Hamza was outstanding at reception and the dude at night shift bell boy, they both looked after me very well and did fabulous job i shall stay here again.

Booked a one bedroom apartment for two nights. The size of the apartment was good but didn’t had any basic amenities. No utensils in the kitchen , one towel for a family , no toilet paper . This was not supplied even after asking for it . The breakfast was terrible. We looked at it and left . Shower’s pressure was bad too Location was good and had restaurants around . The breakfast was free with the stay but we ate out every morning

Overall it was a decent experience. Its not a high end place and im not a very demanding customer so it worked very well for me. Most importantly for me the location was convenient as it is located on the Eastern edge of Riyadh. Anyone coming from the Eastern province can check in as soon as they enter Riyadh and on the way back youre on the highway a few minutes after your check out
