Arrived at hotel after 6 hr drive without break so kids could have a swim in the pool before closing. Informed at checkin that pool closed. No prior notice. Don't assume you'll get to use all the facilities they advertise. Kids very upset as we had promised swim. We then went to our room - and went to premier lounge to see if access to lounge was included as I wasn't sure what room I had booked. They said yes it is come back at 6 for drinks and snacks. We came at 6 - told come at 6.30 as they were busy setting up and taking photos of the food. We came at 6.30 were seated and the server came back and said actually you can eat but you have to pay for drinks. That was ok and we agreed. So myself husband and children had some snacks various starter type things bits of fruit and couple of hot small bits of chicken and fish and went back to eat. Then the server came back and said actually you have to pay £25 each +tax including the children. We ended having to pay £111 for some snacks. We ended up paying the bill and my husband was treated rudely at the end being not allowed to use the restroom before paying the bill and having to wait 10 mins before they would bring the bill to him. Earlier that month (1st stay) we arrived 10 mins before breakfast closed - but they refused me my husband and 2 children entry despite having paid for it, they said order free from your room (to get rid of us). When we got back we're told have to pay for room service. We won't be back.

The hotel room was nice, the bed is comfortable. We had a bit of trouble communicating with the hotel staff but nothing major. The spa services were very disappointing. The person at the spa reception was very pushy trying to sell as much as he can. The massage was very poor, the therapist rushed it and was very mechanical.

Not as good as expected. I’m glad to be out of there. The security guards were more helpful than the hotel staff. Food was subpar. Gym was very dirty, old used towels lying on equipment and nothing to wipe/clean equipment (although it had signs everywhere saying they do before and after each use). Had a two hour massage which was very inexpensive so that was nice and although it was good (not great) some of it was unpleasant and painful - my neck and shoulder hurt afterwards and is continuing to hurt today. Then they tried to charge me $100 to drive me to my next stop a few miles down the road. I took an Uber for $7

It was the perfect hotel for all our needs during transit for early morning flight. It was only 10 minutes away from the airport. Very clean facility, free upgrades, many dining options. We saw a beautiful pool there although could not use it due to rainy weather. The staff was more than friendly and welcoming. They did not wait for their standard shuttle and ordered a private taxi for us to go to the airport at 5:00 am. Over all it was a perfect stay.

Room is beaten down. Bathrooms are old. Needs updation. Shower isn't in a good condition. Hand shower when turned on for hot water is causing cold water from the roof shower to leak. Room prices are top notch but the room is mediocre.

通常ならハンガーがあったのですが、なくなっていました。　もらいにサービスの方にお願いしたら他の人が忘れていったプラスチックのハンガーを渡されました。アイロンがけをしようとシャツにアイロンをおくと黒い何かべっとり付きシャツが汚れてしまいました。　またアイロン台によごれをがついてたので交換をお願いするとアイロンは持ってきてくれましたが、アイロン台にはタオルをかけて使えと一言言って去っていきました。　オペレータに連絡をしても誰も電話に出ず最終的にチェックインカウンターへ状況の説明をして使用できるアイロン台を持ってきてもらいました。何故交換してくれないのか持ってきたスタッフに聞くとその様な事をした本人言えと言われました。コップ置きはゴミが溜まり非常に不衛生で、椅子の手すりも汚れており不衛生な部屋でした。　コロナで人が来なくなったからか非常に不衛生で気分が悪い滞在となってしまいました。

Didn't use any amenities. Room was clean, well appointed and beds and pillows were comfortable. Only complaint I have, holding back a 5 star is, the TV in the room wasnt working. It kept saying no signal available. For the reputation and price for this hotel, I would expect that all rooms and checked in advance to ensure everything functions as expected.

Nachteilig noch, dass es im Restaurant und auf den Zimmern keine Speisekarte gibt, nur ein QR-Code, der funktionierendes WiFi voraussetzt, um das Speiseangebot abzurufen. Leider funktionierte das einloggen ins Hotelnetz nicht, auch die Rezeption konnte nicht helfen. Würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

We booked this hotel to get rest for 5 hours and charge our phones When we entered the room we felt okay We got ready to go to bed we felt very uncomfortable because rods or springs where hurting us we thought maybe it’s kind of beds After 30 mins we felt something wrong called front desk they sent someone they said bed is not properly put so they need to flip the bed so by that time we lost 1 hour of our time We checked in at 11:30 pm and we left at 5 am Then we wanted to charge our phones it was not working those out let’s next to our beds and my husband needs is breathing machine to work that was not working then I called them and asked to send the converter they said they don’t have it That time they wanted us to change the room I said what him same problem there? No answer we lost 2 hours When I went to front desk to checkout the lady was telling the guys I can’t talk to them you handle thinking I don’t understand their language This is my experience with this hotel after paying

The lady at the reception is terrible. She doesn’t even smile or say hi to the hotel guests. I went to lobby to get a duplicate access card since I forgot it inside my room. The lady at the reception is very serious and doesn’t even treat the guest properly. Aside from this everything is good.

Novotel is a convinient hotel because it is near the airport. The facilities are modern and clean. Food is delicious. But the service staff were extremely disappointing, specially people at reception. We had a very unfortunate event happen and after staying 4 days, with a booking of 3 rooms… and because of policies they were so inflexible and unaccommodating to the situation. You would expect that after paying thousands of dollars the hotel would be able to find a way around a booking problem situation.

The staff in the restaurant kept asking me if I really stayed at the Hotel. This was so annoying I had two separate staff ask me same question , at last I had to pull out my invoice to prove. Completely ruined my experience at Novotel

Traveling in India can be tricky and our large group needed a place to rest at the last minute. Novotel checked every box for what each of us needed. At the end of a trip, it was such a luxury to be treated so well. Thank you for everything!

I stayed because I had a very early morning flight. I called the concierge desk and told them two things: 1. I need to be on the 4:00 am shutt;e 2. Please send someone up to help with my bags. Next morning, nothing. When I called a few minutes after 4:00 am. They were surprised by my request. In other words, they did NOT make a NOTE of the customer request. Disappointing. To say the least. And stressful, as I am 72 years old. I cannot run or hustle. I also need help with bags.

Liked the location of the property as it's out of the town and it's not crazy busy and noisy. The air is also cleaner due to the fact it's outside of the city The staff needs more training, not at par with their international counterparts..
