zimmer einfach eingerichtet, nur das nötigste, sauber , neue harte matratzen. leider war die duschkabine kaputt , aber dusche selbst und duschkopf einwandfrei.kochniesche funktional und geschirr genau für 2 personen.zimmer sauber , alle 2bis 3 tage neue handtücher, bettwäsche 1 mal die woche. neuer fernseher wie boiler. für ferien in fenen man sowiso nur zum schlafen in der unterkunft ist reicht rs vollkommen.

Buena ubicación, sencillo pero completo, camas cómodas y a buen precio. Lo único negativo es la falta de aire acondicionado, que hace que tengas que dormir con la ventana abierta y es una zona algo ruidosa.

Gefallen hat mir die Miniküche mit Töpfen, Pfanne, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr usw. Sauberkeit war gut. Nicht gefallen hat mir das der Safe nicht nutzbar war, also mußte ich Paß, Papiere, hunderte Euro in bar 2 Tage lang am Körper tragen. Ein , zwei deutsche Fernsehsender wären gut gewesen. Für ein , zwei Tage zur Überbrückung geht es schon mal.

Dåligt utrustat kök ingen vattenkokare ingen brödrost torftigt utrustat med porslin och bestick. Frysfacket helt igenisat.

Fin utsikt över hamnen. Ingen balkong men morgonsolen strålade in i burspråket. Ett litet kök och vattenkokare. Det gick att fixa lite enkelt.

Se oia mucho ruido de los puf que hay debajo, de hecho te dan tapones para los oidos en el alojamiento. Tambien habia un ruido de fondo con vibraciones , imagino que de alguna maquinaria que pudiera estar en el bajo del edificio, tipo lavanderia, secadoras .

Definitely clean but perhaps in need of some renovation. Easy and friendly hotel.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, amabilidad en el trato por parte del recepcionista. Todo perfecto.

Boendet är i behov av renovering , rummet hade glipor mellan vägg och fönster vilket resulterade i höga ljud från gatan utanför. Sängkläder, dusch och kök var extremt smutsigt. I diskhon kom det upp en kackerlacka vilket var extremt äckligt och köket ville vi inte använda. Extremt obehagligt och äckligt hotell. Finns inget positivt mer än hotellets läge , BOKA INTE DETTA HOTELL, trotts det billiga priset !

Excelente la limpieza de la habitación, también las toallas y sábanas súper limpios, la habitación confortable y el personal amable.

The location is fantastic. Only €2.95 for the bus from the airport and a 5 minute walk from the station. The long beach is under 10 min walk with so many restaurants. Las Palmas is so cheap and safe for a lone traveller. Within walking distance to many cultural / art galleries. There is a massive shopping centre at the end of the promenade if that`s what you`re into to. Easy access in and out of the apartments with keys provided. Fridge, freezer and xclnt free wifi. Friendly cleaners offering clean towels etc (daily I think.) Didn`t bother with the tv so I don`t know. I found the studio clean and comfortable. I would stay again because of the location.

The room was very clean and I like it. I would recommend it and will Go there again.

Dicen que por la ola de calor es normal encontrarte 3 cucarachas en el baño y 1 en ls cocina

El establecimiento es viejo y lo tienen abandonado, la limpieza deja mucho que desear ya que no está bien realizada, mampara de ducha sucia, no se molestan en limpiar todos los azulejos del baño, nos tocó una de las toallas con manchas feas, un forro de almohada tenía manchas ve a saber de que, almohada, cojines, colchón y sábanas olían a humo de tabaco (he sido camarera de pisos así que se de lo que hablo en cuanto a mantenimiento y limpieza de una habitación) También hay olores en el ascensor, escaleras y recepción, la habitación que nos tocó a pesar se tener ventanas de pared a pared no se podía ventilar si no era abriendo la puerta de la habitación que daba afuera, hall de las escaleras y el ascensor, a la ventana le da el sol desde que amanece y hasta pasado el medio día no hay quien pueda correr la cortina y aunque dejes las ventanas abiertas no corre aire en la habitación porque no tiene como hacer corriente si no es abriendo al hall, no hay ningún sitio en el baño donde poder dejar las cosas como neceser, peine, cepillo de diente, etc, así que tienes que mantenerlo todo guardado o en la mesa de la habitación, tiene una mini cocina pero no tiene un comedor sino dos mesillas de noche para usarlas como tal. Lo único bueno es que está en una zona de mucho tránsito a la vida social y comercial, cerca de transporte público y a la avenida de Las Canteras con una tienda 24h abajo en un edificio a 50m.

Las paredes sucias manchadas la pintura un desastre ,el ropero da asco el espejo del baño sucio y roto las ventanas sucísimas nunca más horrible

Bra beliggenhet! Slitent hotel, vonde senger, veldig dårlig vanntrykk i dusjen, vond sofa å sitte i. Lampene hadde veldig sterke pærer/skarpt lys. Helt greit for et par dager..

Ottima posizione centrale e vicino alla stazione dei bus. Stanza basic ma funzionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

El servicio por parte del personal de recepción fue muy bueno. Llegué a las 9.00h y me pudieron dar la llave del apartamento, cuando el chek-in normalmente lo tienen a las 13. Por el contrario, las fotos de la habitaciones distan mucho de la realidad. Armarios sin puertas, desconchones en las paredes, suelo de madera agrietado. El resto estaba aceptable. Las camas eso si, eran comodas. El edificio es ruidoso pero es algo normal ya que esta en la zona del parque de Santa Catalina y Las Canteras.

Very good location for buses to entire island. Lovely beach within walking distance. Safe but lively environment, good value for money and would go back again . Only downside is noise from local park into the early hours.

Rummet slitet men rent. Finns hiss, men ett par trappsteg upp. Ligger centralt med nära till busstationen, 7-8 min promenad till stranden. Alla restauranger och chopping man kan behöva runt hörnet.
