Staff were all wonderful, kind, amd attentive. We love external entrance hotels, this was a conveniently located, easy parking, nice sleeping location. Great for families, they even have connected rooms! We would recommend and would stay again!

Checked in at 3 was nervous cause it says “no front desk” but their is went smooth. Took the kids to six flags came back the microwave didn’t work and their was only 2 towels for a reservation for 4 but the guy at the front desk immediately grabbed extra towels and a different microwave. The pool was nice

Well the first day we showed up everything seemed nice until we started seeing cockroaches our sheets had stains on them the room was not thoroughly clean I would not recommend anybody to stay here I booked it for 5 days and only stay two just could not put my family through this especially on our first vacation

Floor was filthy, dirt and dust piled up behind tables. Had to hold toilet handle down until complete flushed. There was so much weed being smoked outside of the room and coming in the heater vents. Not a lot of rest as there was loud talking most of the night right outside the room. We were worried as to how we could leave (we had surgery for 6:00am),without being an ousted. Luckily for us everyone cleared out just before we left. I will not stay at this establishment again.

When we got to our room we found the bed was broken and the towels was dirty with stains. We asked for a new room. In the new room we started to go to bed and while in bed I was itching woke up and seen bed bugs went and got my money back and had to drive home 3/hrs away tired cause we could not sleep at that hotel, and was to early in the morning to check into another one at 12am in the morning

Carpet was gross, sheets pillows and towels were all stained. breakfast was very limited and looked gross. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. not to mention looked like the microwave had something burn in it as the top inside was black. Bathtub needed cleaned.

The room was just Okay, the person at the front desk did not speak good English. The hair dryer did not work. The bath was still dirty from the last person, the sink needs a new faucet. There was mold around the edge of the bath tub. The carpet needs to be vacumed. Awfully expensive for the room considering what was wrong with the room.

When I went to check in there was a bug crawling on the counter that I killed right in front of the desk assoc. and he said nothing about it. We went to our room and it stunk and my wife had to kill a spider in the shower. The smoke alarm in the room (230) was missing and bare wires were showing. Hotels.Com needs to stop using this hotel or it may reflect on them. Dirty, Nasty Hotel.

They were changing out beds, which was ok, but there was water in the floor by the door, when we wiped it up the rag was black! They charge a pet fee, which would've been ok, if my pets weren't cleaner then the room! The toilet seat was barely attached, and the bottom of my white socks were black from walking on the floor!!

Bed was very uncomfortable, tge big thing the door would not lock when we shut it to go out. Kept slamming it still wouldn't lock they serm to not care and didn't fix it.

I get it. Value means no frills. No problem. But please clean the room, make sure the microwave doesn’t have rust in it, and don’t put the refrigerator on top of the broken milk crate. And if ya can, please glue the tv and tv stand back together because I think someone picked it up and dropped it all a few times.

Staff was cheerful, but the property was old with problems: 1st microwave was dead, the second blew out the fuses of the room, paint job on the walls was sloppy, and the bathroom caulk and tile looked unprofessional. We used the microwave in their breakfast area, but it was in poor condition as well. We got by, but would not go there again.

Checked in for one night; the Indian management took my driver's license for check in and I didn't notice he failed to return it to me after check in. I didn't notice until 3 days later that I didn't have my license in my wallet. I called him back and he said it was here the whole time. He could have noticed that night or the days that followed since he had my number, but didn't. I had to drive a 5 hour round trip back to the hotel just to retrieve my license.

I wasn't expecting much, but the rooms were clean and everything worked. Its basic accommodations with a mini fridge and microwave. For the price and my needs for my family plus close to the zoo and 5 minutes away from 6 flags, it was worth it.

we stayed two nights and was offered no housekeeping at all and the floor was filthy and not cleaned at all. The bathroom door was broken and wouldnt shut. I went down for breakfast on sat morn and the floors were sticky and filthy. The waffle machine was not turned on and warmed up to get a waffle. The front desk lady was pleasant.
