Hotel Rivus var et bra alternativ om man har noen dager ved Gardasjøen. Ligger nærme motorvei, så det er viktig å få rom mot innsjøen og ikke mot motorveien. Bra basseng som vi brukte under vårt opphold. Kort avstand å gå ned til Peschiera de Garda. Hyggelige ansatte som fant nytt rom til oss etter første natten. Wifi fungerte også bra syntes våre døtre. Frokost var helt ok, med det meste man kan forvente av en standard europeisk frokost. Kunne vært litt mer grovere brød/rundstykker. Også kort kjøretur til Sirmione.

Hotel was clean and generally staff nice and helpful. Hotel itself is a bit far out and the access transport difficult should have checked this before booking. Only one iron in the hotel, pleasant breakfast. No Wifi in room or very limited when working not happy about this as this was one of the reasons for booking, hotel staff said it been on going issue.

C’est notre deuxième séjour en famille dans l’hôtel. Sur le site il est noté que seul les chiens d’assistance sont autorisés mais en fait les animaux de compagnie sont autorisés tout court. Je n’ai rien contre ces bêtes à poils mais être réveillés deux matins de suite à 6h30 et impossible de faire une sieste en fin de journée à cause des aboiements je passe mon tour. Dernier séjour en 2022 l’hôtel été plus propre que maintenant il se dégrade et devrait être remit à niveau. C’est dommage car on y dort bien le personnel est agréable et la piscine un plus pour les enfants la proximité à pieds du centre de Peschiera c’est le top ; la vue et le balcon aussi.

Visited the place for 6 nights. The place has seen it’s best days. Three things was nice: pool, air condition in the room and the fridge in the room was big and kept our own drinks cold. The firs room we had was quite bad, things such toilet seat was broken and the shower was dirty etc. We asked repairement and got a better room from 3 rd floor. It was better but cleaning of the shower and toilet should be better, a lot of moisture and mole in the shower cabin. Sheet was clean and the room was cleaned daily. Some times we missed towels that we needed to reguest again few times. Staff was ok but certainly some things and information was not passed between the staff. Breakfest was ok, bread, coffee, yogurt, ham and cheese and eggs and bacon. When you stay more than 1 night you will probably want something more like fresh tomato, fruits etc. but it kept the hunger sway so as said Ok. There has been a pizzeria in the hotel but was closed. Probably we so not visit the place again so it might be a good choise to check some other hotel.

Airco was niet te bedienen uit kamer, je moest telkens naar de lobby om de temperatuur aan te laten passen. Zwembad vol met algen, is dan uiteindelijk leeggepompt. Douche liep over, voorkant hotel kijkt uit op autostrade. Vriendelijk personeel is een plus!

La habitación daba al rio en la parte trasera, por lo tanto era más tranquila y cómoda. La vista era muy bonita y con bastante naturaleza al frente. La piscina estaba cerrada. El aire acondicionado no se podía encender hasta mayo, y hacía mucho calor. Atención amable. El desayuno era bastante simple, no había zumo natural sino de máquina, y extremadamente dulce.

hotel Rivus is located in a very good spot. It is easy accesible with a big parking. the town center is only 10 minuts walking, or you can rent a bike for the day -15 euro just across the hotel. Gardaland is less than 5 km away, and the zoo is about a 20 minutes drive away. the hotel room is nice and very clean, breakfast is ok, there is a adequate choice. the staff is extremly friendly and helpful. i cannot recommend this place ednough

Hotel und Zimmer zwar wie auf den Bildern, allerdings in schlechten Zustand. sehr hundefreundliches Hotel Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Badezimmer in mangelhaften Zustand und schmutzig - Zimmer ebenfalls nicht sonderlich sauber - Lage direkt an viel befahrener Schnellstraße - zahlreiche Stühle und Tische in Frühstücksraum kaputt Leider ist das Hotel in keinem äußerst gepflegten Zustand, noch dazu kommt die Lage. Bei den angegebenen 15 Minuten am Fluss, muss man schon äußerst flott unterwegs sein. Frühstück war in Ordnung mit genügend Auswahl. Nur doof wenn Gebäck und Kuchen nicht beschrieben und jeden Tag einen anderen Platz am Buffet hat. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel für den nächsten Urlaub nicht mehr buchen.

Leider hatten wir überall Haare im Bett und an den Decken.Auch das Bad war nicht sauber.Die Dusche war am allem Ecken sehr schmutzig und auch bei der Toilette bei der Klobürste war es nocht sehr ansehlich.Die Steckdose im Bad hat auch nocht funktioniert und auch eine weitere beim Nachttisch nicht. Das Frühstück war für einmal und italienische Verhältnisse OK... Wir hatten Gott sei dank die Flussseite gebicht aber selbst dort konnte man den Strassenlärm noch gut hören.. Für eine Nacht ok aber mehrere Tage möchte ich dort nicht verbringen

L’Hotel è in posizione strategica ma non è in buone condizioni, avrebbe bisogno di una “rinfrescata”… Abbiamo alloggiato in due camere diverse, nella prima gocciava acqua dal soffitto del bagno, nella seconda il lavandino perdeva acqua dal sifone e la porta del terrazzo si apriva solo con estrema difficoltà… In entrambe la pulizia lasciava a desiderare…

L’hotel si trova in posizione strategica ma necessita di una rinfrescata. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in due camere diverse, una aveva una perdita d’acqua dal soffitto del bagno, l’altra una perdita d’acqua sotto il lavandino nonché la porta d’uscita nel terrazzo talmente “dura” da aprire che, in caso d’emergenza è più facile restare bloccati all’interno che uscire! Sicuramente più attenzione anche nelle pulizie…

This hotel is perfect if you are hiring a car, we did not and found it almost impossible to get a taxi (March time). The room itself was nice and clean however we paid for a river side room and was given a room on the ground floor where the “balcony” was seperated from the fire exit steps with plant pots

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, die Stadt ist aber in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Sauna, das Zimmer ist wirklich groß, mit zwei Bädern und zwei Balkonen. Ein Wasserkocher (Teebeutel, Zucker, Becher liegt auch daneben) und ein Kühlschrank ist auch vorhanden. Die Sauna ist zwar nicht groß, liegen kann man darin nicht, ist aber rund um die Uhr zu benutzen und wird sehr schnell warm.

La habitación daba al rio en la parte trasera, por lo tanto era más tranquila y cómoda. La vista era muy bonita y con bastante naturaleza al frente. La piscina estaba cerrada. El aire acondicionado no se podía encender hasta mayo, y hacía mucho calor. Atención amable. El desayuno era bastante simple, no había zumo natural sino de máquina, y extremadamente dulce.
La habitación daba al rio en la parte trasera, por lo tanto era más tranquila y cómoda. La vista era muy bonita y con bastante naturaleza al frente. La piscina estaba cerrada. L’Hotel è in posizione strategica ma non è in buone condizioni, avrebbe bisogno di una “rinfrescata”… Abbiamo alloggiato in due camere diverse, nella prima gocciava acqua dal soffitto del bagno, nella seconda il lavandino perdeva acqua dal sifone e la porta del terrazzo si apriva solo con estrema difficoltà… In entrambe la pulizia lasciava a desiderare…

C’est notre deuxième séjour en famille dans l’hôtel. Sur le site il est noté que seul les chiens d’assistance sont autorisés mais en fait les animaux de compagnie sont autorisés tout court. Je n’ai rien contre ces bêtes à poils mais être réveillés deux matins de suite à 6h30 et impossible de faire une sieste en fin de journée à cause des aboiements je passe mon tour. Dernier séjour en 2022 l’hôtel été plus propre que maintenant il se dégrade et devrait être remit à niveau. C’est dommage car on y dort bien le personnel est agréable et la piscine un plus pour les enfants la proximité à pieds du centre de Peschiera c’est le top ; la vue et le balcon aussi.

hotel Rivus is located in a very good spot. It is easy accesible with a big parking. the town center is only 10 minuts walking, or you can rent a bike for the day -15 euro just across the hotel. Gardaland is less than 5 km away, and the zoo is about a 20 minutes drive away. the hotel room is nice and very clean, breakfast is ok, there is a adequate choice. the staff is extremly friendly and helpful. i cannot recommend this place ednough

This hotel is perfect if you are hiring a car, we did not and found it almost impossible to get a taxi (March time). Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in due camere diverse, una aveva una perdita d’acqua dal soffitto del bagno, l’altra una perdita d’acqua sotto il lavandino nonché la porta d’uscita nel terrazzo talmente “dura” da aprire che, in caso d’emergenza è più facile restare bloccati all’interno che uscire! Sicuramente più attenzione anche nelle pulizie…

Tutto bene, hotel più da lavoro che turismo. Lo consiglio per chi si ferma una notte, al massimo due. Colazione decisamente ottima, qualche dettaglio dell’hotel dovrebbe essere sistemato e curato di più. Nell’insieme, adeguato al prezzo considerato la posizione molto favorevole.

Visited the place for 6 nights. The place has seen it’s best days. Three things was nice: pool, air condition in the room and the fridge in the room was big and kept our own drinks cold. The firs room we had was quite bad, things such toilet seat was broken and the shower was dirty etc. We asked repairement and got a better room from 3 rd floor. It was better but cleaning of the shower and toilet should be better, a lot of moisture and mole in the shower cabin. Sheet was clean and the room was cleaned daily. Some times we missed towels that we needed to reguest again few times. Staff was ok but certainly some things and information was not passed between the staff. Breakfest was ok, bread, coffee, yogurt, ham and cheese and eggs and bacon. When you stay more than 1 night you will probably want something more like fresh tomato, fruits etc. but it kept the hunger sway so as said Ok. There has been a pizzeria in the hotel but was closed. Probably we so not visit the place again so it might be a good choise to check some other hotel.

Staff was great and helpful. The room was clean. Only « issue » is that the bed was split into 2 twin beds which made it hard to cuddle. Definitely worth spending some time there with the pool and a short walk to the waterfront!
