates, Cups and most importantly food but they were enjoying their breakfast on work hours, while myself who paid didn’t get anything. Great work Ladies 👎. Needs better management

My wife and I had no hot (or even warm) water to shower for the two days we were there. We do not like cold water showers. The toilet was also plugged and no one came to give me a toilet plunger so I could clear it myself. The breakfast service was not well stocked. They use Kleenex instead of napkins, and even ran out of paper plates. No cereal or milk. I would give this place a zero if I could. We will never again stay at this hotel!
