The property and staff are great, Alma rom the pool area are offered amazing service! Isaac f greeted us so nice! There was a tall employee with reading glasses around the pool area that unfortunately saved lounge chairs with towels before 8 am, this was at the infinity pool and then once the guests were coming down they tip that employee. We have been told during check in that lounge chairs couldn’t been reserve longer than 1 hour. I was disappointed when I saw that considering that I was waiting for towels a little before 8 am as i got of the ocean around 7:40 am.

Pros: Great resort. Employees were friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious and had two bathrooms. Favorite restaurant was the Italian Taberna but enjoyed all our meals. Kids spent so much time in the lazy river and pools. Would definitely return. Downsides: Construction is ongoing for the next month at the infinity pool area so it was closed and there was noise from jackhammers during parts of the day. Online menus not available for all restaurants which is difficult when trying to choose. All inclusive guests have to sign checks even if there are no charges. Ocean isn’t swimmable in front of resort.

Everything about the resort was amazing! Downsides, non-swimmable beach and they changed how the kids club wasn't part of the all inclusive package. But it didn't stop us and our kid had a blast each time he went!

Meals are gourmet ! Excellent staff delicious food. All inclusive allows for all food drinks and snacks. Mexican Italian and a steakhouse restaurants on the property.clean gym and spa. access to the beach. The resort is absolutely beautiful, clean and a luxury experience, great for families !!

Resort is on the smaller side and there isn’t a whole lot to do if you like some of the activities that other all inclusives typically have; overall, the experience was good, resort is clean, rooms are spacious and most of the staff are very attentive. Only two actual restaurants to make reservations at (steak house and Italian) and then a buffet (only open for breakfast and dinner) and pool side spot to eat. On the first night, our room was located right below the lobby and we could hear the dragging of metal chairs every couple of hours. Mentioned this to the check in staff and they switched our room the next day - they were very accommodating and helpful. Location of the hotel is convenient if you plan on going to San Jose or Cabo San Lucas. About a 20 minute Uber ride to either. Gorgeous views from the infinity pool if you get up early enough to get a chair. You need to be there by about 6:30/7am if you want a spot. Other pools are bigger and much easier to get chairs at. Would recommend to families and those who want a laid back, relaxing vacation without all the entertainment that some of the bigger chains have.

It’s a nice resort, with amenities and service similar to other 4.5-5 star resorts we experienced in Mexico. Beautiful grounds but wish the territory was bigger as there is not much outside of the hotel. Loved the huge lazy river, infinity pool and activities. Staff were pleasant, courteous and quick to serve. Happy we got a room upgrade from the first floor pool view room - it was just too dark. Enjoyed the a la cart restaurants and buffet, interestingly, buffet options are not as expansive as other resorts offer. Loved the lobby bar and a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails they offer in addition to the regular stuff. Wonderful room service. Nice modern rooms with thoughtful amenities. The weather was awesome. Beach unfortunately not swimmable due to strong waves. Overall, very pleasant stay and experience.

The place was nice overall but it was lacking a few things. Drinks were served at the pool only between 12 and 5pm. It took forever to get the drinks delivered and something about serving food at the pool but not pizza. Getting pizza required dressing up and sitting the cafe at the pool which also served all the other food right at the pool but somehow not pizza. Also no music by the pool. Just dead silence.

The property was clean, the staff were cleaning sun up to sun down. I did not like the food, most of the food was cold, I like white rice with nothing in it however the rice was always mixed with vegetables, no option without. The chairs are hard to get so you have to wake up at like 5am and go claim your spot or you’re out of luck. The resort is beautiful and most of the staff are super nice. There is not much entertainment so you are basically in bed by 9pm because there is absolutely nothing to do. I spent 8 days there and it’s best to go into town by the marina for something to do. Overall I would rate this resort a 5 out of 10.

My family and I loved this resort. There were five of us, ranging from 3-75 in age, and we all had a blast during the 6 all inclusive nights we were there. The resort was really well maintained, staff were wonderful, restaurants were better than average for all inclusive, room service was great, and the rooms were very spacious. The gym was also quite spacious, nice and new. Only a few downsides - 1) There is no onsite walk-up coffee shop that is part of the all-inclusive experience (you have to go to a restaurant or order room/pool service). 2) Guests are SAVAGE with reserving chairs at the pools. Most spots are taken by 9am. 3) Book reservations for dinner in advance!!! There are only two sit down restaurants and it was a big mistake on my part to try to book before we got there, but I didn’t think it would be an issue. The buffets were great but the steakhouse was fully booked and the italian restaurant could only get us reservations a few nights, but only after 8pm. I was not impressed by how the concierge supported me in making reservations or their general reservation process, either. 4) As I mentioned, It’s super family friendly but as a person without kids, I could not in good faith recommend this hotel to someone who was child free or single. Though there is an adults-only pool, there was no night life and things wind down early and if you want to do anything after dinner you would have to leave the resort.

The entire experience from beginning to end was top notch. The hotel was clean. Noticed grounds keepers and pools being cleaned every morning. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. Food was amazing. The staff were all friendly and warm. Entertainment team was super fun! We will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful property that I would love to return to! The resort is less than 1.5 years old so everything is modern, clean and exceptionally high end. The staff is incredible! All of them are so kind.

Pros The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious. We really enjoyed the food at the Italian restaurant and the steakhouse—both were excellent. Cons: Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The hotel appears to be poorly managed and understaffed. Guests are frequently asked to provide their room numbers for nearly every service, and the amount of paperwork involved—especially for larger groups—is overwhelming for both guests and staff. Wait times were excessive; at one point, we waited over 25 minutes just to be seated at a restaurant. The food at the buffet is terrible. The pool area was also disappointing. It is quite small, and the water in all the pools was uncomfortably hot—more like a hot tub than a swimming pool. Pool chairs were always in short supply, and staff were rarely present to take drink orders. Additionally, it felt like the hotel was cutting corners on small but important guest amenities. For example, in-room coffee is only provided on the first day—even for all-inclusive guests, who must then purchase it. After checkout at 11 a.m., all amenities are cut off: no access to water, no internet, and no dining. This felt unnecessarily strict. The lack of entertainment was also disappointing. Hotel is pretty new and nice. AC was not working properly in the room. Restaurants were too busy and almost impossible to get anywhere. LA patrons breakfast was good. Latitude was excellent Stuff were great Hotel managers were hard to find Room service was super late. Sometimes they forgot or an hour before you get even a glass of milk.

Great family vacation spot. Nice new hotel with awesome heated pools, great family suites with lots of amenities. We purchased the all inclusive option but were surprised at a couple of’ service fees’ and additional food charges at the end of our stay. Make sure you are clear on what is included and what isn’t with the ‘All Inclusive’ package. Also, make sure you book your dinner reservations with the two restaurants on their website BEFORE your stay. By the time we checked in- it was already too late and they were already booked throughout the entire week for dinners. Also, not sure what it was but my two daughters got food poising one night from something they ordered through room service. We ate at the buffet/ restaurant by the pool the entire week and never had a problem except that one time with room service. Other than that, the hotel was clean- pools were awesome and my kids had a great time.

Villa La Valencia was gorgeous! The entire property was impeccable, beautiful and remarkably maintained. The service was friendly and efficient, though beware the “concierge” as it is just a way to get you into a time share pitch which will eat up 3-4 hours of your vacation time (this happens at every resort). Our room was amazing, just a double queen but it was spacious, quiet and clean. The beds were wonderful as was the bedding and pillows, everything feels luxurious! We were all inclusive and enjoyed all four restaurants, our favorite was by far the Italian and we ate there three of the 5 nights. Lots of live music, very chill vibe and a lot of fun. This didn’t have a party-vibe like some places in Cabo San Lucas, we are in our 40s and didn’t want base blaring through the night. As a matter of fact, one bachelor party came on our last day and they were a stark contrast to the rest of the guests; loud, obnoxious, belligerent. If I came back I would stay here again. The spa is INCREDIBLE! I had the best massage of my life and then got to enjoy the hydrotherapy room. The gym is immaculate and has brand-new equipment. Marcos was our server at the beach and he was THE BEST! All across an amazing experience, you can’t go wrong here.

Resort is on the smaller side and there isn’t a whole lot to do if you like some of the activities that other all inclusives typically have; overall, the experience was good, resort is clean, rooms are spacious and most of the staff are very attentive. Only two actual restaurants to make reservations at (steak house and Italian) and then a buffet (only open for breakfast and dinner) and pool side spot to eat. On the first night, our room was located right below the lobby and we could hear the dragging of metal chairs every couple of hours. Mentioned this to the check in staff and they switched our room the next day - they were very accommodating and helpful. Location of the hotel is convenient if you plan on going to San Jose or Cabo San Lucas. About a 20 minute Uber ride to either. Gorgeous views from the infinity pool if you get up early enough to get a chair. You need to be there by about 6:30/7am if you want a spot. Other pools are bigger and much easier to get chairs at. Would recommend to families and those who want a laid back, relaxing vacation without all the entertainment that some of the bigger chains have.

This resort is nothing short of beautiful. We didn't get so lucky with reservations at the restaurants as we went right after Christmas and spent the New year there; However, El Patron which is the non reservation buffet had endless options every day and it was great. We did get lucky to eat at the Italian restaurant which was good, but I still preferred the buffet. The all white New Year Party was a BLAST. I was surprised to see the quality of the party. It was set up beautifully by the infinity pool, food options were a endless buffet style, dance floor, 360 video photo set up, and the fireworks were TOP NOTCH. The poolside service could've been a little quicker, BUT again it was holiday season and super busy. The poolside food options were our FAVORITE. The beach itself was clean and beautiful, and the pool water was nice and warm! Our room was kept clean and the view was gorgeous. Definitely will be returning.

This is an amazing hotel. We will for sure plan more stays here. ery clean. They welcomed us with a very tasty drink. The guy who was helping us chek in was a very nice one. Staff were always wearing a smile very respectful and friendly. The lazy river was the highlight. Room service was fantastic. They were cleaning the room many times a day. The pools were great. They had a very good show for 4-th of July. Also activities for children and a pool party with a DJ. Food was great all restaurants were 5 star. Thank you Villa La Valecia for creating an unforgetable stay.

A beautiful property that I would love to return to! The resort is less than 1.5 years old so everything is modern, clean and exceptionally high end. The staff is incredible! All of them are so kind.

It’s a nice resort, with amenities and service similar to other 4.5-5 star resorts we experienced in Mexico. Beautiful grounds but wish the territory was bigger as there is not much outside of the hotel. Loved the huge lazy river, infinity pool and activities. Staff were pleasant, courteous and quick to serve. Happy we got a room upgrade from the first floor pool view room - it was just too dark. Enjoyed the a la cart restaurants and buffet, interestingly, buffet options are not as expansive as other resorts offer. Loved the lobby bar and a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails they offer in addition to the regular stuff. Wonderful room service. Nice modern rooms with thoughtful amenities. The weather was awesome. Beach unfortunately not swimmable due to strong waves. Overall, very pleasant stay and experience.

The property was nice and new. It's well maintained and employs friendly staff. There are a few things that was not to my liking. The concierge is not concierge but rather a disguised timeshare salesman. They asked if I needed anything a few times but never did the things I asked and still attempted to sell me on timeshare. The next thing is that there is NO AC in the restaurants. We were eating and sweating at the same time as the temperature was the same inside and out (about 88 degrees). The last thing was they nickel and dime you on tide pods and sell them at $1.30 each. I really don't mind paying as it is not expensive but the hassle of having us go down to the resort store to buy it is a big disappointment. It's all inclusive so those should be included. They will serve me multiple alcoholic drinks and tuna sashimi which cost significantly more but won't give me Tide pods to do my kids' laundry. This blows my mind. Overall, the experience was great. The food was good and the staff friendly and attentive. I spent 7 days there and our TIP Bill was about $500 USD. They use prices they would charge you if you were not on the all inclusive plan to ask you to tip.

We usually stay at Garza Blanca every time we visit Cabo, but this trip we decided to try something new with our two kids (ages 11 and 8). We chose this resort mainly because of the lazy river, which looked like fun — and the kids did enjoy it. That said, for the amount of money you’ll spend to stay here, you’re honestly better off just booking Garza Blanca. The dining experience and staff at Garza are on a completely different level — truly above and beyond. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself staying at this resort again. I’d rather pay a bit more and return to Garza, where I know the overall experience matches the price. In my opinion, this place is more of a 4-star resort, not the 5-star experience it’s marketed as. If you’re looking for the best value and overall luxury, skip this one and go straight to Garza Blanca.

El resort tiene instalaciones agradables, pero el servicio al cliente fue muy deficiente, especialmente hacia nosotros como turistas locales. Desde el inicio, el personal de Concierge cambió su actitud tras rechazar su oferta de tiempo compartido. Pasaron de amables a groseros y nos negaron reservas a restaurantes, argumentando “no hay disponibilidad”. Al acudir con el supervisor, confirmó que sí había espacio y nos ayudó a reservar, evidenciando la mala intención del Concierge. Al llegar, el personal de equipaje no encontraba nuestras maletas, dejándonos en el lobby por 15 minutos. Ya en la habitación, notamos productos del minibar abiertos o incompletos, a pesar de tener servicio All Inclusive. El día de salida, a las 8:30 a.m., personal de limpieza tocó la puerta insistentemente para preguntar a qué hora nos iríamos, cuando el check-out es a las 11 a.m. En resumen: el lugar es visualmente bonito, pero la atención que recibimos fue muy poco profesional y claramente discriminatoria hacia el turista nacional. No volvería ni lo recomendaría a quienes viven cerca o dentro del país.

Same stuff everyday. Service at the restaurants besides the pool and the steakhouse were very slow. No one pre bussed their tables, drinks arrived way late and it took forever to get your tab. *need to sign for everything*. Looked like they had way more guest than servers. Pool was nice but really warm. Beach is off limits to swim due to the current. Property was clean. Very limited on activities. Shows at el patron only lasted for an hour. For the amount of money you spend for an all inclusive, I would recommend another resort. Wouldn’t be surprised I get an automated response back from the resort.

The entire experience from beginning to end was top notch. The hotel was clean. Noticed grounds keepers and pools being cleaned every morning. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. Food was amazing. The staff were all friendly and warm. Entertainment team was super fun! We will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel.

Property very nice overall, positives the food was excellent, housekeeping and grounds are phenomenal. Much more of a relaxing resort. Negatives- front desk/ check in process is not so great. They didn’t give me any type of details about resort. I didn’t even know they had a kids club till the 3rd day. Amenities suck! No really good info on any planned entertainment throughout the resort. No music along the pool. No pool bar at all. The bars around property are pretty much at the restaurants only and you can’t just go and ask for a drink besides the lobby bar. When your hanging out at pool and just want a quick drink you have to wait for staff to go around pool. Would not stay at property again.

One of the worst experiences at an all inclusive. Each and every item (bottle of water even) needed to have a receipt printed, presented, you have to write your room #, name and sign. For "inventory". Each time we wanted food or drinks - min one hour. Even for a salad. 12 year olds with wristbands denied ANY FOOD OR WATER because they were told they were not allowed to sign. They had to get me, I had to get out of the pool, walk and sign for every morsel of food or drink. 45 min for a towel to the room and pool bins frequently empty. Waited over an hour for coffee to the room (because the coffee packet was just a welcome gift and not replenished) and eas served a pot of hot beige water (like they forgot to brew with grounds). That was it! I called the manager and blew my top - we were all having a miserable.time. AND we had friends that also were staying. They had 2 teens and 2 adults and given One king and one cot. For a week. We had one day the staff was on high alert but my friends said it went downhill supersonic fast after that. Just an awful, awful waste of a beautiful property and waste of our time and money. We have been to many all inclusives around Mexico and thought we'd "treat" ourselves. Ended up with a huge trick.

The grounds and the staff are wonderful. The room was also very nice. If you can get a chair at the infinity pool at this time of year (Feb) whales are everywhere. The food it also very good we had the all- inclusive package and we were not disappointed. Keep in mind this is a family resort so expect children of all ages. Thier is an adults only pool however it gets the least amount of sunshine and you cannot see the ocean from the chairs. I would highly recommend this resort

The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. The service was excellent. Somethings to note. The beach isn't swimmable. This is a Wellness and membership resort. It's very relaxing but there aren't any entertainment shows at night. The membership presentation was supposed to be 90 minutes however I felt like I was being held hostage after 3.5 hrs. After I said no 6 times I thought I was leaving to collect my discounted excursion vouchers but was taken into another room to be hassled by another sales person. It was awful. Other than that everything else was great. We were then able to enjoy the rest of our trip.

Great place, staff is awesome, food is good, the facility is top notch and you can’t beat the surroundings.

Highly recommend this resort. The kids had a blast utilizing all the pools and the lazy river. Service, cleanliness, rooms and food were 10/10. Would definitely go back. It’s beautiful! If you’re planning on swimming in the ocean, this resort has a black flag warning so you can’t.

Nice newer property, clean. Avoid the sales pitch if possible. Very enjoyable dining options and very good food. Staff is a bit hit or miss and never sure how much to tip. Lovely pools but don’t think they’ll cool you off in July…. Only real dislike is no swimming on beach’s as too dangerous. Quiet place so if looking for action and activities maybe go elsewhere

Resort is on the smaller side and there isn’t a whole lot to do if you like some of the activities that other all inclusives typically have; overall, the experience was good, resort is clean, rooms are spacious and most of the staff are very attentive. Only two actual restaurants to make reservations at (steak house and Italian) and then a buffet (only open for breakfast and dinner) and pool side spot to eat. On the first night, our room was located right below the lobby and we could hear the dragging of metal chairs every couple of hours. Mentioned this to the check in staff and they switched our room the next day - they were very accommodating and helpful. Location of the hotel is convenient if you plan on going to San Jose or Cabo San Lucas. About a 20 minute Uber ride to either. Gorgeous views from the infinity pool if you get up early enough to get a chair. You need to be there by about 6:30/7am if you want a spot. Other pools are bigger and much easier to get chairs at. Would recommend to families and those who want a laid back, relaxing vacation without all the entertainment that some of the bigger chains have.

This resort is nothing short of beautiful. We didn't get so lucky with reservations at the restaurants as we went right after Christmas and spent the New year there; However, El Patron which is the non reservation buffet had endless options every day and it was great. We did get lucky to eat at the Italian restaurant which was good, but I still preferred the buffet. The all white New Year Party was a BLAST. I was surprised to see the quality of the party. It was set up beautifully by the infinity pool, food options were a endless buffet style, dance floor, 360 video photo set up, and the fireworks were TOP NOTCH. The poolside service could've been a little quicker, BUT again it was holiday season and super busy. The poolside food options were our FAVORITE. The beach itself was clean and beautiful, and the pool water was nice and warm! Our room was kept clean and the view was gorgeous. Definitely will be returning.

It’s a nice resort, with amenities and service similar to other 4.5-5 star resorts we experienced in Mexico. Beautiful grounds but wish the territory was bigger as there is not much outside of the hotel. Loved the huge lazy river, infinity pool and activities. Staff were pleasant, courteous and quick to serve. Happy we got a room upgrade from the first floor pool view room - it was just too dark. Enjoyed the a la cart restaurants and buffet, interestingly, buffet options are not as expansive as other resorts offer. Loved the lobby bar and a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails they offer in addition to the regular stuff. Wonderful room service. Nice modern rooms with thoughtful amenities. The weather was awesome. Beach unfortunately not swimmable due to strong waves. Overall, very pleasant stay and experience.

The property was nice and new. It's well maintained and employs friendly staff. There are a few things that was not to my liking. The concierge is not concierge but rather a disguised timeshare salesman. They asked if I needed anything a few times but never did the things I asked and still attempted to sell me on timeshare. The next thing is that there is NO AC in the restaurants. We were eating and sweating at the same time as the temperature was the same inside and out (about 88 degrees). The last thing was they nickel and dime you on tide pods and sell them at $1.30 each. I really don't mind paying as it is not expensive but the hassle of having us go down to the resort store to buy it is a big disappointment. It's all inclusive so those should be included. They will serve me multiple alcoholic drinks and tuna sashimi which cost significantly more but won't give me Tide pods to do my kids' laundry. This blows my mind. Overall, the experience was great. The food was good and the staff friendly and attentive. I spent 7 days there and our TIP Bill was about $500 USD. They use prices they would charge you if you were not on the all inclusive plan to ask you to tip.

Cons: Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The hotel appears to be poorly managed and understaffed. Guests are frequently asked to provide their room numbers for nearly every service, and the amount of paperwork involved—especially for larger groups—is overwhelming for both guests and staff. Wait times were excessive; at one point, we waited over 25 minutes just to be seated at a restaurant. The food at the buffet is terrible. The pool area was also disappointing. It is quite small, and the water in all the pools was uncomfortably hot—more like a hot tub than a swimming pool. Pool chairs were always in short supply, and staff were rarely present to take drink orders. Additionally, it felt like the hotel was cutting corners on small but important guest amenities. For example, in-room coffee is only provided on the first day—even for all-inclusive guests, who must then purchase it. After checkout at 11 a.m., all amenities are cut off: no access to water, no internet, and no dining. This felt unnecessarily strict. The lack of entertainment was also disappointing. My family and I loved this resort. There were five of us, ranging from 3-75 in age, and we all had a blast during the 6 all inclusive nights we were there. The resort was really well maintained, staff were wonderful, restaurants were better than average for all inclusive, room service was great, and the rooms were very spacious. The gym was also quite spacious, nice and new. Only a few downsides - 1) There is no onsite walk-up coffee shop that is part of the all-inclusive experience (you have to go to a restaurant or order room/pool service). 2) Guests are SAVAGE with reserving chairs at the pools. Most spots are taken by 9am. 3) Book reservations for dinner in advance!!! There are only two sit down restaurants and it was a big mistake on my part to try to book before we got there, but I didn’t think it would be an issue. The buffets were great but the steakhouse was fully booked and the italian restaurant could only get us reservations a few nights, but only after 8pm. I was not impressed by how the concierge supported me in making reservations or their general reservation process, either. 4) As I mentioned, It’s super family friendly but as a person without kids, I could not in good faith recommend this hotel to someone who was child free or single. Though there is an adults-only pool, there was no night life and things wind down early and if you want to do anything after dinner you would have to leave the resort.

We had a great stay with our family of 5 (3 teens) in a two bedroom suite for 4 nights. The resort is gorgeous and well maintained. We used the gym and swam in all 3 pools and tried all of the restaurants. Pros: Great room, food is excellent, pools are clean and lovely. Lazy River was a nice bonus. Loved that we could order food and eat poolside. Resort is stunningly gorgeous. Cons: The infinity pool closed on our 3rd day there. Luckily we spent day 1 and 2 there knowing it was about to close for remodeling. We weren’t expecting to hear jackhammers for the next two days so that was disappointing. Plus we lost the great views of the ocean and coastline. If you are wanting to book I would wait until after this remodel is finished. Also having the all inclusive plan and still having to close out checks poolside and at every restaurant is exhausting. We always bring plenty of cash to tip our waiters so if they were doing it for that reason, it was extra unnecessary. Y'all really need to figure out a way to not burden your all inclusive guests with these worthless bills. Literally no other resort does this. Also they were lacking in entertainment options in the evenings especially for adults. Otherwise a great family resort!

The entire experience from beginning to end was top notch. The hotel was clean. Noticed grounds keepers and pools being cleaned every morning. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. Food was amazing. The staff were all friendly and warm. Entertainment team was super fun! We will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel.

The food was good considering all-inclusive. I appreciated the healthy options. The gym had everything I needed to have a great daily workout. Isaac and Alessandro down at the pool were excellent. People do go down to the pool super early and hog the seating, which is typical of entitled Americans. It would be nice if the staff could prevent that. All-in-all a great value for the money.

I'll start with the cons as it's the most important for people to realize the sales staff try to sell you a 'membership' (it's not a membership, it's basically a timeshare even though they claim it's not), they are beyond aggressive and wouldn't let us leave after you decline their offer. We were stuck for 5 hours with Monica Sotomeyor, who dragged our teen daughters into the session and wouldn't allow them to leave either. She was asking the same questions over and over again about our 'ideal vacation'. We like to go to different places all the time, and Monica said they have a partnership with all these other hotels and resorts around the world, where we could use the 'point system' to book. Of course, we find out afterwards from other members that it's really hard to book some of these places. The whole thing is a scam, and even Monica jokingly, but not really, said, "We do everything we can to separate people from their money". Do not do the 90+ min session just to get the discount on some of the food and excursions. It's not worth the hassle and they keep you as long as they can until they wear you out. Other cons is we didn't do all-inclusive as we wanted to go to other restaurants and the food there is okay and extremely overpriced ($95/person for a buffet and family of 4 is not worth it). So we had to Uber it to town all the time. Pros: the pools and lazy river were amazing, views were nice, rooms were clean, rest of the staff were kind, just avoid the sales people.

We spent Spring Break Easter week with our 2 daughters at Villa La Valencia. We did all inclusive and felt everything was perfect. The place is pristine the food was great the staff all knew my name by the end of the week. There was plenty of friends for our daughters to make by the family pool. We paid extra for a few activities at the kids club. All the staff from the kids club said hi to my daughter after while we were around the property and she loved the time spent. The balcony spaces were great to hang when we were in the room watching the beach and waves. The all inclusive had quality options for liquor there are premium alcohol options as an upgrade but the selection was plentiful. The whole week was perfect and we were already being asked when are we going back to Mexico by our daughters
We spent Spring Break Easter week with our 2 daughters at Villa La Valencia. We did all inclusive and felt everything was perfect. The place is pristine the food was great the staff all knew my name by the end of the week. There was plenty of friends for our daughters to make by the family pool. We paid extra for a few activities at the kids club. All the staff from the kids club said hi to my daughter after while we were around the property and she loved the time spent.
