This property has seen better days. Not only was the place old, it was also run down. There was mold under the wall paper in the fitness center (probably because it shared a wall with the pool, with little to no ventilation), the hot tube was luke warm at best, rust and mold were everywhere in the pool room, one of the ice machines was broken, and there was a big piece of metal in the parking lot where two spaces were coned off so they couldn’t be used. It just gave off the “dilapidated, delayed-maintenance, we-don’t-care vibe.” Despite all of this, the staff was very friendly, but we definitely did not get what we paid for and will not be staying here again.

Not what I expected of a Hampton inn. It’s run down and elevator is rickety. They don’t have a pool but they have access to the neighboring hotel pool which is tiny. Breakfast was pretty good though.

Everything was ok, except for the sauna and pool which were 'closed for repairs'. Was I informed about it in advance, I would never choose this place. Having these amenities available after a day on the skiis is very important and valuable. Great disappointment that they have it listed, but nothing in reality. Such a shame!

I'll start by saying the reviews for this hotel are misleading, as they primarily include reviews from when the property was a Hampton Inn. Much of my stay was impacted by the fact that the hotel is transitioning to a Hyatt property and is temporarily named "Hotel SLC". My stay started out poorly from the start, where I was denied the amenity of storing my luggage while waiting for my room to be ready. The hotel staff was rude and made no apology or attempt at accommodating for the inconvenience. While normally I might let this slide, this was a stay on the backend of a ski trip so I was saddled with a boot bag and pair of skis. Additionally, "Luggage storage" is listed as an amenity for this hotel, so this was unacceptable. The room was fine, although it smelled musty. This met my expectations for a 2-star hotel. Both the gym and pool were closed - neither of which was mentioned in the listing. The hotel breakfast paled in comparison to the photos depicted (specifically mislead by the lack of any fruit). Coffee was watered down, although offered all day. Housekeeping came once during our 3 night stay, though mentioned as a daily amenity. Overall, I made do as this was a temporary stay due to a travel delay. But I feel the listing was incredibly misleading and falsely represented the property as it currently exists today. I would not recommend this as a place to stay and will be weary of reviews on Hotels.com in the future.

We had an ok night the room was decent except for the shower first there was a spider in the tub and then when showing the water would and fill and took long to drain after. They had pretty good breakfast. The pool is in real rough shape. There were large chunks of paint peeling off the deck and paint chips were everywhere as well as paint flakes from the deck in the water. The pool doors are rusting terribly we will have to go somewhere else next time.

The hotel common areas and our room were very clean, but also quite dated. Apparently, they’re being rebranded to a Hyatt so maybe there will be a remodel to make things a bit more modern. Unfortunately, the pool & gym were both closed (maybe for upgrades) which was disappointing. The continental breakfast was very good. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Sadly, the plumbing is insanely loud. I swear I could hear every time someone in the entire establishment flushed a toilet or turned on a faucet. It woke me up multiple times both nights. My mother also had a room down the hall and commented on the plumbing waking her as well.
The hotel common areas and our room were very clean, but also quite dated. Apparently, they’re being rebranded to a Hyatt so maybe there will be a remodel to make things a bit more modern. Unfortunately, the pool & gym were both closed (maybe for upgrades) which was disappointing. The continental breakfast was very good. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Sadly, the plumbing is insanely loud. I swear I could hear every time someone in the entire establishment flushed a toilet or turned on a faucet. It woke me up multiple times both nights. The staff was nice, but the facilities were a bit disappointing. I was under the impression that the fitness center was open 24/7, but it was closed, same with the pool. The wallpaper was peeling, the carpet was stained, and there was dim lighting. Stay here if you need a cheap place, but don't expect a nice place.

The experience wasn’t great. The staff was friendly, but everything else was bad. The pool room was grubby with rust from the bathroom door just on the floor, nothing like the photos or description in the hotel listing. No pool towels, clock was broken and it was muggy in there with a strong chemical smell. The elevator shut on us unless we hit the “open door” button even if a limb was in the way. In the room itself, there were issues with the plumbing and bathroom cleanliness (I’m sure staff did their best but there were deeper issues, like it needed a real deep clean). The tub took hours to drain after a 5 minute shower. The bed was the only good part of our stay, it was clean. I do not recommend this place, a highway motel would’ve been better. The price was not worth it.

Bathroom floor was very old filthy and cracked tile. Terrible smell covered up by a nauseating carpet perfume every day in the hall. Breakfast isn’t worth eating. Both my husband and I had terrible allergies in the room, however, no where else when leaving the room and going out to places off property. I had a surgery at Intermountain. We paid for three nights and drove home in pain rather than stay another night.

Terrible! When you first walk in, beautiful lobby, terrible customer service, very unfriendly. On your way to the room, hotel smelled, was old and worn with cracks, broken pieces of wall and debris, ancient popcorn ceiling panels. The room was actually decent with a comfortable bed but bathroom was a mess, leaking water from bathtub and sink, stained on walls and bathtub, cracks everywhere. Breakfast was terrible! Watery eggs, sour taste of sausage, old cereal, even the packaged danish tasted weird, only edible was yoplait yogurt and coffee. Had eat elsewhere. Again, unfriendly morning staff. Couldn’t wait to get out of there!

Front entrance and breakfast area was clean and well-cared for. Once you walk down the hall to your room, you start to see worn carpet. Me brother's room had no microwave or refrigerator. In our 3-night stay, it took the hotel 2 days to get him one. His curtains were hanging off the rod. In my bathroom, it looked like they tried to repair the corners from possible water damage. Whoever did the repairs wasn't focused on making it look presentable at all. I woke on day 2 to the sprinkler in the bathroom leaking onto the floor. The maintenance personnel claimed they couldn't find why it was doing so and that it wasn't leaking. My wet feet claimed otherwise. I had a refrigerator and had drinks stored on the 2nd shelf. They were frozen. The queen bed felt like there were bars within the mattress. Like a sofa bed. I had t9 sleep a bit sideways. This was a very frustrating stay. We dealt with this while our mother was in the hospital having a heart procedure done. We won't be staying at a Hampton Inn again.

The room was clean. No coffee maker or mini fridge. The shower was terrible. Cheap plastic hose & sprayer head that only partially worked. At least half of the sprayer holes didn’t work. The second mounting spot for the shower didn’t work either. The pool & hot tub were closed. After driving eleven hours from N Idaho I wanted some hot tub and a good shower. The room was clean and the bed comforting. The continental breakfast was good. The eggs were very good. Too bad the juice dispenser wasn’t working. Is there a credit available for no hot tub?

The room seems clean and the beds are nice. However, there is steady growl of road noise from 4500 south. The cabinet in the bathroom and the bedside table are a bit battered. There was no information about connecting to the WiFi provided at check in, though they provided it when asked.

Unfortunately, the pool & gym were both closed (maybe for upgrades) which was disappointing. The continental breakfast was very good. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Sadly, the plumbing is insanely loud. I swear I could hear every time someone in the entire establishment flushed a toilet or turned on a faucet. It woke me up multiple times both nights. My mother also had a room down the hall and commented on the plumbing waking her as well.

The lady that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room needs many repairs and was not clean. There were M&M's by the nightstand and the carpet was filthy. We got is pretty late so my girls went down to breakfast at 830. They came back to the room with only a waffle. I asked why and they said they were out of everything, no syrup, no bagles, no yogurt, no meat or eggs, no bananas. I went down and looked for a server and couldn't find one. I went into the kitchen area and she was hiding behind the door on her phone. I asked if there was any syrup and she got some out of the cupboard. I asked about bagles and she said they were out. I asked about bananas and she said she had some but thought they were too green to put out. Just bad customer service when there was still 40 minutes left.

Staff was really great. Special shout outs to Connie front desk Friday-Sunday evenings was amazing and super friendly and helpful. Kristina the site manager was hard working - from front desk to breakfast coverage and folding towels - she was a hard worker.

Property lies about room availability and then blames Expedia! Brian the clerk on duty spent more time blaming Expedia for the fact that the accessibility room I booked that was still showing available on Expedia as I’m standing in the lobby was not available & tried to say I’d have to pay for a more expensive room to get a accessibility room when I already booked it and had the proof /confirmation number! Hotel lies to get you to book and expects you to pay more to make up for their lies / mistake! I will never book with this hotel chain again because of Brian!

Much of my stay was impacted by the fact that the hotel is transitioning to a Hyatt property and is temporarily named "Hotel SLC". My stay started out poorly from the start, where I was denied the amenity of storing my luggage while waiting for my room to be ready. The hotel staff was rude and made no apology or attempt at accommodating for the inconvenience. While normally I might let this slide, this was a stay on the backend of a ski trip so I was saddled with a boot bag and pair of skis. Additionally, "Luggage storage" is listed as an amenity for this hotel, so this was unacceptable. The room was fine, although it smelled musty. This met my expectations for a 2-star hotel. Both the gym and pool were closed - neither of which was mentioned in the listing. The hotel breakfast paled in comparison to the photos depicted (specifically mislead by the lack of any fruit). Coffee was watered down, although offered all day. Housekeeping came once during our 3 night stay, though mentioned as a daily amenity. Overall, I made do as this was a temporary stay due to a travel delay. But I feel the listing was incredibly misleading and falsely represented the property as it currently exists today. Pretty good stay. Connie at front desk for check in was amazing. Room was very nice. Breakfast was SEVERELY lacking. You get there at 6 or you dont eat anything. We got there at 8, and hr before it was supposed to end, nothing replenished and coffee was empty. It was pathetic and made what could have been a great stay just okay.

Terrible! When you first walk in, beautiful lobby, terrible customer service, very unfriendly. On your way to the room, hotel smelled, was old and worn with cracks, broken pieces of wall and debris, ancient popcorn ceiling panels. The room was actually decent with a comfortable bed but bathroom was a mess, leaking water from bathtub and sink, stained on walls and bathtub, cracks everywhere. Breakfast was terrible! Watery eggs, sour taste of sausage, old cereal, even the packaged danish tasted weird, only edible was yoplait yogurt and coffee. Had eat elsewhere. Again, unfriendly morning staff. Couldn’t wait to get out of there!

The entire lower level is in shambles from construction. Like, piles of rubble you have to walk over to get to the elevator. It was scary before I saw the room. The rooms are redone and really nice. However, the shower and mattress were the best I've ever had in a hotel. We arrived late and left early so I didn't get a chance to use any amenities.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was under construction so the lobby was very dusty and dirty. With that being said the room was pretty clean, only a few styrofoam pieces from the new microwave. Regardless of the clean room and nice staff, we would not have stayed here if we had known the hotel was under construction.

There is very little parking due to construction and storage containers everywhere. The halls and elevators were a mess. The room had hair on the floors, dog hair on the couch and bodily fluids on the couch as well. It was disgusting.
