Bel hôtel, un peu vieillissant mais très agréable, beaucoup de charme puis surtout une vue incroyable et un personnel très sympa et professionnel Le petit déjeuner est bien, il y a aussi une navette ce qui est très pratique. En revanche, grosse insatisfaction pour la piscine, elle n’est pas réservée aux clients de l’hôtel, n’importe qui peut payer 8€ et y rentrer alors vous aurez tous les enfants de l’île c’est extrêmement bruyant, pas de transat réservés pour les clients de l’hôtel donc vous vous retrouvez sur des chaises sur la pelouse au fond, c’est vraiment nul pour un hôtel 4 étoiles sur ce niveau de prix

Classy hotel in Anacapri with spectacular view. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus service to and back from the port is very much appreciated.

I was promptly greeted by the shuttle driver in a brand new Mercedes van at the port. He was kind and spoke English. Check in was fast and informative as they gave me a map and told me where are the local things are. Room is small but clean and the views are incredible. Pool is large and the grounds are well kept. 3 minute walk up a small hill to Anacapri. I would define to stay here again.

Excellent hotel, beautiful location and views, service is impeccable including accommodating special requests. Shuttle to and from the port at Marina Grande. Can’t speak highly enough about this hotel.

Also about a 5 minute walk to city center with plenty of shopping and restaurants and ski lift near by to see amazing views. Also the complimentary breakfast was excellent. If you’re lucky enough to book an ocean view balcony room it’s well worth a few extra bucks .

Mycket trevligt hotell. Fantastiskt läge med stor terass mot havet. Bra läge i utkanten av Anacapri med 5 min promenad till restauranger, affärer och San Michele. Olika storlek på rummen. Även olika standard på dem. Trevligt poolområde med solstolar. Solsängar kostar 8€ per dag. Lite konstigt faktiskt. Bra frukost med olika saker att välja mellan. Bra restaurang för lunch vid poolen. Kommer absolut att bo här igen om jag återvänder.

Absolutely Fabulous views and walking distance to Anacapri if you don’t mind walking on narrow roads with occasional traffic. There was an area wide internet loss during our stay that was not the hotel’s fault, although the hotel elevator did not work. Hotel has excellent porter service that will take your bags from your room to the ferry pier, which is very convenient for enjoying the town of Capri on the day you leave.

The view of the sea from Hotel San Michele was breath-taking, the breakfast was plentiful with lots of different items, the front desk and housekeeping staff was very helpful, it's a 5 minute walk to "downtown" Ana Capri and the hotel offers a free shuttle to/from the ferry port. Their pool was delightful and I only wish we could have stayed more nights.

Magnifique établissement sur les hauteurs de l'île. La vue depuis la salle de petit déjeuner est splendide. Bon accueil. Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit. Une navette gratuite, sur réservation auprès de l'hôtel, assure la liaison avec le port de Capri à l'arrivée et au départ.

A most beautiful resort with the most spectacular views. A quick 5 minute walk to the bus stop depot with plenty of shopping and dining. The resort was clean, the staff was welcoming and super accommodating. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Excelente ubicación de la propiedad con vistas maravillosas a la Marina Grande. Servicio de transporte “ a y de “ ferry terminal eficiente. Personal colaborativo y atento. El estado general de la propiedad es malo , con una decoración “incomprensible” y necesitado de una urgente reforma.

The room was not the one in the pictures Some of the staff was not cortldial The cleaning employee's did not replace the shampoo or the bed sheet.Was not views at all and the door that take ouside the balcony was broken and ,never was fixed like promised NOT WORTH THE MONEY THAT WE PAY .I will return to the BELLAVISTA HOTEL right across, much better and more cordial employee's

The entire hotel needs a little love (especially outside). Boxes and things in the lobby area. Let me say, however, that the staff was nice, the rooms are clean and best shower (except no door makes it cold). We would definitely be back!

The property website provide a deceptive vision of the hotel. This certainly was not and should not be considered a 4 star hotel. We reserved a sea view room, while we had a view of the sea the room was tiny and the interior was subpar. There was a wedding held during our stay and remnants of candy and ribbon left on the lobby floor the next morning. Not the experience expected in Anacapri. Very disappointed.

The room smelled like mildew and the bathroom had cracked tiles on floor. Not worth the rates we were charged.

Terrible hotel! I had beg bugs. Nice people at reception. The best was the shuttle driver. Hopefully we don’t have bugs in our luggage 😡😡

The hotel needs renovation. Old furniture in rooms like perhaps 40 years ago..some rooms are tiny and old looking decadent. Others not so. The staff helped me find a new suitable room. The gardens are great at the entrance and the view breathtaking or better mesmerizing. Food is average perhaps. I would not make it my dining kich standard l. I only tried the food at the pool. Breakfast was good indeed and with superb views from the dining hall. With the right investment and renovation this hotel can outshine even known chains of hotels there. The whole feeling is that this hotel once was perhaps a star or the star hotel bit time took over it while it tries to hold on. I hope it mak

Property is sitting on top of mountain with incredible views. Hotel has a tremendous pool and is walkable distance (5 min walk) from Anacapri town center. We went on July and the weather was very hot and humid, ACs take a bit longer to cool and rooms felt somewhat humid except in the early morning. Breakfast is great. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Would return.

The room was comfortable and nice for the price. The breakfast had great variety. I enjoyed the pool and the view from the front terrace is spectacular!

Very old facility. In the night, you can hear people speaking in your neighbor room.

The staff and hotel were nice but this was not a relaxing stay at all. There was no central air in room and we had to leave doors open and all night long we heard the noises from th street. It made for a very exhausting trip.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We booked NINE months in advance with “pay at property.” Instead, they tried to charge a card the morning of our stay — while we were literally in the air flying into Naples — and because that card had been compromised, they decided to cancel our reservation and give away our room. Their “solution”? An email demanding a response within 30 minutes. I saw it 36 minutes after landing, immediately called them with a valid card, and they smugly told me they had already given away our booking. The man I spoke with could not have been ruder if he tried. Not only was he dismissive, but he actually had the audacity to blame US for their incompetence. No effort to help, no shred of decency, just attitude and indifference. We were traveling for our wedding and they truly could not have cared less. This is hands down the most unprofessional and arrogant hotel I’ve ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor: book literally anywhere else unless you want your trip ruined by people who have no respect for their guests or their own commitments.

Hotel San Michele is a gorgeous property and we loved our stay there. The hotel and the views are beautiful and the service was top notch. Easy walk to activities in Anacapri and a simple cab ride to Capri. Their breakfast and the view from the restaurant was top notch. We loved our stay.

We highly recommend this Hotel. It was easy to walk into Anacapri. We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade which made us feel like royalty. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, convenient location and spectacular views. Be sure to utilize their shuttle and not waste money on the city bus.

Beautful hotel in a beautiful location high above the port of Capri. The hotel conveniently provided transport from the Ferry to the hotel. Walking into Anacapri was quick and enjoyable. Capri town was easily accessible

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber war noch recht passabel. Pool war sauber, wollten aber für die Liegen extra € 8,- die Stühle waren kostenlos. Aussicht ist atemberaubend und lässt über so manches hinweg schauen. Für Leute mit kleinerem Budget noch erschwinglich. Frühstück war reichlich und gut.

We stayed here for our mini-moon. The room was spacious, clean and an absolutely amazing view. Balcony was large and nice seating with a lovely morning sun. The bathroom had a tub with jets which was a lovely addition. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but very clean and the breakfast, though basic, was good enough. The staff were lovely at check in and the bar staff were accommodating. The restaurant by the pool served lovely food and drinks. The pool area isn’t great, grassy/muddy area, uncomfortable loungers and it’s open to the public so LOTS of families, very busy area. I think we probably could have worked this out if we dug deeper when we booked so not a complaint as such, just a warning for couples who want to relax in the future! Really short walk to Anacapri, and a great free port shuttle service. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Reservation in weeks ahead Checked in an expensive ‘Deluxe Suite’ ca. 11.00 am (Beautiful panoramic view, large, luxurious spa tub, No restaurant open; no bar open; and no walk (safe) to food At ca. 15.00, began a excessive, VERY, LOUD music that began of a bass vibrating the walls and floors (sound check) with no prior warning/announcement of event When we were asked; “it will be a party this evening from tonight” (!!) (I was/am DEAF, and even I cannot think or talk it was so loud) We asked at desk, and were moved to second room Moved to highest room The new room was significantly Smaller than the original room The new room had NO bath/soaker tub, which was a part of my decision to choose this room, instead the new room had only a cramped shower Upstairs had no lift which was an issue as I have physical deficits and difficulty walking Constructed with a small piece of plywood for the platform above the steps NO emergency egress available for emergency or fire escape Due to my (recent) HEART issue, I cannot walk upstairs When tried to discuss with person assisting (no tub, etc.), he rolled his eyes and using his arms and facial expression he made an “insulting gesture that indicated-don’t know.., don't care” We were unable for food with walkable (busy, dangerous, road) The LOUD music began ca 19.00, and played MORE than 12 noon There was no desk available without called (bell) Breakfast was WORST food I travel for 6 weeks in Europe in MULTIPLE hotels This food at Hotel
