The apartment was very clean and quiet. It is obvious that Will (the owner) put great care into furnishing and setting up the apartment. The quality and amenities were first rate. The location was excellent for exploring the Valley (in the middle-not too far east or west). Will lives next door so he is very responsive. I would definitely stay here in the future.

We spent our last two nights in Arizona here. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and a great coffee shop each morning. The house was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. I enjoyed sitting in the outside area in the mornings and evenings. Easy drive to the airport if you need that. Communication with the owner was very good. Very easy check in and check out!
We spent our last two nights in Arizona here. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and a great coffee shop each morning. The house was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. I enjoyed sitting in the outside area in the mornings and evenings. Easy drive to the airport if you need that. Communication with the owner was very good. Very easy check in and check out!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Claremont! To start, the property feels so homey - from the courtyard, to the midcentury design style, the mural, etc. - and is also impeccably clean. Will’s detailed instructions, including the house manual, messages leading up to check in, and the video for where to park were super helpful, as we arrived late at night. He has thought of everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We really appreciated the free laundry room access and availability of eco-friendly detergent pods, and the state of the art AC (as we our stay fell during a mid-July heat advisory). Will was super communicative and quick to reply to any questions. While we did not get a chance to meet him in person during our brief stay, you can tell how much he truly loves and cares about this property and the surrounding local community! We found so much to do within a 10-15 minute radius, and there are so many walkable restaurant options :) Highly highly recommend The Claremont and cannot wait to stay again on a future trip to PHX!

The mid-century modern was a great get away in Phoenix. Check in was easy and the videos on parking spot on. The place was clean and felt comfortable while staying there. Host was responsive to questions. In a great location and was easy for us to get to family in the area and any activities we wanted to do while we were in Phoenix.

Excellent apartment for us. Very clean. Plenty of room for 2-4. Well equipped kitchen. Pleasant outside yard with grill. Both bedrooms had good mattresses for solid sleeping. Many restaurants in area (but we cook our own), Costco nearby. Easy parking spot, Good location a few miles north of center city. Easy communications with owner. We hiked South Mountain, North Mountain, White Tank Mountains, Lost Dutchman State Park, Sedona area, went to spring training Cactus League game in Surprise, Heard Museum downtown and Western Spirit museum in Scottsdale excellent. Worked well for us on our first trip to this area of southwest.

This is a nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It is a thoughtfully decorated, sparkling clean, with very comfortable bed and upscale linens. Thete is a charming courtyard with a grassy area Adirondack chairs and a fire ring right outside the front door. Good communication with the owner, Will, before and during our stay. Near lots of interesting dining optipns and breweries. We truley enjoyed our stay for baseball Spring Training. .

Small touches like adequate hangers, an open kitchen floor plan and comfortable bedding took our experience to the next level. The host was a great communicator, while still allowing for full privacy. The neighborhood was quiet with several restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. There is a covered parking spot, and street parking is also available. I would 10/10 stay there again.

We were very happy with our stay here. The place was clean and well stocked. The location was convenient, quiet and felt safe. The host had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Otro Cafe which we tried after the host recommended and it was fantastic. We would stay here again!

What a perfect little oasis in the desert! Clean, well air conditioned, excellent linnens. Full kitchen and a king size bed. What more do you need for a family vacation in Phoenix? Host provided one of the best house books I’ve ever seen with multiple sets of directions on how to walk to local eateries. Great section of Phoenix, close to the light rail that can get you to sports in downtown or fun activities around the university. Highly recommend.

This two-bedroom home in central Phoenix was perfect for our four-night stay. Decorated in fun mid-century style, it is quiet, well-appointed and ideally located for a desert getaway! Very attentive host, though everything was set-up perfectly and in great condition so we didn't need his help. We'd definitely stay there again on our next trip to Phoenix.

The apartment was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for our fall vacation in Phoenix. Centrally located and easy to find. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Even though it was for just one night, the booking, communication and quality of the property couldn't have been ANY better. Location was fantastic, close to restaurants and bars. Beyond clean when we arrived, quiet neighborhood and some of the best arrival instructions I've ever had. Highly recommend!!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Claremont! To start, the property feels so homey - from the courtyard, to the midcentury design style, the mural, etc. - and is also impeccably clean. Will’s detailed instructions, including the house manual, messages leading up to check in, and the video for where to park were super helpful, as we arrived late at night. He has thought of everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We really appreciated the free laundry room access and availability of eco-friendly detergent pods, and the state of the art AC (as we our stay fell during a mid-July heat advisory). Will was super communicative and quick to reply to any questions. While we did not get a chance to meet him in person during our brief stay, you can tell how much he truly loves and cares about this property and the surrounding local community! due to the fact that the owner leaves the key on the counter and leaves the door unsecure, as well as the lock gates. There were people occupying my unit. I had a birthday party to attend to and prepare for, so I had to leave after waiting for the individual to return to the door. I wound up having to leave was never able to stay. Contacted by the owner after I had already arranged transportation back to my home. The area in Phoenix is not the greatest, so to have the unit unlocked, and after having individuals in the unit, when I arrived, the owner did not satisfy or refund, instead turned extremely rude. He expects me to have to pay for that. Think twice when entering an unlocked unit

Renting this property was seamless from start to finish. The property owner, Will, gave very clear instructions for check-in and provided lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. His communication skills are top-notch and he responded to questions quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens were soft, towels were nice and big, and although we didn't cook much there it appeared the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need. There is just one bathroom, but it was more than adequate for just the two of us. The location was great for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Safeway was close by too. I highly recommend Will's place; you won't be disappointed! Oh, and the manual he provided was a must read - Will has quite the sense of humor! :)

Had a great experience overall. The place is very clean. The host is very nice and responded quickly to our questions. A house manual is available for rules and tips. The beds are comfy which is very important for us. Stayed there for 7 nights. Will stay there again.

The apartment was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for our fall vacation in Phoenix. Centrally located and easy to find. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The host will gave us very detailed check in instructions and made our departure very simple. We will be staying here again next year!

We spent our last two nights in Arizona here. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and a great coffee shop each morning. The house was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. I enjoyed sitting in the outside area in the mornings and evenings. Easy drive to the airport if you need that. Communication with the owner was very good. Very easy check in and check out!

What a perfect little oasis in the desert! Clean, well air conditioned, excellent linnens. Full kitchen and a king size bed. What more do you need for a family vacation in Phoenix? Host provided one of the best house books I’ve ever seen with multiple sets of directions on how to walk to local eateries. Great section of Phoenix, close to the light rail that can get you to sports in downtown or fun activities around the university. Highly recommend.

The place was very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and loved the light coming into the place. The only issue was maintaining water pressure and temperature in the shower. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Would come back again.

Condo was beautifully designed with lots of natural light, very clean! Beds had comfortable quality bedding. Whoever designed the place seemed to anticipate guests' needs, such as, having rolled soft blankets next to sofa for guests who get cold easily (me!). Attention to details even applied to the thick, soft bathroom towels. It was quiet, didn't hear neighbors or street traffic. Will was attentive and made sure we were satisfied.
