The staff were very helpful. The propery is a short walk from the city centre and there is an excellent small supermarket close by. The accommodation itself was fine and the car park was secure.

Le stationnement était indiqué disponible sur le site internet mais il n'était pas précisé que le coût n'était pas inclus dans notre séjour. Suggestion : indiqué les stationnements gratuits aux alentours et les heures auxquelles les stationnements de la ville sont gratuits. On avait des serviettes mais pas de débarbouillettes ou de gants pour se laver. Il faudrait le préciser sur le site internet dans le descriptif des affaires disponibles dans la chambre (pour que les voyageurs puissent les prévoir).

Just a short walk to the IceParc Angers, it is a convenient location for events there. The night I checked in the elevator was broken and they put me on the 6th floor. It was horrible. There was also no hot water. The next day they moved me to the second floor. It took several days for the elevator to be fixed. This was better at least for climbing stairs. The siting room light did not work. Rooms are a bit spartan but clean. Bathrooms clean. Breakfast was limited and they ran out of eggs by the time I got to breakfast most mornings. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away, and then an area of shopping and restaurants. Once the elevator was fixed the stay was nice enough. The reception staff was very good. The area was quiet and seemed safe. Despite the problems I would return if the need to occurred.

Le canapé lit de notre appartement était plein de poussière et n'avait visiblement pas été nettoyé... Nous avons donc été redirigés vers deux chambres séparées faute de place mais avec deux enfants en bas âge, pas simple... Odeurs de local poubelle dans le hall d'entrée, traces de saleté sur les murs et poussière dans les coins bref la propreté générale laisse tout de même à désirer pour un trois hôtels ! Heureusement, les draps étaient propres...

j'ai eu les infos par mail pour une arrivée tardive, elles étaient complètes. Le prix du pdj est un peu élevé mais l'offre était abondante et le parti pris du bio bien en place. La chambre était propre et bien équipée. Bonne adresse.

We booked two rooms with mixed conditions. The room on level 8 was much better than level 7. The level 8 beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern with a shower over the the bathtub. The level 7 bathroom was an old styled open tiled shower area shared with the toilet. There was visible mould in the corner of the tiles which was quiet off putting. The non stick cooking pots and pans in both rooms were also terrible scratched which wasn't appealing to prepare meals with. It is in a convenient location with a supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable with a small balcony. Bed very comfy. Showers hot with a full raining water shower head. Food (Dinner) was really good and the dining area very homely. Staff were cheerful and very helpful.

Room was huge and in the main in good condion. However noticeable it was one of the ones not yet updated. Bathroom was worn and old fashioned and needed a complete redo. Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. Just threw a duvet over the sofa. Beds are extremely comfortable and all the items you need in a flat are provided. Staff go above and beyond to help you have a comfortable stay. Especially Michael who was extremely helpful. I would certainly stay again.

I would have give much better reviews to this apartment hotel if I had one good night sleep. Every night there were people screaming right outside around 1am most likely college kids lives in dorms next door. No front desk staff was available. I wish I could call police but unfortunately my French is very limiting.

Je ne peux pas donné mon avis sur l'hôtel Séjours et affaires d'Angers car ce dernier m'a appelé quelques jours avant mon séjour pour me dire qu'il n'y avait plus de place disponible pour moi à cause d'un problème informatique qui a perturbé les réservations. Heureusement, Séjour et affaires m'a logé dans un autre hôtel sans que j'ai à débourser de frais supplémentaire.

Je ne peux pas donné mon avis sur l'hôtel Séjours et affaires d'Angers car ce dernier m'a appelé quelques jours avant mon séjour pour me dire qu'il n'y avait plus de place disponible pour moi à cause d'un problème informatique qui a perturbé les réservations. A lot of noise from the students having party in the neighbourhood. Do not book, if you a light sleeper.

Nous sommes venus pour un séjour de deux nuits et notre chambre était suite. Seul bémol ayant réservé pour un couple + notre fille nous aurions espéré qu’elle ai un « vrai lit » mais elle avait le canapé lit. Elle a cependant très bien dormi c’est juste qu’ayant réservé un appartement hôtel pour 4 nous pensions avoir deux chambres et pas un couchage dans le salon Le petit déjeuner était excellent et la salle est très agréable donc même si le coût nous a semblé un peu élevé lors du paiement des petits déjeuner nous avons compris le lendemain matin ! Il y a tout, sucré, salé, jus… Nous n’hésiterons pas à réserver de nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour! L’hôtel est en plus très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et presque en face d’un Spar pour faire quelques courses si nécessaire Merci pour l’accueil

Rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable with a small balcony. Bed very comfy. Showers hot with a full raining water shower head. Food (Dinner) was really good and the dining area very homely. Staff were cheerful and very helpful.

j'ai eu les infos par mail pour une arrivée tardive, elles étaient complètes. Le prix du pdj est un peu élevé mais l'offre était abondante et le parti pris du bio bien en place. La chambre était propre et bien équipée. Bonne adresse.

Logement rénové très récemment. Très bon état. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel aimable et souriant. C'est un lieu simple mais qui convient très bien pour une ou deux nuits de passage.

I would have given 5 stars out of 5, because the room and the facility were very good. What a pity for the breakfast room, totally underdimensioned for this hotel-residence. You have to wait for plates, cutlery and free spaces. The two breakfast ladies try their best, but the breakfast room is simply not suitable for this facility. The brakfast food is good though, with choices of fresh fruits and grains.

Just a short walk to the IceParc Angers, it is a convenient location for events there. The night I checked in the elevator was broken and they put me on the 6th floor. It was horrible. There was also no hot water. The next day they moved me to the second floor. It took several days for the elevator to be fixed. This was better at least for climbing stairs. The siting room light did not work. Rooms are a bit spartan but clean. Bathrooms clean. Breakfast was limited and they ran out of eggs by the time I got to breakfast most mornings. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away, and then an area of shopping and restaurants. Once the elevator was fixed the stay was nice enough. The reception staff was very good. The area was quiet and seemed safe. Despite the problems I would return if the need to occurred.

I would have give much better reviews to this apartment hotel if I had one good night sleep. Every night there were people screaming right outside around 1am most likely college kids lives in dorms next door. No front desk staff was available. I wish I could call police but unfortunately my French is very limiting.

The staff were very helpful. The propery is a short walk from the city centre and there is an excellent small supermarket close by. The accommodation itself was fine and the car park was secure.
