Good part is at least first floor rooms didn't have much road or airport noise. Bit of mildew, we had to tighten loose toilet seat, carpet clean but dust on furniture. There was some apples/oranges as well as packaged pastry for breakfast. Don't know when those hours are because they have to leave the door locked when no one is there and didn't want to ring the bell just to get that. However, there is a good Mexican bakery Hijas del Gallo a few blocks away. No extra charge for parking.

Check-in was easy and simple through the little window. There was free parking and there was always parking available during our stay. The room was clean and everything worked great from the microwave and fridge to the AC. For the price, I found it completely worth it. The location isn’t bad at all either, we were able to walk to coffee shops. I’d stay here again!

Given a room where super bright ceiling light would not turnoff. Only other option was to move downstairs at 11pm. No elevator and we are handicapped. Very disappointing.

I liked the quietness, convenient location, and most affordable. It has microwave and mini fridge, but we did not need to use it. Good amount of parking spaces, and no parking fee. However, the lobby/entrance was locked when we checked in and out and had to use the side window to talk to someone. There was no greetings. The lobby entrance door was so dirty, it was full of dust, dried leaves and cob web. Seems like no one has ever used that door ever. The room smelled bad when we first opened the door. The second night it was okay. The floor carpet looked very dirty and very old, with dark stains all over. The sink was missing a sink drain strainer. The bathtub drainer was not in but put on the tub. The desk drawer was missing a door knob. For 2 nights, we did not meet or see any other guest or travelers. The place looked very deserted and empty. The courtyard was very dirty with dried leaves and trash. The ice machine did not work. I did not even feel like a motel! It felt like a low income apartment. The picture of the lobby on the website did not look like anything what I saw and visited---way the opposite of what I experienced. The people who checked me in and out, looked like they were awaken from a nap. Will not come back!!!

This place was TERRIBLE. I booked the reservation online, and when I got there, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell…nothing. I called a phone number that was in the window and the guy that answered said he was “on his way” and would be there in about 20 minutes…already annoying as it was FREEZING outside. OVER AN HOUR later, he shows up. Gives me a mini water bottle “for the inconvenience.”. Before we go into the room, we get a soda from the vending machine…which was EXTREMELY OVERPRICED, and spit out a COMPLETELY different item than what we wanted. Not only was the room filthy and run down, but there was a brand new refrigerator (in the box) being stored behind the door of the already very small room…so we couldn’t even open the door all the way to easily get our suitcases inside. If the rate was $20, I wouldn’t expect much more than this….but the rate was OVER $100 for one night. It was AWFUL. There was nothing positive about it. Even the parking sucks as the spaces are SO TIGHT you can barely open the door without almost hitting the car (or cement column) next to you. I would only recommend staying here if the only other option was sleeping outside….in a sea of insects…in the middle of winter (and if insects wasn’t one of those issues, it would be a very tough decision on which I’d recommend.).

I arrived at 2AM and the bells to alert staff that I had arrived didn't work. I had to knock on the glass to get anyone's attention, and then the attendant acted very irritated. When we got into the room, there were bugs on the pillows and the toilet was difficult to flush. The toilet handle broke off the toilet the next night, so we had to move rooms, but they moved us from a room with two queens to a room with one king. Best thing about it is the free parking.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean, free parking and lots of street parking too. They let me in early. Very accomodating. Highly recommended, great price too.

For a same day reservation via Expedia, late night check after 10pm it went fairly well. Took the last tight fitting parking spot. The room is essentially clean but could use some new carpet and at least a good carpet edge cleaning as there is a considerable build up of dust. For the price Im not expecting Egyptian cotton sheets, just clean floors and bedding. It would've been nice to have at least two hangers instead of one. Overall the price is what would have me coming back, cheapest with nice amenities for someone that is going to stay one night tops.

My stay here was excellent. The room was quiet, relaxing, and clean. Parking was available and convenient. Vending machine malfunctioned once and I was refunded my money at the front desk. Staff is courteous, respectful, kind, and accommodating. The only problem was that the lobby to the front desk was locked and I had to speak to staff through an outside window. Nearly impossible to hear because of traffic. This was a bit frustrating and complicated communication.

Arrived at 4:45 PM note at the front desk said be back in 15 minutes. Went back 20 minutes later and still nobody there. I called the number on the window and the hotel manager said he would be back for another half hour and he left the card to my room on a planter in front of the office. It was in an obvious place where anyone could’ve taken the key and checked all the rooms for entrance. The place was disgustingly dirty, holes in the sheets, cobwebs, dust, and mold all around the entire room. Pictures will be enclosed. I would give this place a zero stars if I could. I would highly recommend someone to go elsewhere because this place was so disgusting I woke up stuffed up could not breathe through my nose because all of the dust and everything in the room I couldn’t even use the air conditioner because it was caked with dust so I was afraid to turn it on. I definitely will not return to this place.

Multiple items were broken including the hair dryer, the phone, mold under the sink due to leak in pipe, missing plate in microwave, and not extremely clean.

Dirty. Almost everything (headboard, tables, desk, lamps, TV, walls) had a smear of something. Maybe it was mud, food, bodily fluids, I don't know. There was also a decent layer of dust behind the tables/desk. Phone in the room did not work. The shower would not stop dripping even with the handle turned fully off. The toilet would make some kind of noise occasionally. Something like after you flush and the sound it makes when the tank is just about done filling back up. Front staff at check in was nice though. Bed was okay. Microwave was convenient. Ample free parking in a Tuesday. If you don't mind the level of cleanliness, this place is fine.

Rooms need major remodeling, carpet was filthy. Not cleaned, dirty tub and floors. Positive note bed was comfortable and parking.

The carpet was smelly, the bathroom have black spots around the walls, the towels are not white but grey and there is a hole on the wall behind the tv, that was room 203, not a place to go back

Overall, everything seemed fine, but there was noticeable dust on the air conditioner vent, lampshade, iron, and other surfaces. Also, there was mold on the bathroom tiles, reflecting a lack of attention to detail in cleaning.

Very dirty. Spider webs all over with so much dust on virtually every surface visible to the eye. Poor quality of hotel room and did not feel safe. Stains on walls and carpet. Had to leave to another hotel after given a second room which was the same situation as first room. Thankfully the receptionist guy was nice and able to process my full refund back.

There were ants in our bathroom and the room was super dusty and musky.

The property is old but that wasnt the problem. The room hasnt been cleaned for a while which can be seen from all the dust and spiderwebs inside the room, at the lamps, the mirror… the bathroom has obvious signs of black mould. Even with open door and window there was moisture everywhere after 1 shower. All in all it wanst a pleasurable experience. 1 night before a flight from SFO was more than enough.

Great value. Clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean though a little dated, easy check in-out. Not so convenient to get to BART if you plan to get into the city, but not terrible either. Would stay again on a budget.

Ck in guy was nice but the 1st room no towels and tv didn't work. Moved me to 2nd room no hand towels no klinex large rip in carpet. Bed comfy mostly pretty clean. Parking and wifi good.

Clean, heater was loud. But no outside noise.

Clean and well equipped but really not ‘by the SFO’ as the name implies. A taxi from the airport/SFO to the hotel costs $30 unless you can figure out the local buses. Area is not great, loads of highways, although there are some restaurants in walking distance.

Comfy bed, clean room, AC works extremely well!!!

Doors had air leaks meant airplane noise entered bedroom . Basic hotel was cheap and affordable .

The room was good for our purpose (close to SFO and reasonably priced). However, it was noisy and seemed to be in a dangerous area.

I like the affordability and spacious room. There's coffee maker, ref and microwave. The room is clean but smells Indian food. The manager is approachable and accommodating and easy to talk to. I don't like the coutyard. It needs sweeping. Also, the sink clogs, there's leak on the bathroom floor of Rm 109. We were moved to another room but the toilet doesn't flush and when push down hard, the lever came off. We have to keep the tank open and just pulled the string to make the toilet flush. It was like that the whole time we were there. Oh, the sink and bath tub don't have covering on the hole so the drainage smells and particles easily flows down the pipes. Wish they have a maintenance that go around to check, work and clean their facilities. Lastly, the check in/out window glass is shady and filled with scratches. You can hardly see the inside..

Check in was not the best experience; staff person was no where to be for over 30 minutes even after ringing the bell and calling the property phone number. Then when he finally appeared didn't want to talk and lacked the language skills to do so, so we were left guessing what he wanted from us to check in. Same for check out, no where to be found at the front desk and had to ring the bell again to get reach him. Just not the friendliest. But room was fairly clean, did have some stains all over the bathroom door, bed was good so was the couch. Fridge kept our stuff cold.

Nobody was present and the lobby was locked. There were two bells present and it was not clear which one to ring. I rang both multiple times and waited over 5 minutes before someone showed up. He asked me my last name and when iI stated it he reached into a planter box and presented me the key card with room number. Never checked my ID or credit card. Very much a lack of security! I would never send my wife or daughter to this hotel! Very concerning lack of security!

The building and rooms are fine. But the lobby is locked 100% of the time, we had to check in (at 5pm) yelling through a small window, and the free breakfast did not exist. Could be a nice place to stay if the innkeeper provided better customer service. Just open the lobby, treat your guests properly by dealing with them face to face and provide the breakfast your website says is provided.

The property isn't in the best of areas, there is not a lot of choice in the way of restaurants close, most things are less than appetizing looking and a decent walk away. i Found myself ordering doordash which is ok I guess. The room was not cleaned once while I was there. No one changed the sheets or asked if I needed additional linens or anything. I didn't feel secure, the lone door into the room area was open more often than it was closed, and it really wouldn't matter since the parking lot in the back was wide open anyway. On my First day, the police spent a significant amount of time questioning my next door room neighbor. Again none of this made me feel safe. Speaking of safes, the safes in none of the rooms work. I ended up carrying around all of my valuables for all three days of the conference I was attending. All in all I would not recommend this hotel, I understand why they are so adamant about not refunding people who prepaid for this hotel. DO NOT stay here.

Perfect for our needs. Near the airport, not chaotic, and a great base of operation for visiting San Fran.

Great location

Overall, property was fine, especially for the price. It is in a mixed industrial / residential area, just off the freeway and near the airport, so it’s a few blocks to restaurants or services, but there are good food options if you don’t mind walking a few blocks. Would consider again considering the price advantage over nearby properties.

The only positive is the room wasn't that bad but the area is very rough I ordered uber eats and a homeless guy tried taking my food from the delivery guy and when I grabbed the food he followed me back to my room and kept knocking on my door and asking to come in and didn't wanna go away I almost called the cops but he eventually went away. I told the property manager and he didn't seemed to worried about it and acted liked this was pretty normal. This is a very rough area and not recommended for single women or children.Im a pretty big guy I'm not worried about my self but as stated above I would be worried if it was just my wife or if I had my kid with me

Loved the quiet neighborhood. The rooms were older, but very clean. The bathroom fan/light switch needed a new battery. But other than that, great value for the cost. Would highly recommend. Great bread store, market, and Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

there’s no breakfast at the property, they should remove from their website “free breakfast” because for example i booked there just for the breakfast in the morning and didn’t have

The property promised breakfast and there was no breakfast served. They only had some coffee, apples, and oranges and called it Breakfast. We asked for a refund and to leave the hotel and they called the police on us stating that we wanted to pick a fight and threatened to hurt them. We were there on vacation so why will we do such things? The hotel carpet was smelly and dirty. The room was dark, windows were dirty and foggy. Room was super cold, just a thin blanket and sheet. We did not sleep well because we were so cold that night. Upon awakening, we were hungry and found out that they dont serve hot breakfast as what they advertised that breakfast will be serve from 7-10 am. Then they told us to wait 15 minutes, breakfast will be ready. We waited for 30 minutes, went down to the lobby and the laddy said her manager went to Costco to get some breakfast, We waited again for him and when he came back with some apples, he said that was our breakfast. We said we want to leave and get a refund and he was I am busy, Cant you tell. Wait. He has no manner and super bad customer service. Do nt stay at this hotel.

Needs to have a better continental breakfast (very limited selection)

The room was not clean at all. The property did not provide breakfast as promised on Expedia . Terrible experience…

Property was under renovations. Continental breakfast was very limited ( apples, granola bars, prewrapped danishes, coffee and water.) Ended up having to eat out for breakfast.
