This was the happiest time we have stayed in ok. We even have stayed at higher end places that don’t match this stay. Greatest staff anywhere!!

Arrived with my family on a Friday night (group of 5). After check in they told us the elevator was not working and that we had to use the stairs. Carried all the luggage to the third floor. Room was ok but it did not have enough towels in the bathroom, there were no sheets or pillow in the room for the sofa bed, etc. Not a pleasant stay overall.
